本发明公开了一种硅橡胶电缆护套,原料包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:生胶:100份;硫化剂:1‑2份;白炭黑:30‑60份;填充剂:50‑80份;结构控制剂:3‑5份;耐热剂:2‑3份。所得的电缆护套耐高温可达300度,耐低温可达‑60度,并且具有耐候性,耐UV性,耐老化以及优异的电子绝缘性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硅橡胶电缆,尤其是涉及耐高低温,耐老化,耐UV的硅橡胶电缆,属于电力工程技术领域。
背景技术
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,常规的电力电缆的塑料护套大致分为聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯和聚烯烃等种类,这些护套只是提供了日常最基本的使用要求,在一些高温和低温的地区使用的话,电缆的耐老化,耐UV,和电气绝缘性能均达不到要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐高低温,耐候性,耐UV性,耐老化以及优异的电子绝缘性能的硅橡胶电缆护套。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种硅橡胶电缆护套,其特征在于,原料包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:
生胶:100-120份;
硫化剂:1-2份;
白炭黑:30-60份;
填充剂:50-80份;
结构控制剂:3-5份;
耐热剂:2-3份
所述生胶为乙烯基硅橡胶,苯基硅橡胶和氟硅橡胶中的一种。
所述硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰,过氧化二异丙苯和2,4-二氯过氧化苯丙酰中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步的,所述的结构控制剂为羟基硅油和甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷按照1~3:1的比例配成。
进一步的,硅橡胶电缆护套原料包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:
生胶:100份;
硫化剂:1份;
白炭黑:30份;
填充剂:50份;
结构控制剂:3份;
耐热剂:2份

所述硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰,过氧化二异丙苯和2,4-二氯过氧化苯丙酰中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的结构控制剂为羟基硅油和甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷按照2:1的比例配成。
本发明所得的电缆护套耐高温可达300度,耐低温可达-60度,并且具有耐候性,耐UV性,耐老化以及优异的电子绝缘性能。

生胶:100-120份;
硫化剂:1-2份;
白炭黑:30-60份;
填充剂:50-80份;
结构控制剂:3-5份;
耐热剂:2-3份;
所述生胶为乙烯基硅橡胶,苯基硅橡胶和氟硅橡胶中的一种。
所述硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰,过氧化二异丙苯和2,4-二氯过氧化苯丙酰中的一种或几种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶电缆护套,其特征在于,所述的结构控制剂为羟基硅油和甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷按照1~3:1的比例配成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶电缆护套,其特征在于,原料包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数为:
生胶:100份;
硫化剂:1份;
白炭黑:30份;
填充剂:50份;
结构控制剂:3份;
耐热剂:2份。
