Description
本发明涉及一种用于改进的制作塑胶吸盘降低生产成本且能保证产品质量的塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程。
背景技术
原来用于制作塑胶吸盘的工艺过程比较繁琐,需要两套模具及专用混料机混料,还要人工将混好的料导出装入注塑机料仓、再加热,。
发明内容
为了解决上述提出的问题,本发明提供一种塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程,该塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程能够减去混料机专门混料过程,可在注塑机料仓直接混料、加热,减少环节,节约人力和成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程,将在配料工装中按比例配置好所需的混合料加入料仓-混料-加热-加色母-在注塑模具中加预留嵌件-向模具中注射-加压-撤压-出模-定型-修建边角毛刺-检验合格-成品入包装。
定型是在成品刚出模具、尚有温度时采用水平、光滑面板将成品的工作表面贴上、固定,是成品保持其工作表面不变形、不走样。
本发明的特点是,除原料配比外,从混料到成品出模采用一台机械、一次完成,成本低、效率高。
具体实施方式
实施方式一
以塑胶吸盘为例:在配料工装中按塑胶吸盘所需各种原料比例配置好混合料料加入料仓-混料-加热-加色母-在注塑模具中加预留嵌件-向模具中注射-加压-撤压-出模-定型-修建边角毛刺-检验合格-成品入包装。
将刚出模具尚有温度的吸盘定型,将其放在水平、光滑面板上、固定不动,使吸盘保持其工作表面不变形、不走样。

1.塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程,其特征在于:将在配料工装中按比例配置好所需的混合料加入料仓-混料-加热-加色母-在注塑模具中加预留嵌件-向模具中注射-加压-撤压-出模-定型-修建边角毛刺-检验合格-成品入包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶吸盘注塑工艺过程,其特征在于:定型是在成品刚出模具、尚有温度时采用水平、光滑面板将成品的工作表面贴上、固定,是成品保持其工作表面不变形、不走样。
