Description

模内转移膜和制造所述膜的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模内转移膜和制造所述膜的方法,更具体而言,涉及一种模内转移膜和一种制造所述膜的方法,该方法能够去除在制造转移膜时形成剥离层的工序,因而减少了制造工序的数量,防止由高温下操作引起的基底层损害和防止剥离层的连续变化。
背景技术
一般而言,模内注塑已广泛用于制造各类家用电器如洗衣机、空调等的前面板,以及用于制造电脑、移动电话等的LCD窗和键盘。
模内注塑按如下方式进行:在转移膜——其上印有特定图案——被安放在注塑模具的固定框架和移动框架之间的情形下进行熔融树脂注塑,从而实现在360°方向上的转移和不规则部分的转移,而这通过现有的热转印方法是无法解决的。此外,通过模内注射,在进行注塑的同时,印在转移膜上的图案会转移至模塑制品的表面。如果应用该模内注塑,常规方法中包括注塑、真空沉积、粘附和铝板附着的四个步骤可以减少至一步,其中注塑和转移可以同时进行,从而有利于降低模塑制品的制造成本并大幅降低模塑制品的缺陷率。
在模内注塑中对模塑制品的质量产生诸多影响的组件为转移膜。转移膜通常包括具有剥离力的基底层、在基底层上形成的表面保护层、在表面保护层上形成的具有特定图案的印刷层,以及在印刷层上形成的粘合剂层。如果注塑过程完成,表面保护层和印刷层通过粘合剂层转移至模塑制品,并且基底层被分离和去除。此时,仅表面保护层覆盖印刷层的那一部分附着在模塑制品上,且其他部分与被分离的基底层一起除去。
这样,常规的模内转移膜具有涂覆在基底层和表面保护层之间的释放剂,以便将印刷图案转移至模塑制品上,从而保证注塑时的剥离力。
然而,在常规模内转移膜的情况中,由于涂覆释放剂是在高温下操作,基底层可能损坏,此外,随着时间的推移,剥离层会有连续的变化。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题提出了本发明,且本发明的目的是提供模内转移膜和制造所述膜的方法,该方法能够去除在制造转移膜时形成剥离层的工序,因而减少了制造工序的数量,防止由高温下操作引起的基底层损害和防止剥离层连续的变化。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明,提供了一种制造模内转移膜的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:用PVC、PET和PETG中任意一种形成基底层;在基底层上形成了具有给定剥离力的硬涂层;在硬涂层上涂覆底漆层,以增强硬涂层和待在底漆层上形成的印刷层之间的结合力;和在底漆层上形成印刷层;以及在印刷层上涂覆粘合剂层。
根据本发明,有利地,硬涂层包括含有增滑剂、蜡和无机物质的组合物,以向与基底层接触的表面施加给定的剥离力。
根据本发明,有利地,底漆层包括含有丙烯酰多元醇和氨基甲酸酯共聚物之一的组合物。
根据本发明,有利地,印刷层通过凹板印刷形成且具有1μm-5μm的厚度。
根据本发明,有利地,粘合剂层由聚酯粘合剂形成且涂覆至1μm-5μm的厚度。
根据本发明,有利地,根据上述方法任一项制造的模内转移膜。
本发明的有益效果
根据本发明,提供了模内转移膜和制造所述转移膜的方法,其提供了施加给定剥离力的硬涂层,从而即使在模内注塑成型时没有形成单独的剥离层,基底层也很容易与硬涂层分离,从而减少制造模内转移膜所需的工序和成本。

图1示出了本发明的模内转移膜的片层结构的侧视图,且图2示出了模内转移膜通过模内注塑附着于注塑制品的状态的侧视图。
参考图1,本发明的模内转移膜100包括基底层110、在基底层110上形成的硬涂层120、涂覆在硬涂层120上的底漆层130、在底漆层130上形成的印刷层140,和涂覆在印刷层140上的粘合剂层150。
现在,将详细解释本发明的模内转移膜100的结构。
基底层110用作模内转移膜的基体基板,其支撑了层叠在其上的多个涂层并进一步维持了本发明的膜100的上部分和下部分的弯曲平衡。基底层110由PVC、PET及PETG的任意一种制成,并且根据本发明,优选地,其由PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)制成。因为PET具有很强的张力和优异的热稳定性,所以其显示出较高的尺度稳定性和耐用度,其甚至在卷绕多次之后其物理性质只有很小的变化。此外,PET易于进行物理处理(电晕)和化学处理(丙烯酰、氨基甲酸酯)以增加表面的附着力,且PET还具有很强的支撑(boning)。此外,因为PET对有机溶剂具有优异的耐溶剂性,所以其具有易于涂覆有机溶剂粘合剂的物理性质。
硬涂层120在基底层110上形成,并且,在模内转移膜被转移之后,当基底层110分离时,硬涂层120暴露于外,其用于防止膜的表面被划伤。在这种情况下,优选地,硬涂层120包括含有增滑剂、蜡和无机物质的组合物,以向与基底层110接触的表面施加给定的剥离力。因此,即使在基底层110上没有形成单独的剥离层,在模内注塑成型时基底层110也易于与硬涂层120分离。
底漆层130涂覆在硬涂层120上并用于增强在其上形成的印刷层140和硬涂层120之间的结合力。此外,底漆层130用于改善印刷层140对油墨的吸收力。换言之,即使硬涂层120能够吸收油墨,其具有相对低的溶解和强度,所以需要单独形成底漆层130。在这种情况下,优选地,底漆层130包括含有丙烯酰多元醇和氨基甲酸酯共聚物之一的组合物,其具有优异的油墨吸收性能。
印刷层140通过凹版印刷印在底漆层130上并用于具有各种颜色的不同的图案、文字或商标。
粘合剂层150涂覆在底漆层130上并用于增加模内转移膜100与注塑制品200之间的结合力。在这种情况下,优选地,粘合剂层150由聚酯粘合剂形成。
现在,将解释制造模内转移膜的方法和将转移膜附着于注塑制品的方法。
首先,基底层110由PVC、PET及PETG中的任意一种形成。此时,有利地,基底层110具有在25μm和50μm之间的厚度。换言之,如果基底层110的厚度小于25μm,则由于层压在基底层110上的多个层的重量会产生裂缝。相反,如果基底层110的厚度大于50μm,则在注塑过程中注塑制品200的转角的延展较低,从而引起形变,此外,投料也不温和,从而导致产生许多缺陷。
其次,具有剥离力的硬涂层120在基底层110上形成。
之后,包括含有丙烯酰多元醇和氨基甲酸酯共聚物之一的组合物的底漆层130被涂覆在硬涂层120上,以便加强硬涂层120和待在底漆层130形成的印刷层140之间的结合力。

Claims (5)

1.一种制造模内转移膜的方法,其包括以下步骤:
用PVC、PET和PETG中任意一种形成基底层(110);
在基底层上形成具有给定剥离力的硬涂层(120),其中硬涂层(120)包括含有增滑剂、蜡和无机物的组合物,以向与基底层(110)接触的表面施加给定的剥离力;
在硬涂层(120)上涂覆底漆层(130),以增强硬涂层(120)和待在底漆层(130)上形成的印刷层(140)之间的结合力;
在底漆层(130)上形成印刷层(140);以及
在印刷层(140)上涂覆粘合剂层(150)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中底漆层(130)包括含有丙烯酰多元醇和氨基甲酸酯共聚物之一的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中印刷层(140)通过凹版印刷形成且具有1μm和5μm之间的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1的所述方法,其中粘合剂层(150)由聚酯粘合剂形成且涂覆厚度在1μm和5μm之间。
