一种锁芯专用压紧机构,包括通过四个支柱支撑安装的顶板,所述顶板中部开有孔,所开孔的两端分别安装有左支撑块和右支撑块,所述左支撑块的侧壁上还有滑槽,所述滑槽通过滑块安装压紧块,所述压紧块穿过顶板所开孔,所述压紧块的顶部通过支撑板安装升降气缸,所述升降气缸的输出端与压紧块连接,所述压紧块的侧壁上开有安装孔,所述压紧块的两端分别设置有加强块,并位于压紧块的底部开有与锁芯配合的卡槽。本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作方便,锁芯输送至压紧块底部,压紧块在升降气缸的作用下下降,对锁芯进行压紧工作,使用可靠性好,工作效率高。

本发明涉及一种锁芯专用压紧机构。
背景技术
锁芯是控制锁开启的主要零件,是锁具的心脏,指跟钥匙配套能够转动并带动锁栓运动的核心部分。现有技术中,通常采用人工操作,对锁芯逐个进行压紧,且无专用压紧机构,压紧时需要借助三角块等辅助工件,操作麻烦。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种结构合理的锁芯专用压紧机构,从而提高使用可靠性,提高工作效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种锁芯专用压紧机构,包括通过四个支柱支撑安装的顶板,所述顶板中部开有孔,所开孔的两端分别安装有左支撑块和右支撑块,所述左支撑块的侧壁上还有滑槽,所述滑槽通过滑块安装压紧块,所述压紧块穿过顶板所开孔,所述压紧块的顶部通过支撑板安装升降气缸,所述升降气缸的输出端与压紧块连接,所述压紧块的侧壁上开有安装孔,所述压紧块的两端分别设置有加强块,并位于压紧块的底部开有与锁芯配合的卡槽。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构紧凑、合理,操作方便,锁芯输送至压紧块底部,压紧块在升降气缸的作用下下降,对锁芯进行压紧工作,使用可靠性好,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的锁芯专用压紧机构,包括通过四个支柱7支撑安装的顶板6,顶板6中部开有孔,所开孔的两端分别安装有左支撑块4和右支撑块1,左支撑块4的侧壁上还有滑槽,滑槽通过滑块安装压紧块5,压紧块5穿过顶板6所开孔,压紧块5的顶部通过支撑板3安装升降气缸2,升降气缸2的输出端与压紧块5连接,压紧块5的侧壁上开有安装孔501,压紧块5的两端分别设置有加强块502,并位于压紧块5的底部开有与锁芯配合的卡槽503。
实际使用过程中,通过输送机构,将锁芯输送至压紧块5的底部,压紧块5在升降气缸2的作用下下降,压紧块5底部的卡槽503与锁芯配合抵接,将锁芯压紧,此时可以对锁芯进行打孔、开槽等操作,其操作方便,使用可靠性好。

1.一种锁芯专用压紧机构,其特征在于:包括通过四个支柱(7)支撑安装的顶板(6),所述顶板(6)中部开有孔,所开孔的两端分别安装有左支撑块(4)和右支撑块(1),所述左支撑块(4)的侧壁上还有滑槽,所述滑槽通过滑块安装压紧块(5),所述压紧块(5)穿过顶板(6)所开孔,所述压紧块(5)的顶部通过支撑板(3)安装升降气缸(2),所述升降气缸(2)的输出端与压紧块(5)连接,所述压紧块(5)的侧壁上开有安装孔(501),所述压紧块(5)的两端分别设置有加强块(502),并位于压紧块(5)的底部开有与锁芯配合的卡槽(503)。
