本发明公开了一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇90-110份,水5-8份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.10-0.25份,硅油3-5份,辛酸亚锡0.3-0.5份,二氯甲烷33-35份,甲苯二异氰酸酯100-105份,份数均为质量份数。本发明提供的汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方中,采用聚醚三元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯作为主料,通过加入高活性泡沫稳定剂TEGOSTAB B8110硅油、着色剂和发泡剂,使得产品具有优质软泡的性能,密度达到8kg/cm3,轻便,用于包装。具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温等性能,主要用作家具垫材、床垫、交通工具座椅坐垫等垫材,工业和民用上也把软泡用作过滤材料、隔音材料、防震材料、装饰材料、包装材料及隔热材料等。

本发明涉及一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,属于汽车塑料技术领域。
背景技术
随着中国汽车用品后市场的消费持续增高.汽车座椅坐垫也成为有车一族的主要消费品。根据季节选择一套舒适、实用的汽车座椅坐垫尤为重要。现在的汽车座椅坐垫不仅要求体感舒服,而且在美观、耐用,和防火等多方面都有很高的要求,为此,需要提供一种多功能的汽车座椅坐垫,我们从产品的配方着手,开发新的高功能的原材料。
发明内容
目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇90-110份,水5-8份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.10-0.25份,硅油3-5份,辛酸亚锡0.3-0.5份,二氯甲烷33-35份,甲苯二异氰酸酯100-105份,份数均为质量份数。

有益效果:本发明提供的汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方中,采用聚醚三元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯作为主料,通过加入高活性泡沫稳定剂TEGOSTAB B8110硅油、着色剂和发泡剂,使得产品具有优质软泡的性能,密度达到8kg/cm3,轻便,用于包装。具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温等性能,主要用作家具垫材、床垫、交通工具座椅坐垫等垫材,工业和民用上也把软泡用作过滤材料、隔音材料、防震材料、装饰材料、包装材料及隔热材料等。

实施例1: 
一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇100份,水6.5份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.18份,硅油4份,辛酸亚锡0.4份,二氯甲烷34份,甲苯二异氰酸酯103份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例2:
一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇90份,水8份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.25份,硅油3份,辛酸亚锡0.3份,二氯甲烷35份,甲苯二异氰酸酯100份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例3: 
一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇10份,水5份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.10份,硅油5份,辛酸亚锡0.5份,二氯甲烷33份,甲苯二异氰酸酯105份,份数均为质量份数。
实施例4: 
一种汽车座椅坐垫塑料配方,其原料组成为:聚醚三元醇100份,水6.5份,33%三乙烯二胺溶液0.18份,硅油4份,辛酸亚锡0.4份,二氯甲烷34份,甲苯二异氰酸酯103份,着色剂1份,份数均为质量份数。
以上实施例得到的产品,经过实验测试:采用聚醚三元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯作为主料,通过加入高活性泡沫稳定剂TEGOSTAB B8110硅油、着色剂和发泡剂,使得产品具有优质软泡的性能,密度达到8kg/cm3,轻便,用于包装。具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温等性能,主要用作家具垫材、床垫、交通工具座椅坐垫等垫材,工业和民用上也把软泡用作过滤材料、隔音材料、防震材料、装饰材料、包装材料及隔热材料等。
