Abstract

本发明涉及一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置,包括设置于箱体内并依次传动的输入轴、传动机构和输出轴,箱体内设有内置圆筒和圆筒端盖,内置圆筒穿接于箱体的输出端并经法兰与箱体输出端端面连接,输出轴经两只第一轴承支承于内置圆筒,输出轴的伸出端套接有推力圆筒,推力圆筒连接内置圆筒;圆筒端盖连接于箱体输入端,输入轴经两只第二轴承支承于圆筒端盖,圆筒端盖与箱体间经圆环盘密封连接;圆筒端盖与内置圆筒连接,以内置圆筒、圆筒端盖和箱体内壁围接成密闭夹腔,以用少齿差摆线齿轮与内齿圈配合代替平行轴传动,减少减速机体积,重量降低50-60%,摆线轮齿不存在应力集中点,因而摆线永不断齿、过载能力大。

技术领域
       本发明涉及一种减速机,具体涉及一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置。
背景技术
现有ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机是ZLY型两级平行轴硬齿面齿轮减速器设置推力轴承、用以承受塑料机螺杆轴向力的改进机型,具有体积小、承载力高、传动平稳、噪声低、效率高等特点。据减速机行业资料统计,ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机,是现有国内市场佔有量最大、仿造厂家最多的专用减速机产品之一。ZLYJ型塑料挤出机专用减速机存在下述两大缺陷:
1.减速机前端联接的塑料筒中螺杆处于高温状态,导致减速机箱内油温上升,因而必需设置强制油循环冷却装置,以至额外增加了制造成本与增加了整机重量;2.平行轴传动的轻量化程度比行星传动低,行星传动包括行星与少齿差(渐开线与摆线)两大类。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供以水冷替代强制油冷却装置以降低制造成本;用少齿差摆线齿轮与内齿圈配合取代现有ZLYJ平行轴传动,以提高减速器的轻量化程度;承载能力大、体积小、重量轻的一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置,包括箱体和设置于箱体内并依次传动的输入轴、传动机构和输出轴,其特征在于,所述箱体内设有内置圆筒和圆筒端盖,所述内置圆筒穿接于箱体的输出端并经法兰与箱体输出端端面连接,所述输出轴经两只第一轴承支承于内置圆筒,所述输出轴的伸出端套接有推力圆筒,所述推力圆筒经圆环盖固定连接于内置圆筒的外端面;所述圆筒端盖连接于箱体输入端,所述输入轴经两只第二轴承支承于圆筒端盖,所述圆筒端盖的外侧端面与箱体输入端端面间经圆环盘密封连接;所述圆筒端盖的内侧端面与内置圆筒的内侧端面连接,所述箱体的内壁与内置圆筒及圆筒端盖的外壁围接形成密闭夹腔,所述箱体上设有联通密闭夹腔的进水孔和出水孔;所述传动机构包括偏心轴承、摆线齿轮、内齿圈和销柱,所述摆线齿轮中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承安装于输入轴的轴端,所述内齿圈安装于内置圆筒的内腔,所述摆线齿轮轮与内齿圈啮合传动,所述摆线轮经销柱与输出轴连接。
进一步地,包括两只摆线轮,所述两只摆线轮对应的偏心轴承的相位差为180度的。
再进一步地,所述圆筒端盖和内置圆筒的外表面上设有多个散热筋板。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
1.以内置圆筒、圆筒端盖和箱体内壁围接成密闭夹腔,夹腔中通入冷却水,结构简单,因而控制、调节方便、可靠性高、制造成本低。
2.以用少齿差摆线齿轮与内齿圈配合代替平行轴传动,减少减速机体积,重量降低50-60%,摆线轮齿不存在应力集中点,因而摆线永不断齿、过载能力大。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置,包括箱体1和设置于箱体内并依次传动的输入轴16、传动机构和输出轴8,所述箱体内设有内置圆筒2和圆筒端盖13,所述内置圆筒2穿接于箱体1的输出端并经法兰与箱体1输出端端面连接,所述输出轴8经两只第一轴承3支承于内置圆筒2,所述第一轴承3外侧设有轴承座7,所述轴承座7内孔与套接于输出轴8上的推力滚子轴承4的外圈配合,所述推力滚子轴承4的外侧端面由推力圆筒5限位,所述推力圆筒5套在输出轴8轴端,所述推力圆筒5由圆环盖6轴向限位;所述圆筒端盖13连接于箱体1的输入端,所述输入轴16经两只第二轴承15支承于圆筒端盖13内,所述圆筒端盖13的外侧端面与箱体1输入端端面间经圆环盘17密封连接;所述圆筒端盖13的内侧端面与内置圆筒2的内侧端面连接,所述箱体1的内壁与内置圆筒2及圆筒端盖13的外壁围接形成密闭夹腔,所述圆筒端盖13和内置圆筒2的外表面上设有多个散热筋板19;所述箱体1上设有联通密闭夹腔的进水孔9和出水孔18。
所述传动机构包括偏心轴承14、摆线齿轮12、内齿圈10和销柱11,所述两只摆线齿轮12中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承14安装于输入轴16的轴端,两只摆线轮的相位差为180度,所述内齿圈10安装于内置圆筒2的内腔,所述摆线轮12与内齿圈10间隔啮合传动,所述摆线齿轮12经销柱11与输出轴8连接。

1.一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置,包括箱体和设置于箱体内并依次传动的输入轴、传动机构和输出轴,其特征在于,所述箱体内设有内置圆筒和圆筒端盖,所述内置圆筒穿接于箱体的输出端并经法兰与箱体输出端端面连接,所述输出轴经两只第一轴承支承于内置圆筒,所述输出轴的伸出端套接有推力圆筒,所述推力圆筒经圆环盖固定连接于内置圆筒的外端面;所述圆筒端盖连接于箱体输入端,所述输入轴经两只第二轴承支承于圆筒端盖,所述圆筒端盖的外侧端面与箱体输入端端面间经圆环盘密封连接;所述圆筒端盖的内侧端面与内置圆筒的内侧端面连接,所述箱体的内壁与内置圆筒及圆筒端盖的外壁围接形成密闭夹腔,所述箱体上设有联通密闭夹腔的进水孔和出水孔;所述传动机构包括偏心轴承、摆线齿轮、内齿圈和销柱,所述摆线齿轮中心的轴承孔经偏心轴承安装于输入轴的轴端,所述内齿圈安装于内置圆筒的内腔,所述摆线齿轮轮与内齿圈啮合传动,所述摆线轮经销柱与输出轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷式塑料挤出机少齿差减速装置,其特征在于,包括两只摆线轮,所述两只摆线轮对应的偏心轴承的相位差为180度的。
