一种辅助减肥的饮料，是用按下述重量份比的原料勾兑而成：茯苓和陈皮的煎煮液:鲜罗汉果的水浸提液=5-6:1。
所述的茯苓和陈皮的煎煮液，其用料的重量份配比为：茯苓:陈皮:水=8-10:4-6:250-300，熬制10分钟过滤，冷却而成；
所述鲜罗汉果浸提液，其用料的重量份配比为：成熟的鲜罗汉果:水=1:10，浸提3次，过滤合并而成。
所述的茯苓含茯苓聚糖、甲壳质、树胶等成分，具有利水除湿、益脾、宁心安神的功效。
所述的陈皮含挥发油、维生素和果胶，消食化痰的功效。
所述的鲜罗汉果浸提液，含有丰富的维生素C和甜味素。
