Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙的处理方法，该碳酸钙的处理方法包括以下步骤：硬脂酸溶于二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）溶剂中，再加入碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中挤压2-10次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙；其中，碳酸钙、硬脂酸和二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）的质量比是1：0.01-0.03：0.3-0.6；对辊挤压条件是滚轴距离不大于2mm。本发明得到的碳酸钙在保证革性能的前提下可以增大其在聚氨酯革中的填加量，降低了聚氨酯革的成本，满足广阔的市场需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无机非金属材料在高分子材料中应用领域，具体涉及聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙的处理方法。
背景技术
纯树脂型聚氨酯革存在耐热性差和表观性能不佳等缺点，加填无机填料不仅可以改善聚氨酯革的挺度和光泽度等产品性能，同时能有效降低生产成本。基于优越的性价比，目前中低档聚氨酯革普遍以碳酸钙作为加填剂，约占合成革市场80%以上份额。但由于碳酸钙自身性能所限，当其加填量超过20%时，聚氨酯革产品的表观和力学性能均显著下降，特别是耐屈绕和抗拉伸性能显著降低，同时表观性能也趋向恶化。目前，除金叶玲的重质碳酸钙用于聚氨酯革的相关研究报道外，尚未见其他报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙的处理方法，通知该处理方法得到的碳酸钙在保证革性能的前提下可以增大其在聚氨酯革中的填加量，降低聚氨酯革的成本，满足广阔的市场需求。
本发明的技术解决方案是该碳酸钙的处理方法包括以下步骤：硬脂酸溶于二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）溶剂中，再加入碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中挤压2-10次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙；其中，碳酸钙、硬脂酸和二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）的质量比是1：0.01-0.03：0.3-0.6；对辊挤压条件是滚轴距离不大于2mm。
本发明的优点在于：1、碳酸钙的处理方法常温操作，能耗低，简单易行，无需脱溶剂；2、选择硬脂酸作为碳酸钙的改性剂，同时充分利用聚氨酯树脂本身的溶剂—二甲基甲酰胺对硬脂酸的溶解性，巧妙结合对辊挤压对碳酸钙进行处理，提升碳酸钙在聚氨酯树脂中的分散性能以及与聚氨酯树脂的融合性能，进而提升其加填量；4、在不改变制革工艺的前提下，处理后碳酸钙按绝干质量比加入聚氨酯树脂中，最大添加量可达40%，而所制革的性能仍符合行业标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述，这些实施例不能理解为是对技术方案的限制。
实施例1：称取1KG硬脂酸溶于30KG的DMF溶剂中，再加入100KG碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中，对辊滚轴距离1mm挤压2次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙。
实施例2：称取2KG硬脂酸溶于45KG的DMF溶剂中，再加入100KG碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中，对辊滚轴距离1.5mm挤压6次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙。
实施例3：称取3KG硬脂酸溶于60KG的DMF溶剂中，再加入100KG碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中，对辊滚轴距离2mm挤压10次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙。
实施例1-3的碳酸钙，在不改变制革工艺的前提下，以40%添加量加入聚氨酯革生产中，所制革的性能仍符合行业标准。

1.聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙的处理方法，其特征是该碳酸钙的处理方法包括以下步骤：硬脂酸溶于二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）溶剂中，再加入碳酸钙，充分混合浸润；将浸润后的碳酸钙置入对辊挤压机中挤压2-10次，得聚氨酯革中填料碳酸钙；其中，碳酸钙、硬脂酸和二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）的质量比是1：0.01-0.03：0.3-0.6；对辊挤压条件是滚轴距离不大于2mm。
