I.示例性的个人训练系统

C.说明性的传感器
计算机102和/或其它设备可以包括被配置为检测和/或监视用户124的至少一个健身参数的一个或多个传感器126、128。传感器126和/或128可以包括但不限于:加速计、陀螺仪、确定位置的设备(例如GPS)、光传感器、温度传感器(包括环境温度和/或身体温度)、睡眠模式传感器、心率监视器、图像捕捉传感器、湿度传感器和/或其的组合。网络132和/或计算机102可以与例如包括显示器136、图像捕捉设备126(例如一个或多个视频摄像机)以及可以是红外(IR)设备的传感器128的系统100的一个或多个电子设备进行通信。在一个实施方式中,传感器128可以包括IR收发器。例如,传感器126和/或128可以包括朝着用户124的方向将波形发送到环境中和接收“反射”或除此以外检测那些释放波形的变化。然而,在另一个实施方式中,图像捕捉设备126和/或传感器128可以被配置为发送和/或接收例如雷达、声呐和/或声音信息的其它无线信号。本领域中的那些技术人员将容易理解:可以根据各个实施方式利用对应于大量不同的数据频谱的信号。就这点而言,传感器126和/或128可以检测从外部信源(例如不是系统100)发射的波形。例如,传感器126和/或128可以检测从用户124和/或周围环境发射的热量。因此,图像捕捉设备126和/或传感器128可以包括一个或多个热成像设备。在一个实施方式中,图像捕捉设备126和/或传感器128可以包括被配置为执行距离现象学的IR设备。作为非限制性的实例,被配置执行距离现象学的图像捕捉设备可购自Oregon Portland的Flir Systems公司。尽管示出了图像捕捉设备126和传感器128以及显示器136与计算机102进行直接(无线或有线)通信,但本领域中的那些技术人员将理解:任何设备都可以直接(无线或有线)与网络132进行通信。
1.多用途的电子设备
用户124可以具有、携带和/或穿戴任何数量的电子设备,包括感测设备138、140、142和/或144。在某些实施方式中,可以不针对健身或体育的目的专门制造一个或多个设备138、140、142、144。实际上,本公开的方面涉及利用来自其中的一些不是健身设备的多个设备的数据,以收集、检测和/或测量体育数据。在一个实施方式中,设备138可以包括例如电话或数字音乐播放器的便携式电子设备,其包括可购自California Cupertino的苹果公司的品牌设备、或可购自WashingtonRedmond的微软公司的或Windows设备。如本领域公知的,数字媒体播放器可以用作用于计算机的输出设备(例如输出来自声音文件的音乐或者来自图像文件的图片)和存储设备。在一个实施方式中,设备138可以是计算机102,然而在另一个实施方式中,计算机102可以与设备138完全不同。不管设备138是否被配置为提供某些输出,它可以用作用于接收感测信息的输入设备。设备138、140、142和/或144可以包括一个或多个传感器,其包括但不限于:加速计、陀螺仪、确定位置的设备(例如GPS)、光传感器、温度传感器(包括环境温度和/或身体温度)、心率监视器、图像捕捉设备、湿度传感器和/或其的组合。在某些实施方式中,传感器可以是无源的,例如可以被图像捕捉设备126和/或传感器128(其中之一)检测的反射材料。在某些实施方式中,传感器144可以被集成到例如体育衣服的服装中。例如,用户124可以穿戴一个或多个人体传感器144a-b。传感器144可以被合并到用户124的衣服中和/或被放置在用户124的身体的任何期望的位置。传感器144可以与计算机102、传感器128、138、140和142和/或摄像机126进行通信(例如无线)。交互式游戏服装的实例在2002年10月30日递交的美国专利申请第10/286,396号并且被公开为美国专利公开第2004/0087366号中进行描述,出于任何和所有非限制的目的,通过引用将其内容全部并入本文。在某些实施方式中,无源感测表面可以反射波形,例如由图像捕捉设备126和/或传感器128发射的红外光。在一个实施方式中,位于用户124的服装上的无源传感器可以包括由玻璃或其它可以反射波形的透明或半透明表面构成的一般的球形结构。可以利用不同类别的服装,其中当正确穿戴时给定类别的服装具有被配置为位于靠近用户124的身体的特定部位的特定的传感器。例如,高尔夫服装可以包括以第一配置位于服装上的一个或多个传感器,而足球服装可以包括以第二配置位于服装上的一个或多个传感器。
设备138-144可以直接彼此通信或通过例如网络132的网络进行通信。在设备138-144中的一个或多个设备之间的通信可以通过计算机102进行通信。例如,设备138-144中的两个或多个设备可以是被可操作连接到计算机102的总线114的外围设备。然而在另一个实施方式中,例如设备138的第一设备可以与例如计算机102的第一计算机以及例如设备142的另一个设备进行通信。然而,设备142可以不被配置为连接到计算机102,但是设备142可以与设备138进行通信。本领域中的那些技术人员将理解其它的配置是可能的。
示例性的实施方式中的一些实施可以替代性地或额外地采用旨在能够拥有各种各样功能的例如台式机或笔记本电脑的计算设备。这些计算设备可以具有如期望的外围设备或额外构件的任何组合。此外,图1B中示出的构件可以被包括在服务器134、其它的计算机、装置等中。
2.说明性的服装/配饰传感器
在某些实施方式中,感测设备138、140、142和/或144可以在用户124的衣服或配饰内形成或者与用户124的衣服或配饰相关联,所述衣服或者配饰包括手表、臂章、护腕、项链、衬衫、鞋等。在鞋上安装的设备和腕戴式设备的实例(分别是设备140和142)紧接着在下面进行了描述,然而,这些仅仅是示例性的实施方式并且本公开应当不限于此。
i.鞋上安装的设备
在某些实施方式中,感测设备140可以包括鞋类,其可以包括一个或多个传感器,所述传感器包括但不限于:加速计、例如GPS的确定位置的构件、和/或力传感器系统。图2A示出了示例性的传感器系统202的示例性的实施方式。在某些实施方式中,系统202可以包括传感器配件204。配件204可以包括一个或多个传感器,例如诸如加速计、确定位置的构件、和/或力传感器。在示出的实施方式中,配件204包含多个传感器,其可以包括力敏电阻器(FSR)传感器206。然而在其它实施方式中,可以利用其它传感器。端口208可以位于鞋的鞋底结构209内。端口208可以选择性地提供与电子模块210(其可能在外壳211中)和将FSR传感器206连接到端口208的多个连接线212进行通信。模块210可以被包含在鞋的鞋底结构中的阱或空腔内。端口208和模块210包括用于连接和通信的辅助性接口214、216。
在某些实施方式中,在图2A中示出的至少一个力敏电阻器206可以包含第一电极和第二电极或电触点218、220以及被布置在电极218、220之间以将电极218、220电连接在一起的力敏电阻材料222和/或224。当压力被施加到力敏材料222/224时,力敏材料222/224的电阻率和/或导电性变化,其改变了在电极218、220之间的电势。可以通过传感器系统202检测电阻中的变化以检测施加到传感器216上的力。力敏电阻材料222/224可以在压力下以各种方式改变其电阻。例如,力敏电阻材料222/224可以具有当材料被压缩时电阻减少的内电阻,其类似于下文中更加详细描述的量子隧道复合材料。该材料的进一步压缩可以进一步减小电阻,这允许定量测量、以及二进制(开/关)测量。在一些情况下,这种类型的力敏电阻行为可被描述为“基于体积的电阻”,并且呈现这种行为的材料可以被称为“智能材料”。作为另一个实例,材料222/224可以通过改变表面到表面的接触的程度来改变电阻。这可以用几种方式实现,例如通过在表面上使用增加未压缩条件下的表面电阻的显微映像来实现,其中当显微映像被压缩时,表面电阻减小,或通过使用能够变形以创建与另一个电极的增加的表面到表面的接触的柔性电极来实现。该表面电阻可以是在材料222和电极218、220之间的电阻和/或可以是在多层材料222/224的导电层(例如碳/石墨)和力敏层(例如半导体)之间的表面电阻。压缩越大,则表面到表面的接触越大,这导致电阻更小并且准许定量测量。在一些情况下,这种类型的力敏电阻行为可以描述为“基于接触的电阻”。应当理解:如本文定义的力敏电阻材料222/224可以是掺杂或非掺杂的半导体材料或者包括掺杂或非掺杂的半导体材料。
FSR传感器206的电极218、220可以由包括金属、碳/石墨纤维或复合材料、其它导电复合材料、导电聚合物或包含导电材料、导电陶瓷、掺杂的半导体或任何其它导电材料的聚合物的任何导电材料形成。连接线212可以通过包括焊接、锡焊、钎焊、粘结连接、紧固件或任何其它集成或非集成的连接方法的任何合适的方法连接到电极218、220。可替代地,电极218、220和相关的连接线212可以由单片相同的材料222/224形成。在另外的实施方式中,相比材料224,材料222被配置为具有至少一个电气特性(例如导电性、电阻等)。示例性的传感器的实例在2009年6月12日递交的美国专利申请第12/483,824号中被公开,并且出于任何和所有非限制性的目的,将其内容全部并入本文。
ii.腕戴式设备
如图2B中所示,设备226(其可以是图1A中示出的感测设备142或是与图1A中示出的感测设备142相同或相似的感测设备)可以被配置为被用户124穿戴,例如围绕手腕、胳膊、脚踝等。设备226可以监视例如包括用户124的体育运动或其它活动的用户运动。例如,在一个实施方式中,设备226可以是活动监视器,其测量、监视、跟踪或除此以外感测用户的活动(或静止),而不管用户是靠近计算机102或是与计算机102进行交互。在用户124与计算机102交互期间和/或独立于计算机102进行操作期间,设备226可以检测体育运动或其它活动(或静止)。设备226可以直接或间接、有线或无线地与网络132和/或例如设备138和/或设备140的其它设备进行通信。从设备226获得的体育数据可以被用于由计算机102进行的确定,例如涉及向用户124呈现哪项锻炼计划的确定。如本文所使用的,体育数据是指关于或涉及用户的活动(或静止)的数据。在一个实施方式中,设备226可以与例如致力于健身或健康相关的主题的网站的远程网站或直接或间接地(例如,通过例如与用户124相关联的设备138的移动设备)进行无线交互。在这个或另一个实施方式中,设备226可以与关于致力于健身或健康相关的主题的应用的例如设备138的移动设备进行交互。在这些或其它实施方式中,设备226可以直接或者间接地(例如通过例如设备138的移动设备)与关于如上应用的例如设备138的移动设备以及例如致力于健身或健康相关的主题的网站的远程网站进行交互。在一些实施方式中,用户可能期望在某些预定时间处向另一个位置传送来自设备226的数据。例如,用户可能希望从具有相对较小存储器的便携式设备上载数据到具有较大的存储器量的较大设备。设备226和其它设备之间的通信可以通过无线和/或通过有线结构来完成。
如图2B中所示,设备226可以包括例如按钮228的输入结构,以协助设备226的操作。按钮228可以是可操作连接到控制器230和/或任何其它电子构件的可抑压输入,例如所讨论的与图1B中示出的计算机102有关的类型的一个或多个元件。控制器230可以被嵌入到外壳232或除此以外是外壳232的一部分。外壳232可以由包括弹性成分的一种或多种材料形成并且包括例如显示器234的一个或多个显示器。显示器可以被认为是设备226的照明部分。显示器234可以包括一系列例如在示例性的实施方式中的LED灯234的独立的照明元件或发光部件。LED灯可以采用阵列的方式形成并且被可操作地连接到控制器230。设备226可以包括指示器系统236,其也可以被认为是整个显示器234的一部分或构件。应当理解:指示器系统236可以结合显示器234(其可以具有像素部件235)或完全独立于显示器234进行操作和照明。指示器系统236还可以包括多个在示例性实施方式中其还可以采取LED灯的形式的附加照明元件或发光部件238。在某些实施方式中,例如通过将照明部件238的一部分照亮以表示关于一个或多个目标的完成,指示器系统236可以提供目标的视觉指示。
紧固结构240可以被解锁,其中设备226可以围绕用户124的手腕放置并且随后紧固结构240可以被放置在锁定位置中。如果需要,用户可以在任何时间穿戴设备226。在一个实施方式中,紧固结构240可以包括接口,其包括但不限于用于与计算机102和/或设备138、140进行有效的交互和/或对内部电源再充电的USB端口。
在某些实施方式中,设备226可以包括传感器配件(未在图2B中示出)。传感器配件可以包括多个不同的传感器。在示例性的实施方式中,传感器配件可以包括或允许到加速计(包括采用多轴形式的加速计)、陀螺仪、确定位置的设备(例如GPS)、光传感器、温度传感器(包括环境温度和/或身体温度)、心率监视器、图像捕捉传感器、湿度传感器和/或其的组合的有效连接。从设备142的传感器检测到的运动或参数可以包括(或被用于形成)各种不同的参数、度量或生理特征,其包括但不限于速度、距离、采取的步骤以及例如卡路里、心率和汗液的能量消耗检测。还可以采用基于用户的活动的由用户获得的活动点或活动币值的形式来表示这些参数。可以根据各个实施方式使用的腕戴式传感器的实例在2011年11月1日递交的美国专利申请第13/287.064号中进行了公开,并且出于任何和所有非限制性的目的将其内容全部并入本文。
iii.识别感测位置
系统100可以处理感测数据以识别用户运动数据。在一个实施方式中,可以识别感测位置。例如,记录的例如来自图像捕捉设备126的视频图像可以被用于识别用户运动。例如,用户可以站在远离图像捕捉设备126的可能或可能没有进行预定义的一定距离处,并且计算机102可以例如使用视差映射技术处理图像以识别视频内的用户124。在实例中,图像捕捉设备126可以是具有彼此空间偏移并且同时捕捉用户的两个或多个图像的两个或多个镜头的立体摄像机。计算机102可以处理在相同时刻获得的两个或多个图像,以产生用于确定在使用坐标系(例如笛卡尔坐标系)的视频中的每个图像(或者所述图像中的至少一些)中的用户身体的某些部位的位置的视差图。视差图可以指示在被偏移镜头中的每一个获得的图像之间的差异。
在第二个实例中,一个或多个传感器可以位于在各个位置的或穿戴具有处于各个位置的传感器的套装的用户124的身体上或靠近在各个位置的或穿戴具有处于各个位置的传感器的套装的用户124的身体。然而,在其它实施方式中,可以根据例如设备138、140、142和/或144的其它感测设备确定传感器位置。参考图3,传感器可以被放置在(或与例如图像捕捉设备126相关联)例如关节(例如,脚踝、肘、肩膀等)的身体运动区域或在用户124身体上的其它感兴趣的位置。在图3中通过位置302a-302o表示了示例性的感测位置。就这点而言,传感器可以是位于用户的衣服上/中的物理传感器,然而在其它的实施方式中,传感器位置302a-302o可以基于两个运动身体部位之间的关系的识别。例如,传感器位置302a可以通过用例如图像捕捉设备126的图像捕捉设备识别用户124的运动来确定。因此,在某些实施方式中,传感器可以在物理上不位于特定位置(例如传感器位置302a-302o),但是其被配置为例如用图像捕捉设备126感测该位置的属性。就这点而言,用户身体的整体形状或用户身体的一部分可以允许某些身体部位的识别。不管是否使用例如摄像机126的图像捕捉设备和/或是否使用位于用户124上的例如在设备138、140、142、144中的一个或者多个内的传感器或从设备138、140、142、144中的一个或者多个分离出来的传感器的物理传感器,传感器都可以感测身体部位的当前位置和/或跟踪身体部位的运动。在一个实施方式中,位置302m可以被用来确定用户的重心(或称质心)。例如,关于位置302m-302o中的一个或多个位置的在位置302a和位置302f/3021之间的关系可以被用于确定用户的重心是否已经沿着垂直轴上升(例如在跳跃期间)或用户是否通过弯曲和屈曲他们的膝盖试图“假”跳。在一个实施方式中,传感器位置302n可以位于用户124的胸骨周围。同样,传感器位置302o可以位于靠近用户124的海军处。在某些实施方式中,来自传感器位置302m-302o的数据可以被用来(单独或结合其它数据)确定关于用户124的重心。在另外的实施方式中,在例如传感器302m-302o的多个若干传感器位置之间的关系可以被用于确定用户124的方向和/或例如扭转用户124的躯干的旋转力的方向。此外,例如位置的一个或多个位置可以被用作力矩中心位置。例如,在一个实施方式中,位置302m-302o中的一个或多个位置可以被用作用户124的力矩中心的位置点。在另一个实施方式中,一个或多个位置可以用作特定身体部位或区域的力矩中心。
在某些实施方式中,收集的数据的时间戳指示当身体部位在一定位置时的特定的时间。传感器数据可以通过无线或有线传输在计算机102中(或其它设备)被接收。例如计算机102的计算机和/或设备138、140、142、144可以处理时间戳以使用坐标系(例如笛卡尔坐标系)确定在视频中的图像中的每一个(或至少一些)图像内的身体部位的位置。从图像捕捉设备126接收的数据可以被校正、修改和/或与从一个或多个其它设备138、140、142以及144接收的数据合并。
在第三实例中,计算机102可以使用红外模式识别以检测用户124的用户运动和身体部位的位置。例如,传感器128可以包括红外收发器,其可以是图像捕捉设备126的一部分或是可以发射红外信号以使用红外信号照亮用户124的身体的另一个设备。红外收发器128可以捕捉来自用户124的身体的红外信号的反射。基于反射,计算机102可以使用坐标系(例如笛卡尔坐标系)识别在特定时间情况下的用户身体的某些部位的位置。识别哪些身体部位和怎样识别身体部位可以基于用户被要求执行的锻炼的类型进行预先确定。
作为健身例程的一部分,计算机102可以做出作为初始用户评估的一部分的用户124的初始姿势评估。参考图4,计算机102可以分析用户124的前面图像和侧面图像以确定用户的肩膀、上背部、下背部、臀部、膝盖和脚踝中的一个或多个的位置。可以单独使用身体上的传感器和/或红外技术或者结合图像捕捉设备126使用身体上的传感器和/或红外技术,以确定用于姿势评估的各个身体部位的位置。例如,计算机102可以确定评估线124a-g,以确定在用户身体上的例如诸如脚踝、膝盖、臀部、上背部、下背部以及肩膀的各个点的位置。
3.识别感测区域
在另外的实施方式中,系统100可以识别传感器区域。在一个实施方式中,评估线144a-g可以被用于将用户的身体分为多个区域。例如,线144b-f可以是水平轴。例如,“肩膀”区域402可以与具有围绕用户的肩膀(参见线144b)的下边界的身体部位相关联,区域404可以与在肩膀(线144b)和大约到臀部(参见线144c)为一半距离之处之间的身体部位相关联,并且因此是“上背部”区域,并且区域406可以跨越在线144c到臀部(参见线144d)之间的区域以包括“下背部区域”。类似地,区域408可以跨越在“臀部”(线144d)和“膝盖”(参见线144e)之间的区域,区域410可以跨越在线144e和144f之间的区域,并且区域412(参见脚踝)可以具有围绕线144f的上边界。区域402-412可以例如通过使用轴144a和144g被进一步划分,例如划分为象限。
4.对位置或区域进行分类
不管是否为特定点(例如图3中示出的位置)和/或区域(例如图4中示出的区域),没有互相靠近的身体部位或区域仍然可以被分类为相同的运动类别(例如参见方块302c)。例如,如图4中所示,“上背部”、“臀部”和“脚踝”区域404、408、412可以被分类为属于“灵活性”类别。在另一个实施方式中,“下背部”和“膝盖”区域406、410可以被分类为属于“稳定性”类别。该分类仅仅是实例,并且在其它实施方式中,位置和区域可以属于多个类别。例如,“重心”区域可以由区域404和406形成。在一个实施方式中,“重心”可以包括区域404和406的一部分。在另一个实施方式中,可以或者独立地或者可替代地如包括至少另一个类别的一部分地提供“力矩中心”类别。在一个实施方式中,单个位置可以在两个或多个类别中加权,例如在“稳定性”类别中被加权10%并且在“灵活性”类别中被加权90%。
计算机102还可以处理图像以便确定用户的衣服的颜色或其它独有的特征,以将用户从他们的环境中区分出来。在处理后,计算机102可以识别在用户身体上的多个点的位置并且跟踪例如图3中的位置302的那些点的位置。计算机102还可以提示用户回答例如诸如年龄、重量等的补充姿势评估的问题。
II.创建个人训练计划
A.概述
图5示出了根据本发明的实施方式的可以被用于生成个性化训练计划的示例性方法。首先,在步骤502中提供了执行体育运动的指令。指令可以在视频游戏机中生成并且在例如电视机的显示设备上显示。下文中详细描述了执行体育运动的示例性指令。体育运动可以被用于生成人体运动测试评分。运动可以各自映射到特定的身体运动。在一个实施方式中,体育运动包括深蹲、跨列步、直线弓步、肩膀灵活性、主动抬腿、俯卧撑以及旋转稳定性。图6示出了可以提供给用户以执行体育运动的示例性指令。
接着,图像捕捉设备可以被用于捕捉执行步骤504中的体育运动的运动员的图像。图像捕捉设备可以包括多个摄像机。在一个实施方式中,图像捕捉设备包括三个摄像机并且其被用于捕捉三维中的运动。各个实施方式可以包括捕捉可见光和/或在红外频谱中的光的摄像机。
在步骤506中,其确定来自一个或多个其它传感器的数据是否可用。其它传感器可以包括戴在手腕上或嵌入到鞋类或连接到鞋类的加速计、陀螺仪、心率监视器、指南针、例如GPS设备的位置跟踪设备、插入到鞋类中的压力传感器或可以被用于捕捉体育运动和/或体育表现的任何以上描述的传感器。从图像捕捉设备和一个或多个传感器接收的数据可以被用于生成人体运动测试评分。当仅仅来自图像捕捉设备的数据是可用的时,在步骤508用来自图像捕捉设备的数据生成人体运动测试评分。当附加的传感器数据是可用的时,在步骤510用来自图像捕捉设备的数据和来自越来越多的附加传感器的数据生成人体运动测试评分。在替代性的实施方式中,即使在其它传感器数据是可用的时,也可以仅用来自图像捕捉设备的数据生成人体运动测试评分。例如,传感器数据可以是可用的,但是不确定是可靠的或低于阈值。在一些实施方式中,系统还可以选择性地使用来自任何可用传感器的数据。
在生成人体运动测试评分后,在步骤512基于人体运动测试评分生成个性化锻炼计划。个性化锻炼计划可以通过例如视频游戏机、服务器或计算机102的包括一个或多个处理器的设备生成。人体运动测试评分可以显示可被改进的区域和可以处理那些区域的个性化锻炼计划。图7示出了根据本发明的实施方式的示例性的个性化锻炼计划阶段。列702列出了可以用于生成关于各种身体运动的人体运动测试评分的锻炼。列704和706显示了可以用于对每个锻炼进行评分的示例性的标准。两种等级仅仅出于说明性的目的而示出。各个实施方式可以使用三个、四个或多个评分等级。在一个实施方式中,使用了四个评分等级并且等级包括:(1)在锻炼课程经历的痛苦;(2)锻炼未能起作用地执行;(3)可接受地执行了锻炼;以及(4)锻炼执行良好。列708a-708c示出了可以是个性化训练计划的一部分的示例性的锻炼。个性化锻炼计划可以包括基于相关人体运动测试评分在不同阶段启动的锻炼。例如,重心稳定性可以在阶段1启动并且扭转可以在阶段2启动。
在替代性实施方式中,用户还可以提供被用于生成个性化锻炼计划的偏好数据。偏好数据可以包括时间承诺、锻炼课程的数量、偏好的锻炼天数、偏好的锻炼和目标。在一个实施方式中,用户可以提供对例如存储在网站上的显示用户锻炼的可用性的日历的电子日历的访问并且个人训练系统扫描日历以确定可用性和时间承诺。个人训练系统可以查看历史日历数据以确定可能的最佳时间和可用时间承诺或查看将来日历数据以确定实际可用性。个人训练系统还可以被配置为基于用户的实际可用性更新锻炼计划。例如,用户可以具有被安排在周一晚上的锻炼课程并且对用户日历的扫描显示了用户在周一晚上有约会,该约会使得锻炼不可行。个人训练系统可以修改锻炼计划以将锻炼重新安排到另一天。还可以对锻炼计划做出其它改变以保持用户走上正轨以达到目标。个人训练系统甚至可以将日历事件添加到用户的日历。
用户可以在远离个人训练系统的位置锻炼。可以通过例如戴在腕上或其它身体部位的加速计的各种传感器来捕捉锻炼数据。加速计还可以被嵌入到或者被连接到鞋类或服装用品中。可以被用来捕捉远离个人训练系统的锻炼数据的其它传感器包括陀螺仪、例如GPS设备的位置跟踪设备、心率监视器、被放置在鞋类中的压力传感器系统以及上文所描述的传感器中的任意一种。捕捉的锻炼数据可以通过网络连接或例如USB端口的硬件端口提供给个人训练系统。回到图5,在步骤514中其确定了当用户远离个人训练系统锻炼时锻炼数据是否已经被传感器捕捉。步骤514可以包括当用户的跑步是可用的时,确定用移动电话捕捉的GPS数据。如果没有传感器数据是可用的,过程在步骤516结束。本领域的技术人员将理解:图5中示出的方法仅仅是示例性的并且可以被修改以包括其它步骤和各个循环。例如不是在步骤516中结束,而是该过程可以等待预定的时间并且重复步骤514。
在步骤518中,当接收到传感器数据时,个人训练系统可以基于被传感器捕捉的锻炼数据修改个性化锻炼计划。修改可以包括锻炼类型或锻炼持续时间的一个或多个变化。例如,如果传感器数据表明用户最近跑步了,那么个性化锻炼计划的下个课程可以被修改为不对涉及跑步的主要肌肉群进行锻炼。其它示例性修改包括减少持续时间或消除锻炼课程。
B.说明性的实施方式
当用户开始锻炼计划时,计算机102可以提示用户在图像捕捉设备前面执行一系列锻炼。计算机102可以处理图像并且分配指示用户能够将每个锻炼完成得多好的评分,以建立基准体育健身等级。当执行锻炼时,计算机102可以指示用户将他自己或她自己置于与图像捕捉设备有关的一定距离和方向中。计算机102可以处理每个图像以识别用户的身体的不同部位,例如诸如他们的头、肩膀、胳膊、肘、手、手腕、躯干、臀部、膝盖、脚踝、脚、或其它身体部位。计算机102可以生成识别图像内的各个身体部位的位置的一组数据。计算机102可以处理数据集以确定某些身体部位之间的关系。这些关系可以包括一个身体部位相对于另一个身体部位的角度。例如,当用户在做深蹲时,计算机102可以将用户的躯干的角度和用户的大腿的角度进行比较。在另一个示例中,计算机102可以比较在俯卧撑期间用户的肩膀相对于他们的肘和手的位置。
计算机102可以将关于每个锻炼的数据集与期望的数据集进行比较以监视在执行锻炼时的用户的形态。期望的数据集可以包括贯穿锻炼的多个比较点。例如,俯卧撑可以被划分成四个事件:(1)用户的胸部最靠近地面并且他们的胳膊是弯曲的最低点;(2)用户的胸部最远离地面并且他们的胳膊是伸直的最高点;(3)其中用户从最低点转变到最高点的向上事件;和(4)其中用户从最高点转变到最低点的向下事件。期望的数据集可以为集中于某些身体部位的这些事件中的每一个事件指定比较点。例如,以俯卧撑期间的每个比较点,计算机102可以监视用户的双手的间距,用户的背部的平直度、用户的头相对于他们的躯干的位置、用户的脚相对于另一只脚的间距或其它方面。期望的数据集可以指定关于在锻炼内的比较点期间被监视的每个身体部位的期望位置以及允许的距离期望位置的偏差。如果用户的身体部位的变化超出了允许的变化,计算机102可以给用户提供识别身体部位的反馈和对用户的形态的校正(例如在俯卧撑期间,背部是弓形的而不是直的)。
计算机102还可以对用户的锻炼表现进行评分。可以基于用户的形态,用户能够多迅速完成锻炼(例如在60秒内完成20个俯卧撑)、用户完成的重复量、在锻炼期间用户使用的重量、或其它锻炼度量进行评分。除了处理图像之外,计算机102还可以从其它信源接收数据。例如,用户可以跑如经连接到用户的传感器(例如,鞋子中的传感器)或全球定位系统(GPS)设备测量的预定距离并且用户可以将数据上载到计算机102。基于被其它传感器获取的图像和/或数据,计算机102可以确定关于用户(例如不能够做俯卧撑)的薄弱区域并且设计帮助用户提高他们的整体健身等级的健身。评分可以是特定训练的函数并且可以集中于位置、精确度和正确执行。评分还可以基于在设定时间周期内的时间和/或数量集或重复次数。
图8示出了用于确定用户的基准身体健身等级的用户的初始交互的示例性的流程图。在该实例中,系统可以扫描用户并且提示用户报名参加并购买自动训练。系统300可以从用户获得关于体重、性别以及年龄的信息并且创建初始的基准身体健身等级。系统可以通过初始训练组引导用户并且设置参与目标。
在完成用户的基准身体健身等级之后,计算机102可以接着创建初始个性化计划。初始个性化计划可以是用户输入、用户的静态评估以及人体运动测试的函数。用户输入可以包括用户的时间承诺以及每周锻炼课程的数量和一个或多个目标。状态评估可以给用户提供信息和关于锻炼的指导。人体运动测试评分可以是用户的锻炼训练的表现的评估。
图9示出了创建个性化锻炼计划的实例。个性化计划可以是人体运动测试评分、用户期望的每周锻炼课程的数量、以及用户的目标(例如全身健身、跑马拉松、减肥等)的函数。目标还可以包括“变强壮”、“变瘦”和/或“变得紧实”。可以被考虑的其它因素包括用户的健身档案,其可以考虑用户健身等级的当前评估以及用户偏好。用户还可以指定多个目标,包括变得更健康、更力量、更快、集中等的目标。用户还可以指定健身等级,例如诸如初级、中级、高级。计算机102可以随着时间的推移评估用户的健身等级以确认用户输入健身等级或基于测量的表现调整锻炼而不是基于用户指定的健身等级调整锻炼。用户还可以指定他们的计划的期望的长度,例如1周、2周、4周或自定义的长度。
如图10-13中所示出的,为了获得这些输入,计算机102可以在显示器302上呈现提示用户开始新的计划并且提供关于初始个性化计划的输入的图形用户界面(GUI)。在图10中,图形用户界面可以给用户呈现选择教练员的选项(例如标签为Josh或Lisa),开始新的计划的选项或进行免费提供信息和帮助的课程的选项。如图11中所描绘的,响应于选择开始新的计划,图形用户界面可以提示用户输入用户期望的健身选择。例如用户可以选择每周的计划长度和课程的数量。然后GUI可以给用户呈现健身课程的总数。GUI还可以给用户呈现休息一下或加入群的选项,其中用户可以与至少一个其他的用户联网(例如通过因特网)以同时锻炼。当选择了免费提供信息和帮助的课程时,可以采用对用户来说显得随机的方式,即伪随机方式选择关于单个课程的训练。可以基于用户的例如力量或有氧运动目标的一个或多个目标进行选择。还可以基于时间或用户的表现进行选择。只要用户想要锻炼,系统就可以为其选择训练。
图12示出了GUI中的滚动条,其中用户选择可以选择每周期望锻炼的次数。在图13中,GUI允许用户输入提示使得电子邮件或短信可以被发送到设备(例如移动电话)以提醒用户关于即将到来的健身课程。提示可以包括一个或多个即将到来的健身课程的时间和日期。
图14示出了使用人体运动测试评分和节奏确定的示例性的基准体育健身等级评估。计算机102可以提示用户执行一个或多个锻炼训练,并且使用人体运动测试评分以及用户完成锻炼训练的节奏来确定评估锻炼中的每一个的评分。人体运动测试评分可以从0变动到3,并且节奏可以具有慢、中等、正常和爆发性的类别。
训练可以被用于评估与如图15中描绘的表现核心和身体运动类别有关的用户表现。表现核心可以是被设计为分析用户的力量、爆发力、速度&敏捷性、能量系统、灵活性和恢复的评估。身体运动训练类别可以包括对重心稳定性、扭转、深蹲、拉、单腿平衡、推、弯曲以及弓步的评估。
图16示出了在身体运动类别和人体运动测试锻炼之间的示例性的关系。人体运动测试锻炼可以包括旋转稳定性、支撑深蹲、肩膀稳定性、跨栏步、俯卧撑、主动抬腿以及直线弓步。旋转稳定性可以对应于重心稳定性和扭转身体运动类别,支撑深蹲可以对应于深蹲身体运动类别,肩膀稳定性可以对应于拉动身体运动类别,跨栏步可以对应于单腿平衡身体运动类别,俯卧撑可以对应于推动身体运动类别,主动抬腿可以对应于弯曲身体运动类别,并且直线弓步可以对应于弓步身体运动类别。
如图17中所述,计算机102可以指示用户以不同的节奏执行相同的训练。训练的节奏可以影响哪个表现核心将被评估。在深蹲中,例如,计算机102可以以低节奏评估用户的力量和以爆发性的节奏评估用户的爆发力。图18示出了包括慢、中等、正常和爆发性的四个不同的节奏类别。慢可以涉及用户在锻炼中向下运动超过两秒、保持一秒并且在接下来的两秒中向上运动。
基于人体运动测试评分,计算机102可以为用户生成健身安排,图18中描绘了其的实例。计算机102可以结合人体运动测试评分考虑用户希望每周进行的锻炼课程数量以生成健身计划。健身可以集中于以下三个活动中的一个:A力量健身、B有氧运动和代谢健身以及C恢复健身。如果用户仅仅希望每周健身一次,那么计算机102可以分配力量健身(即1xA)。如果用户希望每周健身多于一次,那么计算机102可以考虑关于用户的人体运动测试评分。一般而言,计算机102可以在评分14分及以上和评分13分及以下之间进行区分。对于评分14分及以上的人体运动测试,计算机102可以分配每周一个力量健身、一个有氧运动和代谢健身,并且没有恢复健身。对于评分13分及以下的人体运动测试,计算机102可以分配每周两个力量健身,并且没有有氧运动和代谢健身以及没有恢复健身。如图19中所示的,计算机102还可以为期望每周健身3次或多于3次的用户安排健身。本发明的替代性实施方式的许多包括含有不同的健身类型和课程数量的其它健身安排。
图19示出了用于设置目标和鼓励来自用户的承诺的示例性的流程图。计算机102可以给用户呈现评估和评论结果,并且提示用户选择1个或多于1个目标(例如减肥、获得力量等)。基于用户的选择和基准体育健身等级,计算机102可以推荐健身计划。计算机102还可以允许用户记录他们的目标声明。目标可以被定制为执行某些事件并且可以包括为职业运动员开发的或由职业运动员开发的训练课程。例如,计算机102可以加载为职业运动员开发的或由职业运动员开发的(例如‘保拉·拉多克里夫的马拉松训练’)关于现实生活事件的训练课程包。
图20示出了示例性的健身计划。在该实例中,健身计划是被设计为随着时间的推移提高用户的人体运动测试评分的六个月锻炼计划。其它健身计划可以具有不同的持续时间,例如一个月。在一些实施方式中,当健身计划被创建时,没有给用户呈现整个健身计划。最左边的列可以指示对应于人体运动测试评分区域的身体运动,并且剩下的列可以对应于指定身体运动类别中的每一个类别中的训练的一个月的计划。阶段1-6中的每一个阶段可以是一个月长的计划,并且评分为1分和2分的列可以对应于用于特定身体运动类别中具有小于3分的人体运动测试评分的用户的矫正锻炼的一个月长的计划。例如,在阶段6中,计划包括在重心稳定性运动类别中的叛徒行锻炼、在扭转运动类别中的固定的俄罗斯扭转锻炼等等。在一个月的每个锻炼课程期间,用户可以执行相同的锻炼训练,但是在根据4周例程的一个月中,每个锻炼训练的强度和持续时间可以变化。计算机102还可以允许用户将一个训练交换为同等的训练。
如果用户接收到所有类别中的3分的人体运动测试评分,那么计算机102可以提示用户执行在第1个月列中示出的锻炼。如果用户接收到任何身体运动类别中的1分或2分的人体运动测试评分,那么计算机102可以提示用户执行关于那个类别的在评分为1分或评分为2分的列中的身体运动。例如,如果用户接收到拉动类别中的评分为1分的列,计算机102可以提示用户执行实现第1个月中滚动n的提升锻炼、第2个月中的躺T秒以及沿着该行以此类推,并且六个月计划将在根据第4个月的列的俯身上拉锻炼处结束。
在另一个示例中,健身计划可以包括基准锻炼和六个月长的计划,图21-34中描绘了其的实例。图21-24描述了健身A,其包括集中于开发用户的力量和爆发力的锻炼。图25-32描述了健身B,其包括开发用户的速度、敏捷性以及爆发力的集中代谢锻炼。图33-34描述了健身C,其包括例如伸展锻炼的恢复锻炼。例如,如果用户每周仅健身一次,那么健身A可以是优先健身,但是也可以优先考虑其它健身。
参考图22,关于第1-2个月的健身A计划可以包括锻炼列表,在健身阶段和人体运动测试之间的关系、以及阶段细节。该计划可以包括动态热身,接着是在身体运动类别的每一个中的锻炼。在完成列出的锻炼后,如果用户具有14分或更高分的人体运动测试评分,那么计划可以包括代谢挑战,其中提示了用户执行试图身体上挑战用户的锻炼(例如尽可能跑得快些,重复做直到肌肉疲劳等)。此后,计划可以包括恢复锻炼(例如拉伸)。
参考图26,健身计划可以指定许多组、锻炼的时间量和休息的时间量。例如,在第1个月中,健身B指定每次锻炼2-3组,其中用户锻炼20秒接着休息20秒。
在六个月计划的每个月长的计划可以被划分为4个阶段,每个阶段持续一周,图35中描绘了其的实例。第1周可以是将指导技术介绍给用户并且获得基准体育健身等级的“介绍周”。第2周可以是“基础周”并且可以涉及用户提高他们的技术以及增加健身强度。第3周可以是“超负荷周”并且可以涉及添加更多的负荷(例如重量)到锻炼计划和增加强度。第4周可以是“挑战周”并且可以涉及将用户到推动他们的最大极限。还可以使用其它的4周进展。一般而言,每4-6周人体适应一次。一些用户可以适应不同的间隔并且可以安排计划以说明这些差异。一些计划还可以包括更短或更长的进展并且进展可以通过分析用户的表现来确定。计算机102提示用户学习促进进展的正确技术。随着时间的推移,通过添加重复次数和装备增加了挑战。当用户攻克健身时,给他们新的学习例程,这提供了内在奖励。计算机102试图学习用户的最有效的健身并且每4周重新评估一次用户的表现。
图36示出了通过健身课程引导用户的流程图。如图37中所示,计算机102可以提示用户开始健身课程,并且询问用户需要健身多久。然后计算机102可以提供用户将要执行的锻炼训练的概述。计算机102可以提供怎样健身和为什么健身以帮助用户养成竞技运动员的心态。竞技运动员可以包括职业运动员、大学生运动员、私人教练、社区排行榜参与者以及其它人。例如,训练可以涉及矫正的/核心锻炼、力量/爆发力锻炼、提供能量/代谢锻炼、恢复拉伸锻炼。计算机102可以通过热身课程引导用户(如图38中所示的)。热身课程可以是被设计为对身体运动类别中的每一个中的用户肌肉进行热身的动态热身。然后计算机102可以提供第一训练的示范(如图39中所示的)。当计算机102处理用户的图像时,用户可以接着在图像捕捉设备304的前面执行训练。计算机102可以引起显示器显示执行训练的用户图像(参见图40)。计算机102还可以给用户提供鼓励,以保持继续运转(例如仅仅5个更多的重复)以及反馈。响应于检测低于一定水平的重复率减少或其它度量,可以在检测预定数量的重复(例如每3-5次重复)后给定鼓励。
反馈可以允许用户与他们自身的基准竞赛以实时查看改进和随着时间的推移查看改进。例如图41示出了用户的形态与期望的形态的比较。在另一个示例中,图42示出了具有添加的直线的用户锻炼的图像,以在深蹲期间显示正确的背部和臀部姿势。在另外的实施方式中,图43A-B示出了给用户提供关于他们的形态的反馈(即所需的矫正:伸直膝盖)的图形用户界面,并且当用户形态改进时移除矫正反馈。一旦完成一个训练,计算机102就可以提示用户进入下一个训练。例如,图44示出了在健身课程期间通知用户下一个训练类别的图像用户界面。
如图45中的实例所示,在健身课程期间系统可以使用数据点以确定给用户提供的反馈和动力。如参考图46-49所描述的,系统还可以基于用户能够承诺健身的时间量修改健身课程。例如,健身可能需要60分钟,但是用户仅仅有20分组(参见附图46-47)。系统可以基于用户具有的时间量按比例减少健身课程(参见附图49)。调整可以包括改变热身时间量、组数量、重复数量、替代的锻炼等等。
系统还可以说明错过的健身课程。如果用户能够在每周进行至少一个锻炼课程,那么计算机102可以继续排定的健身计划(例如参见附图20)。如果用户错过了整个周,那么计算机102可以使用户在他们停止的地方开始执行下一个锻炼。如果用户已经错过了两周或多于两周,那么计算机102可以使用户重复上周他们参加的锻炼。计算机102还可以向用户设备(例如台式电脑、智能手机、笔记本电脑等)发送通知错过的健身、已经错过了多少健身、以及已经错过的锻炼已经如何影响用户的目标的实现的消息。计算机102还可以在消息中包括重新安排错过的健身的提示。在一些实施方式中,用户可以跳过健身。
图50示出了用于给用户提供健身后的信息的流程图。当完成健身后,计算机102可以通知用户已经完成健身课程并且可以引起教练员化身为伸展拳头,以用于虚拟碰拳或其它庆祝运动(参见图52)。计算机102可以给用户通知他们的健身表现和与健身相关联的点数(参见附图52-53)。计算机102还可以提示用户继续锻炼(参见附图54)。计算机102还可以给用户提供关于他们的形态的反馈,并且可以指示针对所述锻炼训练中的每一个锻炼训练的在优选的红色和绿色区域中的大量重复。
计算机102还可以计算指示用户在持续训练期间保持良好形态的程度如何的疲劳指数。例如,疲劳指数可以指示:用户在优选区域中的首先4次重复,在良好区域中的接下来的5次重复,以及在红色区域中的最后一次重复。
如果用户在课程期间努力训练,那么计算机102可以关联更大数量的点并对解锁新的健身。在到达点的里程碑时,用户可以通过游戏机解锁健身和在线挑战,或者用户可以购买这些在线项目。其它奖励可以包括当达到某些健身里程碑时获得作为教练员的认证。用户还可以从特定的衣服或鞋类供应商购买产品以增加奖励。例如,产品可以具有用户可以扫描或除此以外输入到计算机102以解锁新的训练课程(例如关于为跑步的拉伸课程)的嵌入式条形码或其它信息。在一些实施方式中,购买的某些产品可以允许用户解锁新的锻炼。新的锻炼可以涉及或使用购买的产品。
显示设备可以呈现允许用户仔细研究训练数据以及分析以查看进步和改进将来的课程的健身后仪表盘的图形用户界面。用户还可以选择通过社交网络(例如通过社交网站)公布他们的在线健身或除此以外分享他们的健身课程。当仔细研究其它用户的健身时,用户可以公布评论和提供建议。用户还可以公布消息以给其它用户提供动力。当用户提高他们的健身等级时(例如Bob将他的健身等级从中等提高到高级),计算机102还可以将信息公布到社交网络。计算机102可以具有基于配置文件和先前的训练成就对新的健身提出建议的动态建议引擎。教练员还可以推荐不同类型的约定,例如加入挑战或与朋友齐头并进。然后计算机102可以对下一个健身课程的时间和日期提出建议。
图55示出了免费提供信息和帮助的健身课程的流程图,并且图56-59示出了相应的图形用户界面。除了用户已经针对特定周安排的健身课程之外,免费提供信息和帮助的健身课程可以是额外的健身课程。免费提供信息和帮助的课程还可以是用户选择进行的不同于为用户安排的那个健身的不同的健身。计算机102可以基于免费提供信息和帮助的课程调整将来的健身。调整可以包括添加或移除特定类型的将来的健身(例如免费提供信息和帮助的课程是A健身,因此用B健身取代将来的A健身)。如果用户避免特定的锻炼,那么计算机102可以识别一个或多个同等锻炼并且可以调整将来的健身以排除特定锻炼。还可以做出其它的调整。
为了启动免费提供信息和帮助的课程,用户可以选择图形用户界面的免费提供信息和帮助的健身课程选项卡(参见附图56)。计算机102可以询问用户需要健身多久(参见附图57)和用户想进行的课程的类型,课程类型的实例可以包括全身健身、力量健身、耐力健身、灵活性健身或平衡性健身(参见附图58)。然后计算机102可以执行静态姿势分析和/或身体扫描。计算机102可以接着提供用户将要执行的锻炼训练的概述。例如,训练可以涉及矫正/中心锻炼、力量/爆发力锻炼、能量/代谢锻炼、恢复/拉伸锻炼。计算机102可以通过热身课程引导用户,并且然后继续第一训练(参见附图59)。显示设备可以呈现训练的示范。当计算机102处理用户的图像时,用户可以接着在图像捕捉设备前面执行训练。计算机102还可以给用户提供保持继续运动(例如再进行5个重复)的鼓励。计算机102然后给用户呈现反馈。一旦完成一个训练,计算机102就可以提示用户进入下一个训练。在完成最后训练后,计算机102可以接着更新用户的点和给他们提供健身后的总结。
挑战课程可以是其中用户与他们先前的健身的幻象或另一个用户进行竞赛。例如,计算机102可以存储执行一组锻炼的用户的视频以及表现度量。显示器可以呈现其中用户显得半透明的用户视频,并且其因此被表示为幻象。显示器可以覆盖由图像捕捉设备记录的视频,以用于与幻象进行比较。计算机102可以提供挑战示范,并且用户可以执行挑战。当完成挑战时,计算机102可以显示挑战结果。
用户还可以创建他们自己的挑战和健身课程,以用于更有针对性的训练或与社交网络分享。基于下载用户创建的健身课程的大量的其它用户,用户可以接收点、钱或其它奖励。用户还可以使计算机102请求来自朋友或专业人士的幻象健身,以进行帮助或比较。
挑战还可以针对在单个位置(例如家里)或通过网络的多个玩家。图60示出了示例性的挑战训练。计算机102可以识别具有相似健身等级的其它用户或用户可以挑战其它用户。多个玩家可以同时在相同的位置参与健身课程,或可以依次参与健身课程,其中完成课程的玩家的幻象被显示在屏幕上以与后来的玩家进行比赛。此外,计算机102可以加入在线挑战,其中用户可以与另一个同样在线的玩家进行比赛。在线挑战可以允许与多个其它玩家的比赛。比赛可以按年龄组、健身等级、仅仅是邀请、实现一定点的等级或以其它方式组织。可以通过所有其它挑战者的显示器呈现领导者的幻象。计算机102还可以引起显示器呈现示出了用户如何与其它参与者进行比较的排行榜。例如个人最好成绩的表现数据可以图形进行通信和通过音频设备进行通信。

12.根据权利要求1所述的计算机实施的方法,其中(c)包括通过识别在不同时间中的所述用户的身体部位的位置来评估所述用户的形态。
13.根据权利要求1所述的计算机实施的方法,其在(d)后还包括:
(e)接收被不同于所述图像捕捉设备的、监视所述用户的活动的传感器捕捉的锻炼数据;以及
(f)基于被所述传感器捕捉的锻炼数据修改所述个性化锻炼计划。
14.根据权利要求13所述的计算机实施的方法,其中(f)包括当被所述传感器捕捉的锻炼数据指示所述用户最近执行了相同的或相似的锻炼时,则减少或消除该锻炼。
15.根据权利要求13所述的计算机实施的方法,其中在(e)中的所述传感器包括腕戴式加速计。
16.根据权利要求13所述的计算机实施的方法,其中在(e)中的所述传感器包括在鞋类上穿戴的加速计。
17.根据权利要求13所述的计算机实施的方法,其中在(e)中的所述传感器包括陀螺仪。
18.根据权利要求13所述的计算机实施的方法,其中监视所述用户的体育活动的所述传感器包括GPS设备。
20.一种系统,其包括:
视频游戏机,其包括至少一个处理器;
显示设备;
图像捕捉设备;
计算机可读存储器,其包括计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当被执行时引起所述系统执行包括下述步骤的步骤:
(a)在所述显示器设备上显示执行体育运动的指令;
(b)用所述图像捕捉设备捕捉执行所述体育运动的用户的图像;
(c)基于所捕捉的执行体育运动的用户的图像,在所述至少一个处理器中生成人体运动测试评分;以及
(d)基于所述人体运动测试评分,在所述至少一个处理器中生成个性化锻炼计划。
21.根据权利要求20所述的系统,还包括:
传感器,所述传感器不同于所述图像捕捉设备,所述传感器捕捉执行所述体育运动的用户的运动参数;以及
其中所述计算机可执行指令还包括当被执行时引起所述系统捕捉被所述传感器捕捉的运动参数的指令。
22.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中,不同于所述图像捕捉设备的所述传感器包括腕戴式加速计。
23.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中,不同于所述图像捕捉设备的所述传感器包括在鞋类上穿戴的加速计。
24.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中,不同于所述图像捕捉设备的所述传感器包括陀螺仪。
25.一种有形的计算机可读介质,包括计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令当被执行时引起系统执行包括下述步骤的步骤:
(a)在显示设备上显示执行体育运动的指令;
(b)用所述图像捕捉设备捕捉执行所述体育运动的用户的图像;
(c)基于所捕捉的执行体育运动的用户的图像,在至少一个处理器中生成人体运动测试评分;以及
(d)基于所述人体运动测试评分,在所述至少一个处理器中生成个性化锻炼计划。
