本发明公开一种限制充装瓶阀,包括有瓶阀,瓶阀的阀孔内安装有固定的上座和下座,上座和下座之间的阀孔内设有可转动和上下滑动的活动座,上座、下座以及活动座均开设有通孔,活动座上固定一偏心设置的永磁铁;设一固定的磁性件,该磁性件与永磁铁配合以驱动活动座转动,使活动座通孔错开下座通孔;设一弹性部件,该弹性部件驱动活动座滑离下座。本发明采用固定偏心永磁铁的活动座来开闭瓶阀的气路,可确保瓶阀在充气和用气时的气路畅通。

限制充装瓶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及瓶阀技术领域,尤其是涉及到可应用于验证识别来限制充装的瓶阀。
背景技术
液化气充装属于国家严管行业,为方便行业管理,目前已出现利用身份标识来加强液化气充装的管理。在钢瓶上分别加装识别标签,在充装时,只有在钢瓶上的识别标签通过了充气枪上识别仪的识别后才能充气,杜绝了其它的非正常充装,以消除液化瓶装气所带来的安全隐患。
在一份以公开的文献(液化气钢瓶阀门CN202188214U)中,其采用了以倾斜的磁化封闭件来开闭瓶阀的导流孔。充气时,充气枪上的识别仪识别了钢瓶标识后,启动电磁发生器,产生电磁力来驱动封闭件打开导流孔充气。而无法识别的钢瓶则无法启动电磁发生器,封闭件处于关闭导流孔状态而无法充气。但是,这种瓶阀在充气时,会出现充气压力过大,当充气压力大过电磁力时,会压着已打开的封闭件关闭导流孔,导致无法充气;而且在用气时,其依靠瓶内压力顶着封闭件来打开导流孔,当瓶内液化气不多时,瓶内压力减少而无法打开封闭件,导致无法用尽瓶内的液化气。可见,这种瓶阀在使用上还是存在缺陷,难以确保在充气和用气时气路畅通。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种在充气和用气时可确保气路畅通的限制充装瓶阀。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种限制充装瓶阀,包括有瓶阀,其特征在于:所述瓶阀的阀孔内安装有固定的上座和下座,上座和下座之间的阀孔内设有可转动和上下滑动的活动座,上座、下座以及活动座均开设有通孔,活动座上固定一偏心设置的永磁铁;设一固定的磁性件,该磁性件与永磁铁配合以驱动活动座转动,使活动座通孔错开下座通孔;设一弹性部件,该弹性部件驱动活动座滑离下座。
在上述基础上,所述磁性件固定在下座;设一中心轴,中心轴的上下两端分别插装在活动座和下座内。
在上述基础上,所述弹性部件为压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧安装在中心轴和下座之间把中心轴顶起;活动座与上座的相对侧分别形成有一凹一凸的定轴部。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:本发明采用固定偏心永磁铁的活动座来开闭瓶阀的气路,充气时,充气枪上的识别仪识别了钢瓶标识后,启动电磁发生器,产生电磁力,电磁力克服磁性件与永磁铁之间的磁力驱动活动座转动,使活动座和下座原本错开的通孔对正,形成直通的气路,确保了充气时气路的畅通。而无法识别的钢瓶则无法启动电磁发生器来驱动活动座转动,充气压力会压着活动座克服弹性部件的弹力滑向下座,使通孔错开的活动座与下座紧贴,从而关闭气路,无法充气。用气时,活动座在弹性部件的弹力作用下,始终保持离开下座一定距离,活动座与下座之间形成通道,使活动座与下座错开的通孔通过通道连通,形成畅通的用气的气路。可见,采用本发明可确保瓶阀在充气和用气时的气路畅通。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种限制充装瓶阀,包括有瓶阀1,所述瓶阀1的阀孔1.1内安装有固定的上座2和下座3,下座3的周壁与阀孔1.1的内壁紧贴密封,上座2和下座3之间的阀1.1孔内设有可转动和上下滑动的活动座4,上座2、下座3以及活动座4均开设有通孔,活动座4上固定一偏心设置的永磁铁5。设一固定的磁性件6,该磁性件6与永磁铁5配合以驱动活动座4转动,使活动座通孔4.1错开下座通孔3.1。设一弹性部件,该弹性部件驱动活动座4滑离下座3。活动座4在弹性部件的弹力作用下,始终保持离开下座3一定距离,活动座4与下座3之间形成通道7,使活动座4与下座3完全错开的通孔通过通道7连通,形成畅通的用气的气路。充气时,充气枪上的识别仪识别了钢瓶标识后,启动电磁发生器,产生电磁力,电磁力克服磁性件6与永磁铁5之间的磁力驱动活动座4转动,使活动座4和下座3原本错开的通孔对正,形成直通的气路,确保了充气时气路的畅通。而无法识别的钢瓶则无法启动电磁发生器来驱动活动座4转动,充气压力会压着活动座4克服弹性部件的弹力滑向下座3,使通孔完全错开的活动座4与下座3紧贴,从而关闭气路,无法充气。
事实上,磁性件6可固定在瓶阀的紧靠永磁铁5的部件上,其安装位置的选取是由可驱动活动座4的通孔4.1完全错开下座通孔3.1决定。较佳的,本实施例将磁性件6固定在下座,在活动座通孔4.1完全错开下座通孔3.1时,永磁铁5与磁性件6上下正对。
为了确保活动座4转动的灵敏性,可设一中心轴8,中心轴8的上下两端分别插装在活动座4和下座3内,进一步的,活动座4与上座2的相对侧分别形成有一凹一凸的定轴部9,以确保活动座4绕中心轴定轴转动。为了体现本发明的结构更加合理,便于加工、装配,所述弹性部件采用压缩弹簧10,压缩弹簧10安装在中心轴8和下座3之间把中心轴8顶起,亦即是将压缩弹簧10装在下座3的插装孔内,压缩弹簧10的两端分别顶着插装孔的孔底和中心轴8的下端,从而把活动座4顶离下座3。

1.一种限制充装瓶阀,包括有瓶阀,其特征在于:所述瓶阀的阀孔内安装有固定的上座和下座,上座和下座之间的阀孔内设有可转动和上下滑动的活动座,上座、下座以及活动座均开设有通孔,活动座上固定一偏心设置的永磁铁;设一固定的磁性件,该磁性件与永磁铁配合以驱动活动座转动,使活动座通孔错开下座通孔;设一弹性部件,该弹性部件驱动活动座滑离下座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限制充装瓶阀,其特征在于:所述磁性件固定在下座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的限制充装瓶阀,其特征在于:设一中心轴,中心轴的上下两端分别插装在活动座和下座内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的限制充装瓶阀,其特征在于:所述弹性部件为压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧安装在中心轴和下座之间把中心轴顶起。
5.根据权利要求3所述的限制充装瓶阀,其特征在于:活动座与上座的相对侧分别形成有一凹一凸的定轴部。
