本发明公开一种限充瓶阀,瓶阀的流道腔内形成一导流孔,导流孔的上端设有一可封堵其上端口的铁磁性球体,导流孔的上端口在流道腔内偏心设置,流道腔的偏离导流孔的这一侧形成可容置离开了导流孔上端口的铁磁性球体的空间,导流孔对应该空间的上端面设成向着导流孔向下倾斜,且该空间的上方安装有可上下摆动的导流板,导流板的摆动端朝着铁磁性球体的上侧向下倾斜,且摆动端延伸至将充装介质引流向铁磁性球体与流道腔的远离容置空间这一侧腔壁之间。采用本发明既可确保充装流道畅通,又可有效防止违规倾倒。

限充瓶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及瓶阀技术领域,尤其是涉及到可应用于验证识别来限制充装的瓶阀。
背景技术
液化气充装属于国家严管行业,为方便行业管理,目前已出现利用身份标识来加强液化气充装的管理。在钢瓶上分别加装识别标签,在充装时,只有在钢瓶上的识别标签通过了充气枪上识别仪的识别后才能充气,杜绝了其它的非正常充装,以消除液化瓶装气所带来的安全隐患。
在一份已公开的文献(液化气钢瓶阀门CN202188214U)中,其采用了以倾斜的磁化封闭件来开闭瓶阀的导流孔。充气时,充气枪上的识别仪识别了钢瓶标识后,启动电磁发生器,产生电磁力来驱动封闭件打开导流孔充气。而无法识别的钢瓶则无法启动电磁发生器,封闭件处于关闭导流孔状态而无法充气。但是,这种瓶阀在充气时,会出现充气压力过大,当充气压力大过电磁力时,会压着已打开的封闭件关闭导流孔,导致无法充气。可见,这种瓶阀在使用上还是存在缺陷,难以确保在充气时气路畅通。
目前的液化气充装行业中,由于传统瓶阀没有防倾倒装置,经常会有工作人员违规操作,倾倒瓶内充装介质,这是行业管理所不允许的。因而有必要对瓶阀加装防倾倒装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在充装介质时可确保流道畅通的限充瓶阀。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种限充瓶阀,包括有瓶阀,其特征在于:所述瓶阀的流道腔内形成一导流孔,导流孔的上端设有一可封堵其上端口的铁磁性球体,导流孔的上端口在流道腔内偏心设置,流道腔的偏离导流孔的这一侧形成可容置离开了导流孔上端口的铁磁性球体的空间,导流孔对应该空间的上端面设成向着导流孔向下倾斜,且该空间的上方安装有可上下摆动的导流板,导流板的摆动端朝着铁磁性球体的上侧向下倾斜,且摆动端延伸至将充装介质引流向铁磁性球体与流道腔的远离容置空间这一侧腔壁之间。
在上述基础上,所述导流孔的下端设有一可封堵其下端口的球体,该球体的下方设有固定的用以支承着球体与下端口保持一定距离的横档。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:本发明采用一铁磁性球体来开闭瓶阀流道腔内的导流孔,充气时,充气枪上的识别仪识别了钢瓶标识后,启动充气枪上的电磁发生器,产生电磁力,电磁力驱动铁磁性球体离开导流孔的上端口,滚向容置空间这一侧,使导流孔打开,从而可将介质充装入钢瓶内。在导流板的引流作用下,充装介质在铁磁性球体与流道腔的远离容置空间这一侧腔壁之间流动,这样可防止充装介质流向铁磁性球体与容置空间这一侧腔壁之间,避免由此而产生的紊流推动铁磁性球体克服电磁力滚回导流孔的上端口,把导流孔堵死,造成介质无法充装。充装完毕后,撤离充气枪,铁磁性球体失去电磁力的作用,铁磁性球体顺着导流孔向下倾斜的上端面滚回到导流孔上。当违规充装时,没有通过识别的瓶阀是无法启动电磁发生器来驱动铁磁性球体离开导流孔,导流孔关闭,从而无法往钢瓶内充装介质。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种限充瓶阀,包括有瓶阀1,所述瓶阀1的流道腔11内形成一导流孔12,导流孔12的上端设有一可封堵其上端口的铁磁性球体2。导流孔12的上端口在流道腔11内偏心设置,流道腔11的偏离导流孔12的这一侧形成可容置离开了导流孔12上端口的铁磁性球体2的空间13。通常,容置空间13可设在靠近瓶阀1进气口14这一侧,这样当充气枪靠近瓶阀时,充气枪上的电磁发生器产生的电磁力会吸引铁磁性球体2离开导流孔12,滚到容置空间13上,使得导流孔12打开。导流孔12对应该空间13的上端面设成向着导流孔12向下倾斜,且该空间13的上方安装有可上下摆动的导流板3,导流板3是上下摆动地安装在流道腔11的腔壁上,导流板3的摆动端朝着铁磁性球体2的上侧向下倾斜,且摆动端延伸至将充装介质引流向铁磁性球体2与流道腔11的远离容置空间13这一侧腔壁之间。这样导流板3可挡在铁磁性球体2上,充装时,向着导流孔12向下倾斜的导流板3可将充装介质引流向铁磁性球体2与流道腔11的远离容置空间13这一侧腔壁之间。假如没有导流板3的话,在开始充装时,介质会流向铁磁性球体2的四周,并会产生紊流,难免会出现被电磁力吸离导流孔12的铁磁性球体2被紊流推动克服电磁力滚回导流孔12的上端口,把导流孔12堵死,造成介质无法充装。而且充装时的介质流会压紧导流板3,而导流板3会压住铁磁性球体2,进一步地阻止铁磁性球体2的回滚,从而确保充装流道畅通。
为了防止违规工作人员倾倒钢瓶,导流孔12的下端设有一可封堵其下端口的球体4,该球体4的下方设有固定的用以支承着球体4与下端口保持一定距离的横档5,横档5横置在流道腔11内,两端固定在腔壁上。倾倒时,球体4在重力作用下,会落到导流孔12的端口上,把下端口堵死,可有效防止违规倾倒。

1.一种限充瓶阀,包括有瓶阀,其特征在于:所述瓶阀的流道腔内形成一导流孔,导流孔的上端设有一可封堵其上端口的铁磁性球体,导流孔的上端口在流道腔内偏心设置,流道腔的偏离导流孔的这一侧形成可容置离开了导流孔上端口的铁磁性球体的空间,导流孔对应该空间的上端面设成向着导流孔向下倾斜,且该空间的上方安装有可上下摆动的导流板,导流板的摆动端朝着铁磁性球体的上侧向下倾斜,且摆动端延伸至将充装介质引流向铁磁性球体与流道腔的远离容置空间这一侧腔壁之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限充瓶阀,其特征在于:所述导流孔的下端设有一可封堵其下端口的球体,该球体的下方设有固定的用以支承着球体与下端口保持一定距离的横档。
