本发明涉及一种海绵,具体地说,涉及一种基于儿童学习椅座垫的健康环保海绵。所述海绵由原材料A和原材料B制成,两种原材料的重量百分比分别为:原材料A 64.52%、原材料B 35.48%;其中,原材料A中的成分及含量为:醚多元醇45.40%、高活性聚醚41.10%、三乙烯二胺1.05%、延迟胺催化剂0.21%、三乙醇铵0.98%、硅油0.41%、二甲基乙醇胺0.25%、开孔剂4.0%、水2.60%、抗菌剂1.5%、抗静电剂2.5%;原材料B为二氨基二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或者二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯的混合物。本发明所述的椅座垫海棉具备环保、防静电、抑菌性能,而且,软硬度符合支撑儿童椅座垫海绵的要求,对儿童使用时的身体健康有帮助,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

本发明涉及一种海绵,具体地说,涉及一种基于儿童学习椅座垫的健康环保海绵。
背景技术
在儿童学习装备领域中,用于儿童家庭学习使用的学习椅是一个重要品类。目前,市场上的海绵椅子种类繁多,但存在形状不符合儿童体形、软硬度不符合儿童身体所需的缺点,个别还存在有异味、发霉等缺陷。另外,儿童在使用学习椅的过程中,手脏时常用椅座垫布套擦手,或者夏天时儿童出汗浸入到学习椅座后,有部分被椅座垫海绵吸收,时间久了,学习椅座垫海绵细孔中就会产生细菌,椅座垫布套还会产生静电。
因此,如何提高儿童学习椅座垫的抑菌、防静电性能,达到健康环保要求,是本领域亟待解决的课题。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种基于儿童学习椅座垫的健康环保海绵,以解决上述技术问题。

优选的,所述抗菌剂的成分及含量为:2,2-二溴-3-次氮基丙酰胺15%-18%、聚乙二醇22%-25%、2-溴-5-氯噻吩3%-5%、余量为水。
优选的,所述抗菌剂的成分及含量为:聚六甲基胍盐酸盐2%-5%、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1%-2%、余量为水。

有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所述的海绵具备环保、防静电、抑菌性能,而且,软硬度符合支撑儿童身体的椅座垫海绵的要求,对长期使用这种椅座垫的儿童身体健康大有助益,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

本发明所述海绵的原材料A中各种成分及作用如下:
所述聚醚多元醇采用的是聚醚多元醇330N,是海绵的主原料之一,其作用是使海绵成品起高回弹;
所述高活性聚醚采用的是高活性聚醚3630,是海绵的主原料之一,其作用是海绵成型过程中起高回弹软泡,自结皮软泡;
所述三乙烯二胺采用的是三乙烯二胺A33,其在海绵成型过程,前期起快速发泡和30-50%凝胶作用,后期起加快固化作用;
所述延迟胺催化剂采用的是延迟胺催化剂A300作用,其在海绵成型过程中起减慢粘度增加速度的作用,让发泡原料均匀分布模腔;
所述三乙醇铵在海绵的成型过程起交联剂作用,使海绵成型后变软,增大发泡时间也变短,品泡孔直径随着其含量增加而变小,表观密度、热导率、压缩强度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度增大,断裂伸长率减小;
所述硅油采用硅油L5333,其在海绵成型过程中调节气孔大小的作用;
所述二甲基乙醇胺在海绵成型过程中起平衡催化剂作用,也起到增加海绵强度的作用;
所述开孔剂作用在海绵成型过程中起到提高成型开孔率作用,减少胀气,从而解决闭孔容易使产品成型后收缩的问题;
所述抗菌剂的作用是:海绵成型并用作椅座垫后,抗菌剂能抑制椅背棉表面及制品孔隙不会隐藏或进入脏污尘埃,从而起到抑菌、杀菌效果,即利用缓释技术,使产品具有持久的抗菌效果,可对细菌进行高效广谱的杀灭和去除;
所述抗静电剂的作用是:海绵成型并用作椅座垫后,抗静电剂分散到座垫海绵的表层,由于座套及儿童衣服均为纤维面料,当产生静电时,抗静电剂从座垫海绵的表层起到防静电作用。
经过相关测,本发明所述海绵可抑菌抗菌的种类有8种,包括:黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)、土曲霉(AspergilluSterreus)、出芽短梗霉(Aureobasidiumpullulans)、宛氏拟青霉(Paceilomycescarioti)、绳状青霉(Penicilliumfunicolosum)、绿色木霉(Trichodeimaviride)、绿青霉(Penicilliumochrochloron),柄帚霉(Trichodermaviride)等,防霉等级达3级。被试样品在结果判定时,放大50倍观察不到霉菌生长。
经过相关测,本发明所述海绵在防静电方面可实现:
1、导电/防静电性能不受环境湿度影响;
2、导电/防静电性能永久;
3、体积电阻和表面电阻值103-109Ω。
经过相关测,采用本发明所述海绵制成的椅座垫海棉成品软硬度在50-55度之间,符合支撑儿童体重要求。
