本发明提供一种减速器,包括机体、箱体、蜗轮和蜗杆,所述机体旁设有所述箱体,所述箱体上设有箱盖,所述机体上设有机盖,所述箱体内设有齿轮轴,所述机体内设有所述蜗轮和蜗杆,所述蜗杆上设有齿轮,所述蜗杆通过所述齿轮与齿轮轴啮合,所述机体内设有轴承套,在所述蜗杆与所述轴承套间设有调心轴承,所述蜗轮固定在输出轴上。本发明的有益效果是:减速器由机体和箱体共同组成,便于拆卸和装配,齿轮轴通过齿轮带动蜗杆运动,蜗杆带动蜗轮运动,蜗轮带动输出轴运动,减速器的设计简单合理;具有结构简单、设备使用寿命长、传动效果好等优点。

本发明属于减速器设备领域,尤其是涉及一种减速器。
背景技术
在无缝钢管传送辊道中需要使用减速器对传送辊道的电机的回转数减速到所要的回转数并得到较大转矩,在现有的技术中,减速器的机体为整体结构、结构复杂、不易于减速器的装配及维修,存在不方便拆卸和维修、传动效果不好等技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的减速器,尤其适合在无缝钢管传送辊道中使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种减速器,包括机体、箱体、蜗轮和蜗杆,所述机体旁设有所述箱体,所述箱体上设有箱盖,所述机体上设有机盖,所述箱体内设有齿轮轴,所述机体内设有所述蜗轮和蜗杆,所述蜗杆上设有齿轮,所述蜗杆通过所述齿轮与齿轮轴啮合,所述机体内设有轴承套,在所述蜗杆与所述轴承套间设有调心轴承,所述蜗轮固定在输出轴上。
进一步的,所述机体的上部和下部均设有地脚孔,可以适用于不同位置的安装。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,减速器由机体和箱体共同组成,便于拆卸和装配,齿轮轴通过齿轮带动蜗杆运动,蜗杆带动蜗轮运动,蜗轮带动输出轴运动,减速器的设计简单合理;具有结构简单、设备使用寿命长、传动效果好等优点。

如图1和2所示,本发明一种减速器,包括机体2、箱体3、蜗轮10和蜗杆7,所述机体2旁设有所述箱体3,所述箱体3上设有箱盖4,所述机体2上设有机盖1,所述箱体3内设有齿轮轴5,所述机体2内设有所述蜗轮10和蜗杆7,所述蜗杆7上设有齿轮6,所述蜗杆7通过所述齿轮6与齿轮轴5啮合,所述机体2内设有轴承套11,在所述蜗杆7与所述轴承套11间设有调心轴承8,所述蜗轮10固定在输出轴9上,所述机体2的上部和下部均设有地脚孔,可以适用于不同位置的安装。
本实例的工作过程:工作时,齿轮轴5通过齿轮6带动蜗杆7转动,蜗杆7带动蜗轮10转动,蜗轮10带动输出轴9转动,完成对传送辊道的回转数减速的功能,机体2的上端和下端均设有地脚孔,可以适用于不同位置的安装,减速器由机体2和箱体3共同组成,便于拆卸和装配。
