Abstract

本发明公开了一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料,由下述重量份的原料制成:聚醚多元醇50-100份,TDI80/20 90-120份,聚合物多元醇30-50份,胺催化剂0.2-0.5份,醇胺类多元醇交联剂0.5-3份,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01-0.15份,低分子量聚醚三醇交联剂0.5-3份,泡沫稳定剂0.5-1.5份。本发明配方合理,配制方便,生产成本低廉,产品的回弹率达到GB/T6670—2008的要求,其泡沫密度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、热导率等物理指标符合要求。

一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种PU软质泡沫塑料,具体涉及一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料。
背景技术
PU材料是一类性能优异的高分子材料,广泛应用于轻工、纺织、医用等各个领域,并己成为世界六大合成高分子材料之一。聚氨酯制品中最重要的是聚氨酯泡沫,它具有优良的物理力学性能、声学性能、电学性能和耐化学性能,可直接从单体原料一次加工成聚合物制品,而且可通过改变原料化学结构、规格、品种等调节配方组合,制出各种性能和用途的终端制品,因此应用十分广泛然。我国聚氨酯泡沫塑料工业发展至今已有40余年,目前年产量400万吨,占PU总产量的60%以上。
高回弹软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料既具有普通软泡的机械强度和易于加工的工艺性能,又具有乳胶海绵的高回弹性和高舒适性,在汽车工业,家具装潢以及包装工业中受到重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种物理性能良好、生产成本低廉的高回弹PU软质泡沫塑。
本发明的上述目的是通过如下方案实现的:
一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料,所述的PU软质泡沫塑料由下述重量份的原料制成:

在上述技术方案的基础上,一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料,所述的PU软质泡沫塑料由下述重量份的原料制成:

更进一步地,上述的聚醚多元醇为GEP-330N。
上述的聚合物多元醇为GPOP-36/28G。
上述的泡沫稳定剂为L5309和L5333。
制备时,按本领域常规方法,其中,箱式发泡料温为20~30℃,搅拌时间为2~10s,乳白时间5~15s。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明配方合理,配制方便,生产成本低廉,产品的回弹率达到GB/T6670—2008的要求,其泡沫密度、压缩强度、拉伸强度、热导率等物理指标符合要求。产品具有良好的隔热效果,使用寿命长,而且价格低廉,适用范围宽,具有节约能量、节能的优点。

一种高回弹PU软质泡沫塑料,由下述重量份的原料制成:

制备时,按本领域常规方法,其中,箱式发泡料温为30℃,搅拌时间为8s,乳白时间10s。
产品的各项性能按如下标准进行测试,结果均达到相应要求:
泡沫密度:按照GB/T6343—2009测定;压缩永久变形:参照GB/T6669—2008测定;回弹率:按照GB/T6670—2008测定;压陥硬度:根据GB/T10807—2006测定;拉伸性能:按照GB/T6344—2008测定。
