Abstract

本发明涉及复合地板生产领域,尤其是一种韧性优越的复合地板的中层料,它由质量份数为:PVC100份、增塑剂36份、稳定剂2份、碳酸钙510.6份、含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶7份组成;所述丁腈橡胶中丙烯腈的含量为31‑35%;韧性优越的复合地板的中层料的配制方法,将配方量的PVC粉末、增塑剂、稳定剂放置在混合设备内混合搅拌15分钟;再加入碳酸钙后再次混合搅拌15分钟,使其充分搅拌、混合均匀;最后再加入丁腈橡胶,再次混合搅拌15分钟,所以料混合均匀,即可。通过该方法得到的复合地板的中层料的收缩率小于等于0.03%,膨胀率小于等于0.1%,而其硬度可达到65°。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合地板生产领域,尤其是一种韧性优越的复合地板的中层料及其配制方法。
背景技术
现有的复合地板普遍存在产品韧性低、收缩率和膨胀率高等缺点,实际生产使用过程中,这些确定造成了产品的质量相对较差,品质无法保证,从而使得产品的性价比相对较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种韧性优越的复合地板的中层料及其配制方法,该通过该方法制得的复合地板的中层料具有任性好、收缩率和膨胀率小等优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的韧性优越的复合地板的中层料,它由PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂、碳酸钙和含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:PVC100份、增塑剂36份、稳定剂2份、碳酸钙510.6份、含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶7份;所述丁腈橡胶中丙烯腈的含量为31-35%。
作为优化,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
作为优化,所述的碳酸钙的目数为325目。
作为优化,所述丁腈橡胶中丙烯腈的含量为33%。
一种韧性优越的复合地板的中层料的配制方法,将配方量的PVC粉末、增塑剂、稳定剂放置在混合设备内混合搅拌15分钟;再加入碳酸钙后再次混合搅拌15分钟,使其充分搅拌、混合均匀;最后再加入丁腈橡胶,再次混合搅拌15分钟,所以料混合均匀,即可。
本发明所得到的韧性优越的复合地板的中层料及其配制方法,其使用了含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶,且含量保持在31-35%,确保在加工过程中的耐热性、拉升强度等都适中,同时利用丁腈橡胶的网状结构提高碳酸钙的填充量,并保持一定的韧性,碳酸钙的填充量加大,则产品整体的膨胀率和收缩率下降。
通过该方法得到的复合地板的中层料的收缩率小于等于0.03%,膨胀率小于等于0.1%,而其硬度可达到65°。
丁腈橡胶中的丙烯腈含量过高,则耐寒性较低,若丙烯腈含量较低,则拉伸强度较低。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的韧性优越的复合地板的中层料,它由PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂、碳酸钙和含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:PVC100份、增塑剂36份、稳定剂2份、碳酸钙510.6份、含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶7份;所述丁腈橡胶中丙烯腈的含量为31%;
所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂;
所述的碳酸钙的目数为325目;

1.一种韧性优越的复合地板的中层料,其特征是:它由PVC、增塑剂、稳定剂、碳酸钙和含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶组成,其中各组分的质量份数为:PVC100份、增塑剂36份、稳定剂2份、碳酸钙510.6份、含丙烯腈的丁腈橡胶7份;所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂;所述的碳酸钙的目数为325目;所述丁腈橡胶中丙烯腈的含量为33%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的韧性优越的复合地板的中层料的配制方法,其特征是:将配方量的PVC粉末、增塑剂、稳定剂放置在混合设备内混合搅拌15分钟;再加入碳酸钙后再次混合搅拌15分钟,使其充分搅拌、混合均匀;最后再加入丁腈橡胶,再次混合搅拌15分钟,所有料混合均匀,即可。
