Abstract

本发明公开了一种双轴输出换向器,包括箱体、两根实心轴和一根空心轴;所述箱体为铸钢件,箱体中灌有高粘度润滑油;所述空心轴的两端通过圆锥滚子轴承分别安装在箱体和空心轴承盖上,在圆锥滚子轴承的外侧,均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封,所述空心轴的中部还装有弧齿锥齿轮;两根实心轴均为弧齿锥齿轮轴,与安装在空心轴上的弧齿锥齿轮相啮合,两根实心轴之间呈90度分布,分别通过两个圆锥滚子轴承安装在箱体上,在圆锥滚子轴承外侧均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封。由于箱体为铸钢件,箱体中灌有高粘度润滑油,并且油封均采用氟橡胶骨架油封,因此能够耐高温且密封性能好,实心轴和空心轴的配合紧凑而稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换向器,尤其是一种用于石材升降机上的换向器。
背景技术
石材升降机的工作环境恶劣,工作强度大,因此对于换向器的要求也非常高,换向器必须具有耐高温,密封性能好,内部结构稳定耐用等特点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温、密封性能好、结构紧凑稳定的双轴输出换向器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种双轴输出换向器,包括箱体、两根实心轴和一根空心轴;所述箱体为铸钢件,箱体中灌有高粘度润滑油;所述空心轴的两端通过圆锥滚子轴承分别安装在箱体和空心轴承盖上,在圆锥滚子轴承的外侧,均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封,所述空心轴的中部还装有弧齿锥齿轮,采用平键固定;两根实心轴均为弧齿锥齿轮轴,与安装在空心轴上的弧齿锥齿轮相啮合,两根实心轴之间呈90度分布,分别通过两个圆锥滚子轴承安装在箱体上,在圆锥滚子轴承外侧均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封,再用实心轴承盖进行固定,两根实心轴的外端上均设有平键;空心轴承盖和两个实心轴承盖均通过螺栓固定在箱体上。
上述技术方案中,由于箱体为铸钢件,箱体中灌有高粘度润滑油,并且油封均采用氟橡胶骨架油封,因此能够耐高温且密封性能好;实心轴和空心轴的配合紧凑而稳定,将空心轴的上轴承安装在输出轴承盖上,这种结构更易于装配。

如图1所示,本发明的优选实施例是:一种双轴输出换向器,包括箱体13、两根实心轴8和一根空心轴2;所述箱体13为铸钢件,箱体13中灌有高粘度润滑油;所述空心轴2的两端通过圆锥滚子轴承4、14分别安装在箱体13和空心轴承盖1上,在圆锥滚子轴承4的外侧,均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封3,所述空心轴2的中部还装有弧齿锥齿轮11,采用平键12固定;两根实心轴8均为弧齿锥齿轮轴,与安装在空心轴2上的弧齿锥齿轮11相啮合,两根实心轴8之间呈90度分布,分别通过两个圆锥滚子轴承10安装在箱体13上,在圆锥滚子轴承10外侧均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封7,再用实心轴承盖6进行固定,两根实心轴8的外端上均设有平键9;空心轴承盖1和两个实心轴承盖6通过螺栓固定在箱体13上。

1.一种双轴输出换向器,其特征在于:包括箱体、两根实心轴和一根空心轴;所述箱体为铸钢件,箱体中灌有高粘度润滑油;所述空心轴的两端通过圆锥滚子轴承分别安装在箱体和空心轴承盖上,在圆锥滚子轴承的外侧,均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封,所述空心轴的中部还装有弧齿锥齿轮,采用平键固定;两根实心轴均为弧齿锥齿轮轴,与安装在空心轴上的弧齿锥齿轮相啮合,两根实心轴之间呈90度分布,分别通过两个圆锥滚子轴承安装在箱体上,在圆锥滚子轴承外侧均安装有氟橡胶骨架油封,再用实心轴承盖进行固定,两根实心轴的外端上均设有平键;空心轴承盖和两个实心轴承盖均通过螺栓固定在箱体上。
