本发明公开了一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:枸杞1-2、决明子0.1-0.2、茉莉0.1-0.2、黄芪0.03-0.05,黄秋葵0.01-0.03,香椿菜1-2、薄荷头1-2、构树叶4-5、蒿菜2-4、黄瓜1-2、苹果2-3、栗子3-6、腰果1-2、杏仁2-4、火麻油1-2、海带3-5、小麦苗6-7、甘草5-6、月见草3-5、面粉60-70、豆渣30-40、酵母粉1-2.食盐0.1-0.2、复配中药果酱1-4、适量水;本发明茶干营养丰富,口感细腻,咸甜适宜,在原料中添加有茉莉花、枸杞等原料,有清肝明目、生津止渴、降血压的功效。

本发明涉及豆渣饼领域,确切地说是一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头。
背景技术
豆渣是生产豆奶或豆腐过程中的副产品,每年全球豆渣的产量都很大。中国是豆腐生产的发源地,具有悠久的豆腐生产历史,豆腐的生产、销售量都较大,相应的豆渣产量也很大。
豆渣饼是用磨完豆浆后剩下的渣底,混合鸡蛋、面粉等做成的饼状食品。豆渣饼多为家用,品种单一,口味单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
枸杞1-2、决明子0.1-0.2、茉莉0.1-0.2、黄芪0.03-0.05,黄秋葵0.01-0.03,香椿菜1-2、薄荷头1-2、构树叶4-5、蒿菜2-4、黄瓜1-2、苹果2-3、栗子3-6、腰果1-2、杏仁2-4、火麻油1-2、海带3-5、小麦苗6-7、甘草5-6、月见草3-5、面粉60-70、豆渣30-40、酵母粉1-2.食盐0.1-0.2、复配中药果酱1-4、适量水;
复配中药果酱由下述重量份的原料制得:四棱豆1-2、冰草0.1-0.2、扫帚菜0.3-0.5、柑橘肉1-3、龙眼肉0.3-0.5、山楂0.2-0.4、饴糖1-2、黄连叶粉2-4、淡豆豉1-2、郁李仁0.1-0.2、苹果45-60,蜂蜜50-70,红葡萄酒3-5;
复配中药果酱的制备方法为:
(1)将新鲜的四棱豆、冰草、扫帚菜用70-80℃的水进行热烫,然后用冷水浸凉,得漂烫野菜备用;
(2)将漂烫野菜、以及其余原料混匀后,经加热煮熟,再冷却至常温后消毒、装瓶即可。
所述的一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)枸杞、决明子、茉莉、黄芪、海带、小麦苗、甘草、月见草混匀,加入相当于上述原料总重量3-5倍水的,熬制1-2小时,过滤,浓缩到原体积的十分之一,即得中药液;
(2)黄秋葵,香椿菜、薄荷头、构树叶、蒿菜、黄瓜、苹果混匀后,于90-100℃下漂烫1-3分钟,沥干,绞碎,得蔬菜泥备用;
(3)栗子、腰果、杏仁烤干后磨粉,得果仁粉备用;
(4)所有原料混匀后,于30-32℃下发酵40-50分钟,成型,蒸熟,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明茶干营养丰富,口感细腻,咸甜适宜,在原料中添加有茉莉花、枸杞等原料,有清肝明目、生津止渴、降血压的功效。
具体实施方式
一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
枸杞2、决明子0.2、茉莉0.2、黄芪0.05,黄秋葵0.03,香椿菜2、薄荷头1.2、构树叶5、蒿菜4、黄瓜2、苹果3、栗子6、腰果2、杏仁4、火麻油2、海带5、小麦苗7、甘草6、月见草5、面粉70、豆渣40、酵母粉1、食盐0.2、复配中药果酱4、适量水;
复配中药果酱由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:四棱豆2、冰草0.1、扫帚菜0.5、柑橘肉3、龙眼肉0.5、山楂0.4、饴糖2、黄连叶粉4、淡豆豉2、郁李仁0.2、苹果45,蜂蜜70,红葡萄酒5;
复配中药果酱的制备方法为:
(1)将新鲜的四棱豆、冰草、扫帚菜用80℃的水进行热烫,然后用冷水浸凉,得漂烫野菜备用;
(2)将漂烫野菜、以及其余原料混匀后,经加热煮熟,再冷却至常温后消毒、装瓶即可。

(1)枸杞、决明子、茉莉、黄芪、海带、小麦苗、甘草、月见草混匀,加入相当于上述原料总重量4倍水的,熬制2小时,过滤,浓缩到原体积的十分之一,即得中药液;
(2)黄秋葵,香椿菜、薄荷头、构树叶、蒿菜、黄瓜、苹果混匀后,于100℃下漂烫3分钟,沥干,绞碎,得蔬菜泥备用;
(3)栗子、腰果、杏仁烤干后磨粉,得果仁粉备用;
(4)所有原料混匀后,于32℃下发酵50分钟,成型,蒸熟,即得。

1.一种茉莉枸杞明目豆渣馒头,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
枸杞1-2、决明子0.1-0.2、茉莉0.1-0.2、黄芪0.03-0.05,黄秋葵0.01-0.03,香椿菜1-2、薄荷头1-2、构树叶4-5、蒿菜2-4、黄瓜1-2、苹果2-3、栗子3-6、腰果1-2、杏仁2-4、火麻油1-2、海带3-5、小麦苗6-7、甘草5-6、月见草3-5、面粉60-70、豆渣30-40、酵母粉1-2.食盐0.1-0.2、复配中药果酱1-4、适量水;
复配中药果酱由下述重量份的原料制得:四棱豆1-2、冰草0.1-0.2、扫帚菜0.3-0.5、柑橘肉1-3、龙眼肉0.3-0.5、山楂0.2-0.4、饴糖1-2、黄连叶粉2-4、淡豆豉1-2、郁李仁0.1-0.2、苹果45-60,蜂蜜50-70,红葡萄酒3-5;
