技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体地,涉及一种汽车坐垫的配方。
背景技术
随着中国汽车用品后市场的消费持续增高.汽车坐垫也成为有车一族的主要消费品。根据季节选择一套舒适、实用的汽车坐垫尤为重要。
安装一套适宜的座套或铺设坐垫,对于提升坐感、增加舒适性都有明显的作用。安装座套或铺设坐垫就成了保护座椅最为便捷的方式。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在舒适度差、配比不合理和不利于人体健康等缺陷。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种汽车坐垫的配方,以实现舒适度好、配比合理和有利于人体健康的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车坐垫的配方,包括坐垫基体,以及包覆在所述坐垫基体上的药膜;所述药膜是将中草药混配研磨成细末装入药袋而成;其中:
所述基体,具体包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:
聚乙二醇醚:5份;
聚合物多元醇:12份;
水:23份;
二甲基正辛胺:12份;
甲苯二异氰酸酯:4份;
所述药膜,具体包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:
雪莲花:10份;
公丁香:20份。
本发明各实施例的汽车坐垫的配方,由于包括坐垫基体,以及包覆在所述坐垫基体上的药膜;所述药膜是将中草药混配研磨成细末装入药袋而成;其中:所述基体,具体包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:聚乙二醇醚:5份;聚合物多元醇:12份;水:23份;二甲基正辛胺:12份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:4份;所述药膜,具体包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:雪莲花:10份;公丁香:20份;从而可以克服现有技术中舒适度差、配比不合理和不利于人体健康的缺陷,以实现舒适度好、配比合理和有利于人体健康的优点。

本发明技术方案所得产品,经本发明人大量试验测试:该汽车坐垫,具有高硬度高回弹高弹性,承载力也强,且中草药成分有利于人体健康。
