本发明涉及一种锁芯用压紧机构,包括装夹锁芯的支架,所述支架的两端相对安装有压紧气缸,所述压紧气缸的输出端固定有压紧块,所述压紧块与支架侧壁抵接,所述压紧气缸固定于第二安装板上;还包括第一安装板,所述第一安装板的顶部设置有固定板,所述固定板上安装升降气缸,所述升降气缸的输出端穿过固定板,所述固定板上安装固定座,所述固定座内卡接有固定块,所述固定块与锁芯顶部抵接。本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作简便,通过左右两侧压紧气缸的作用,将锁芯两端压紧,通过升降气缸的作用,将锁芯顶部压紧,压紧可靠,提高锁芯的加工精度。

本发明涉及压紧机构技术领域,尤其是一种锁芯用压紧机构。
背景技术
    锁芯是控制锁开启的主要零件,是锁具的心脏,指跟钥匙配套能够转动并带动锁栓运动的核心部分。在锁芯的机加工过程中,需要将锁芯压紧,然后对其打孔等工序,现有技术中的压紧机构工作可靠性差,影响锁芯的加工精度。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的锁芯用压紧机构,从而使其工作可靠性好。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种锁芯用压紧机构,包括装夹锁芯的支架,所述支架的两端相对安装有压紧气缸,所述压紧气缸的输出端固定有压紧块,所述压紧块与支架侧壁抵接,所述压紧气缸固定于第二安装板上;还包括第一安装板,所述第一安装板的顶部设置有固定板,所述固定板上安装升降气缸,所述升降气缸的输出端穿过固定板,所述固定板上安装固定座,所述固定座内卡接有固定块,所述固定块与锁芯顶部抵接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述固定块上开有凹槽,所述凹槽与锁芯顶部的结构相配合。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作简便,通过左右两侧压紧气缸的作用,将锁芯两端压紧,通过升降气缸的作用,将锁芯顶部压紧,压紧可靠,提高锁芯的加工精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的锁芯用压紧机构,包括装夹锁芯的支架7,支架7的两端相对安装有压紧气缸5,压紧气缸5的输出端固定有压紧块6,压紧块6与支架7侧壁抵接,压紧气缸5固定于第二安装板8上;还包括第一安装板1,第一安装板1的顶部设置有固定板3,固定板3上安装升降气缸2,升降气缸2的输出端穿过固定板3,固定板3上安装固定座4,固定座4内卡接有固定块9,固定块9与锁芯顶部抵接。
固定块9上开有凹槽,凹槽与锁芯顶部的结构相配合。
如图3所示,通过输送装置输送锁芯,输送链条10的链节上间隔安装卡座12,卡座12顶部固定底座11,底座11内安装锁芯,输送链条10穿过支架7中部,当锁芯输送到压紧机构处时,驱动压紧气缸5工作,推动压紧块6压紧支架7的两侧壁,同时,升降气缸2工作,驱动固定座4向下运动,直至固定块9与锁芯顶部配合压紧。动作方便,工作可靠性好。

1.一种锁芯用压紧机构,其特征在于:包括装夹锁芯的支架(7),所述支架(7)的两端相对安装有压紧气缸(5),所述压紧气缸(5)的输出端固定有压紧块(6),所述压紧块(6)与支架(7)侧壁抵接,所述压紧气缸(5)固定于第二安装板(8)上;还包括第一安装板(1),所述第一安装板(1)的顶部设置有固定板(3),所述固定板(3)上安装升降气缸(2),所述升降气缸(2)的输出端穿过固定板(3),所述固定板(3)上安装固定座(4),所述固定座(4)内卡接有固定块(9),所述固定块(9)与锁芯顶部抵接。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁芯用压紧机构,其特征在于:所述固定块(9)上开有凹槽,所述凹槽与锁芯顶部的结构相配合。
