Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石及其制备方法,其由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石80-120、蛋白石20-30、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯4-8、二聚亚油酸共聚物3-6、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵1-2、废粘土砖粉10-15、3-甲基-4-异丙基苯酚2-3、煤渣5-10、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯5-10、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3-5、碳纳米管4-6、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2-3、4-乙烯基吡啶1-2、二月桂酸二丁锡1-2、助剂2-4。本发明可以显著提高滑石粉与聚丙烯的界面亲和性,改善滑石粉填料在聚丙烯基料中的分散状态,使得滑石填料在复合材料中不仅具有增量作用,还能起到增强改性的效果,从而提高复合材料的物理力学性能,使滑石得到更好的应用和扩大其应用领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石及其制备方法,属于无机填料技术领域。
背景技术
滑石是一种含水的层状硅酸盐矿物,其化学式为3MgO·4SiO2·H2O。滑石的化学稳定性十分良好,耐强酸及强碱,同时还具有良好的电绝缘性能和耐热性。滑石作为一种优良的功能原料和填料,在橡胶和塑料等行业得到广泛的应用。随着复合材料工业的迅速发展,人们在向聚丙烯护套材料中添加滑石的同时,要使制品的各项物理机械性能等得以保证,为了满足这些要求,需对滑石进行改性,以提高其综合性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石及其制备方法,提高滑石粉与聚丙烯的界面亲和性,改善滑石粉填料在聚丙烯基料中的分散状态。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石,由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石80-120、蛋白石20-30、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯4-8、二聚亚油酸共聚物3-6、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵1-2、废粘土砖粉10-15、3-甲基-4-异丙基苯酚2-3、煤渣5-10、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯5-10、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3-5、碳纳米管4-6、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2-3、4-乙烯基吡啶1-2、二月桂酸二丁锡1-2、助剂2-4;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量份的原料:片钠铝石10-15、偏硼酸钡5-10、肌醇六磷酸酯1-2、十二硫醇二丁基锡2-3、碱式碳酸铋3-5、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯2.5-4.5、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺1.5-2.5、8-羟基喹啉铜0.5-1、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯4-6、茶多酚2-3、七水硫酸镁6-9、山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯1-2;b、将片钠铝石、偏硼酸钡、碱式碳酸铋混合均匀,粉碎,过150-200目筛,然后加入肌醇六磷酸酯、十二硫醇二丁基锡、8-羟基喹啉铜、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯,搅拌5-10min,然后加入余下原料,继续搅拌4-6min,烘干即得所述助剂。
本发明的汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将滑石、蛋白石混合均匀,720-780℃煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过500-600目筛后投入高速搅拌机内,于200-250℃下搅拌5-10min,使得物料含水量小于0.5%;然后将物料装入冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至85-95℃时,加入废粘土砖粉、煤渣、碳纳米管、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,继续搅拌4-8min,待机内物料温度降至50℃以下时,出料,烘干;最后将烘干后的物料与余下原料混合均匀,高速分散5-10min,烘干,研细,包装即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明可以显著提高滑石粉与聚丙烯的界面亲和性,改善滑石粉填料在聚丙烯基料中的分散状态,使得滑石填料在复合材料中不仅具有增量作用,还能起到增强改性的效果,从而提高复合材料的物理力学性能,使滑石得到更好的应用和扩大其应用领域。
具体实施方式
一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石,由以下重量(kg)的原料制成:滑石100、蛋白石25、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯6、二聚亚油酸共聚物4、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2.5、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵1.5、废粘土砖粉12、3-甲基-4-异丙基苯酚2.5、煤渣8、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯7、三乙醇胺硼酸酯4、碳纳米管5、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2.5、4-乙烯基吡啶1.5、二月桂酸二丁锡1.5、助剂3;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量(kg)的原料:片钠铝石10、偏硼酸钡10、肌醇六磷酸酯2、十二硫醇二丁基锡2、碱式碳酸铋4、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯3.5、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺2、8-羟基喹啉铜1、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯5、茶多酚2.5、七水硫酸镁7、山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯1;b、将片钠铝石、偏硼酸钡、碱式碳酸铋混合均匀,粉碎,过150目筛,然后加入肌醇六磷酸酯、十二硫醇二丁基锡、8-羟基喹啉铜、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯,搅拌7min,然后加入余下原料,继续搅拌5min,烘干即得所述助剂。
汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先将滑石、蛋白石混合均匀,750℃煅烧2h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过500目筛后投入高速搅拌机内,于250℃下搅拌5min,使得物料含水量小于0.5%;然后将物料装入冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至95℃时,加入废粘土砖粉、煤渣、碳纳米管、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,继续搅拌5min,待机内物料温度降至50℃以下时,出料,烘干;最后将烘干后的物料与余下原料混合均匀,高速分散7min,烘干,研细,包装即可。
上述实施例制得的改性滑石用于填充汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料的性能测试结果如下表所示:

Claims (2)
1.一种汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:滑石 80-120、蛋白石20-30、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯 4-8、二聚亚油酸共聚物 3-6、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2-3、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵1-2、废粘土砖粉 10-15、3-甲基-4-异丙基苯酚2-3、煤渣5-10、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯 5-10、三乙醇胺硼酸酯3-5、碳纳米管4-6、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2-3、4-乙烯基吡啶1-2、二月桂酸二丁锡1-2、助剂 2-4;
所述助剂的制备方法如下:a、取以下重量份的原料: 片钠铝石10-15、偏硼酸钡 5-10、肌醇六磷酸酯1-2、十二硫醇二丁基锡 2-3、碱式碳酸铋 3-5、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯 2.5-4.5、苯磺酰三羟甲基甲胺 1.5-2.5、8-羟基喹啉铜 0.5-1、间苯二酚单苯甲酸酯 4-6、茶多酚 2-3、七水硫酸镁 6-9、山梨醇酐单棕榈酸酯 1-2;b、将片钠铝石、偏硼酸钡、碱式碳酸铋混合均匀,粉碎,过150-200目筛,然后加入肌醇六磷酸酯、十二硫醇二丁基锡、8-羟基喹啉铜、异十三醇肉豆蔻酸酯,搅拌5-10min,然后加入余下原料,继续搅拌4-6min,烘干即得所述助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车线束聚丙烯护套材料用改性滑石的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:首先将滑石、蛋白石混合均匀,720-780℃煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过500-600目筛后投入高速搅拌机内,于200-250℃下搅拌5-10min,使得物料含水量小于0.5%;然后将物料装入冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至85-95℃时,加入废粘土砖粉、煤渣、碳纳米管、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、二乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,继续搅拌4-8min,待机内物料温度降至50℃以下时,出料,烘干;最后将烘干后的物料与余下原料混合均匀,高速分散5-10min,烘干,研细,包装即可。
