Abstract

本发明涉及塑料挤出机专用减速技术领域,一种水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱,包括箱体及置于箱体内的内摆线传动件,其特征在于:内置圆筒置于箱体中,其法兰与箱体联接,圆筒外表面与箱体间形成储水腔,箱体上有进水与出水阀,出水处设温度计,内置圆筒联接圆筒端盖,圆筒端盖输入端外圆与箱体输入端内孔紧配,用同一圆环盘联接;四片相同摆线轮中:两侧摆线轮与中间轮相位差180°,内摆线齿圈紧固在内置圆筒内孔。有益效果:摆线过载能力大,能实现静、动平衡,使传动更平稳;理论上行星传动箱体比定轴传动的重量要小好几倍,计算表明:重量轻50-60%;水温冷却结构简单,因而控制、调节方便、可靠性高、制造成本低。

Description

水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱
【技术领域】
本发明涉及塑料挤出机专用减速技术领域,是现有技术ZLYJ型平行轴硬齿面塑料挤出机专用减速机的改进,一种水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱。
【背景技术】现有技术ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机,是ZLY型两级平行轴硬齿面齿轮减速器设置推力轴承、用以承受塑料机螺杆轴向力的改进机型,是国内最大减速机民营企业国茂减速机集团于2010.6推出的主打产品,公司称:“ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机具有体积小、承载力高、传动平稳、噪声低、效率高等特点。”据减速机行业资料统计,ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机,是现有国内市场估有量最大、仿造厂家最多的专用减速机产品之一。
研究发现,ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机存在下述两大问题:
(一)减速机前端联接的塑料筒中螺杆处于高温状态,导致减速机箱内油温上升,因而必需设置强制油循环冷却装置,以至额外增加了制造成本与增加了整机重量;
(二)平行轴传动的轻量化程度比行星传动低,行星传动包括行星与少齿差(渐开线与摆线)两大类。行星传动轻量化程度高的理论解释见于下述权威专著:
(1)《齿轮手册》(1-4页):“行星传动替代了一批平行轴结构传动形式,这是因为行星传动采用数个行星轮同时传递负荷,并利用了内啮合的组合形式,因而具有承载力高、体积小、重量轻、效率高、噪声小等优点。”
(2)朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》660页:“行星传动与定轴轮系相比,具有体积小、重量轻、传动比范围大、效率高和工作平稳等优点。行星传动替代了一批平行轴结构传动形式,这是因为行星传动采用数个行星轮同时传递负荷,并利用了内啮合的组合形式,因而具有承载力高、体积小、重量轻、效率高、噪声小等优点。”
(3)颜思健《渐开线行星齿轮传动设计与制造》:“渐开线行星齿轮传动与普通定轴齿轮传动相比,具有承载能力大、体积小、效率高、重量轻、噪声小、可靠性高、寿命长、便于维修等优点,...行星传动已被广泛应用于冶金、矿山、水泥、起重、化工等机械上。行星传动的箱体比普通定轴齿轮传动的箱体在同样条件下,其重量要小好几倍,因为行星传动箱体外廓尺寸比普通定轴齿轮传动的箱体小很多。”
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于提供用水冷替代强制油冷却装置以降低制造成本、用多齿啮合的内摆线行星传动,取代现有ZLYJ平行轴传动,以提高减速器的轻量化程度:承载能力大、体积小、重量轻,一种水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱。
为实现上述目的,其技术实施方案理论依据如下:
本发明以现代内摆线(又称双摆线)传动为基础,结合自来水冷却散热、测水温仪器仪表、联接方式等公知常识,构成了本发明申请所要求保护的的权利要求。
背景技术中已指出,要提高减速器的轻量化程度,必需将现有技术的平行轴传动改进为行星传动。内摆线传动技术特征已为本领域技术人员完全熟知:
“(双)摆线等距线齿轮是近年来研制的一种新型齿轮传动,它是利用互为全包络曲线的等距线作为共轭曲线的一种齿轮机构,其特点为:(1)双摆线啮合,在节点附近似面接触,齿廓间形成包油腔;(2)与摆线针轮减速器相比,其承载能力可提高50%。”(见于:《摆线等距线齿轮的研制》李可植、沈培基,中国纺织大学学报Vol.15No.2,1989)
理论计算表明,内摆线的承载力与半埋齿摆线的σjmax=(8914/Rz){Y1maxT2/b}0.5相近,而现有双支点针销结构的摆线针轮的承载能力受制于针销弯曲应力:σF=Mw/W。由于半埋齿摆线承载能力的理论计算简单,因此本发明将其作为内摆线的承载力的近似计算。

四片摆线轮结构“显著优点是:两侧环板等厚,由于两侧环板与中间两环板相位角相差180°,因而可以实现在动平衡状态下运转,传动特别平稳。”(《双电机驱动双曲柄四环板式针摆行星传动研究》大连交通大学国家自然科学基金项目,批准号:50175011)
实施的技术手段:
内置圆筒法兰紧固在箱体上,其箱体外的端面上联接塑料挤出机料简,而带散热筋一侧置于箱体中与箱体间形成储存冷却水空腔,箱体上设有进、出水阀门,用自来水水冷却内置圆筒中传动件的温升,出水孔处另设有水温仪,最简单的是温度计;
内置圆筒输入端联接圆筒端盖,圆筒端盖输入端与箱体输入端紧配,二者用圆环盘联接,使内置圆筒另一端固定在箱体输入端;
内置圆筒输出端联接轴承座,推力滚子轴承的外圈设在轴承座内,其内圈端面由套在输出轴上的圆筒限位,圆筒轴向由联接在轴承座上的圆环盖限位,挤出机螺杆的尾部与输出轴内孔联接,挤出机螺杆的轴肩紧贴圆筒端面;
内摆线齿圈联接在内置圆筒的输入端内,使作用力直接指向箱体底脚,而不产生倾翻力矩(又称翻转力矩)。四片轮可以实现在动平衡运转。
有益效果:各单独技术特征彼此互相支持,且能产生本领域技术人员所知的有益技术效果:
(1)内、外摆线永不断齿、过载能力大,四片轮能实现静、动平衡,使传动更平稳;
(2)理论计算表明:重量轻50-60%;(3)水温冷却结构简单,可靠性高、制造成本低。

参照图1.一种水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱,包括箱体1及箱体内的内摆线传动件,所述内摆线传动件包括内置圆筒2、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈12、输入轴16、输入轴16上的偏心轴承14及w输出机构,所述w输出机构包括柱销与输出轴8、所述输出轴8用第一轴承3支承在内置圆筒2输出端内孔,所述第一轴承3之前设有轴承座7,所述轴承座7内孔与推力滚子轴承4的外圈配合,所述推力滚子轴承4的内圈外侧端面由推力圆筒5限位,所述推力圆筒5套在输出轴8上,所述推力圆筒5的轴向由圆环盖6限位,所述内置圆筒2输出端面上顺次联接轴承座7与圆环盖6,所述输出轴8内孔联接挤出机螺杆的尾部,所述输入轴16用第二轴承15支承在圆筒端盖13内孔,其特征在于:
所述箱体1输出端的端面上联接内置圆筒2法兰,所述内置圆筒2带散热筋的一侧置于箱体1中与箱体间形成冷却水空腔,其置于箱体1外的另一侧用以联接塑料挤出机外筒,用自来水冷却内置圆筒2中传动件温升,其产生的技术效果是:结构简单、成本低及控温可靠;
所述箱体1上面有一进水阀门螺孔9、下方有一出水阀螺孔18,出水阀处另设一测量水温的仪器仪表,根据水温的变化,以便于随时调节进水量进行控温;
所述内置圆筒2输入端端面联接圆筒端盖13,所述圆筒端盖13的输入端外圆与箱体1输入端内孔紧配,所述圆筒端盖13输入端面与箱体1输入端的圆端面用同一圆环盘17联接,使内置圆筒处于两侧支承的简支结构;
所述摆线轮为参数完全相同、相位不一的四片轮,其中:两侧摆线轮10相位相同,中间二摆线轮11相位相同,两侧摆线轮10与中间二摆线轮11相位差180°,优点是能实现静、动平衡,使传动更平稳;
所述内摆线齿圈12紧固在内置圆筒2的输入端内孔,使得内、外摆线轮齿啮合副的作用力指向箱体1底脚而不会产生倾翻力矩。

1.一种水冷式塑料挤出机动平衡内摆线减速箱,包括箱体(1)及箱体内的内摆线传动件,所述内摆线传动件包括内置圆筒(2)、摆线轮、内摆线齿圈(12)、输入轴(16)、输入轴(16)上的偏心轴承(14)及w输出机构,所述w输出机构包括柱销与输出轴(8)、所述输出轴(8)用第一轴承(3)支承在内置圆筒(2)输出端内孔,所述第一轴承(3)之前设有轴承座(7),所述轴承座(7)内孔与推力滚子轴承(4)的外圈配合,所述推力滚子轴承(4)的内圈外侧端面由推力圆筒(5)限位,所述推力圆筒(5)套在输出轴(8)上,所述推力圆筒(5)的轴向由圆环盖(6)限位,所述内置圆筒(2)输出端面上顺次联接轴承座(7)与圆环盖(6),所述输出轴(8)内孔联接挤出机螺杆的尾部,所述输入轴(16)用第二轴承(15)支承在圆筒端盖(13)内孔,其特征在于:
所述箱体(1)输出端的端面上联接内置圆筒(2)法兰,所述内置圆筒(2)带散热筋一侧置于箱体(1)中与箱体间形成冷却水空腔,其置于箱体(1)外的另一侧用以联接塑料挤出机的外筒;
所述箱体(1)上面有一进水阀门螺孔(9)、下方有一出水阀螺孔(18),出水阀处另设一测量水温的仪器仪表;
所述内置圆筒(2)输入端端面联接圆筒端盖(13),所述圆筒端盖(13)的输入端外圆与箱体(1)输入端内孔紧配,所述圆筒端盖(13)输入端面与箱体(1)输入端的圆端面用同一圆环盘(17)联接;
所述摆线轮为参数完全相同、相位不一的四片轮,其中:两侧摆线轮(10)相位相同,中间二摆线轮(11)相位相同,两侧摆线轮(10)与中间二摆线轮(11)相位差180°;
所述内摆线齿圈(12)紧固在内置圆筒(2)的输入端内孔。
