一种热压成型设备。该热压成型设备用来进行一工件的热压成型并包括具有工件成型区域以放置工件的定位模板、多个定位块、热压模板以及顶出机构;多个通孔沿工件成型区域的周围形成于工件成型区域内;多个定位块可活动地沿工件成型区域的周围设置于工件成型区域外,用来定位工件于工件成型区域内;热压模板可相对定位模板在热压及释放位置间上下移动,用来在移动至热压位置时与定位模板共同热压位于工件成型区域内的工件;顶出机构包括可活动地设置于多个通孔内的多个顶柱以及驱动装置;驱动装置用来在热压模板移动至释放位置时,驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出以顶起工件。本发明可提升工件成型质量与工艺效率。

技术领域
本发明关于一种热压成型设备,尤指一种使用顶出机构以顶起工件的热压成型设备。
背景技术
一般而言,在塑料框体与金属片(如铝片等)的接合设计上,其通常使用热压成型工艺来进行,其相关制造流程为将塑料框体与金属片放置在位于热压模板下的定位模板上,并接着适当地调整可活动地设置于其上的定位块的相对位置以将塑料框体与金属片固定于定位模板上,最后只要再下移热压模板以与定位模板共同热压塑料框体与金属片,如此即可完成塑料框体与金属片的热压接合。
在将金属片热压接合于塑料框体中之后,作业人员通常采用人工扳动工件边角的方式来取出工件,然而,由于塑料框体会在进行热压成型工艺的过程中受热变形而更进一步地紧靠住定位块,因此往往会导致工件不易取出的问题,除此之外,上述以人工扳动工件边角的方式也会因作业人员的施力过大或不均而产生工件反翘变形或损坏的情况,从而大大地影响工件成型质量。
因此,需要提供一种热压成型设备以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种使用顶出机构以顶起工件的热压成型设备,以解决上述的问题。
本发明公开一种热压成型设备,该热压成型设备用来进行一工件的热压成型,该热压成型设备包括一定位模板、多个定位块、一热压模板,以及一顶出机构;该定位模板具有一工件成型区域以放置该工件,多个通孔沿该工件成型区域的周围形成于该工件成型区域内;该多个定位块可活动地沿该工件成型区域的周围设置于该工件成型区域外,用来定位该工件于该工件成型区域内;该热压模板可相对该定位模板在一热压位置以及一释放位置间上下移动,用来在移动至该热压位置时与该定位模板共同热压位于该工件成型区域内的该工件;该顶出机构包括多个顶柱以及一驱动装置;该多个顶柱可活动地设置于该多个通孔内;该驱动装置用来在该热压模板移动至该释放位置时,驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出以顶起该工件。
本发明还公开该多个通孔形成于对应该多个定位块的位置上。
本发明还公开该工件包含一塑料框体以及一金属片,当该热压模板移动至该热压位置时,该热压模板与该定位模板共同热压位于该工件成型区域内的该塑料框体以及该金属片以将该金属片接合于该塑料框体中,当该热压模板移动至该释放位置时,该驱动装置驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出,以顶起接合有该金属片的该塑料框体。
本发明还公开该热压成型设备还包含一模板支撑结构,该模板支撑结构设置于该定位模板下以支撑该定位模板。
本发明还公开该驱动装置包含一气体提供管线以及一进气开关。该气体提供管线穿设于该模板支撑结构内且连通于该多个通孔,用来提供气体至该多个通孔中以气压驱动该多个顶柱分别从相对应的通孔中伸出。该进气开关设置于该气体提供管线上,用来开启或关闭该气体提供管线。
本发明还公开该模板支撑结构包含一模板底座以及一设备支架。该模板底座设置于该定位模板下,该气体提供管线穿设于该模板底座内。该设备支架设置于该模板底座下,用来支撑该模板底座。
本发明还公开该驱动装置以机械驱动或液压驱动方式驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出。
本发明还公开该多个通孔的至少其中的一通孔形成于对应该工件成型区域的至少一边角的位置上。

综上所述,本发明使用顶出机构以顶起工件的设计,藉以达到在完成工件的热压接合后可使用顶出机构将工件顶起以便作业人员取下工件的目的。如此一来,通过上述驱动装置驱动顶柱顶起工件的设计,本发明的热压成型设备可允许作业人员在不需向上扳动工件的边角的情况下,就能直接将被顶柱顶起而离开工件成型区域的工件从定位模板上取下,藉以有效地解决先前技术中所提及的工件不易取出以及因作业人员的扳动力道过大或不均所产生的工件反翘变形或损坏的问题,从而大大地提升工件成型质量与工艺效率。

请参阅图1,其为根据本发明的一实施例所提出的热压成型设备10的立体示意图,热压成型设备10用来进行一工件12的热压成型,在此实施例中,工件12可包含一塑料框体120以及一金属片121,其中金属片121可由铝材质所构成,意即热压成型设备10可用来进行塑料件以及铝片的热压接合,但不受此限,换句话说,只要是使用定位块以进行工件的固定并接着进行工件的热压接合的热压成型设备,其均可适用于本发明。
接着请同时参阅图2,其为图1的一定位模板14、一模板支撑结构15、多个定位块16,以及一顶出机构18的放大示意图,如图1以及图2可知,热压成型设备10包含定位模板14、多个定位块16、顶出机构18,以及一热压模板20。定位模板14具有一工件成型区域22以放置工件12,而多个通孔23则是可沿工件成型区域22的周围形成于工件成型区域22内,在此实施例中,如图2所示,多个通孔23可分别形成于对应工件成型区域22的四边角以及两长边的位置上。多个定位块16可活动地沿工件成型区域22的周围设置于工件成型区域22外,藉此,作业人员即可根据工件12的尺寸适当地调整每一定位块16的相对位置以分别紧靠住工件12,从而将工件12定位于工件成型区域22内,藉以确保工件12在进行热压成型工艺的过程中不致滑动。热压模板20可相对于定位模板14上下移动,更详细地说,在此实施例中,热压成型设备10可还包含一模板连杆21,模板连杆21连接于热压模板20,藉以用来控制热压模板20相对于定位模板14上下移动,至于其机构控制设计的相关说明,其常见于先前技术中,故于此不再赘述。热压模板20可用来在移动至热压位置时与定位模板14共同热压位于工件成型区域22内的工件12,藉以完成塑料框体120以及金属片121的热压接合。
另外,热压成型设备10可还包含一模板支撑结构15,模板支撑结构15设置于定位模板14下,模板支撑结构15可采用常见应用于热压接合工艺中的模板支撑设计,举例来说,在此实施例中,模板支撑结构15可包含一模板底座150以及一设备支架151,模板底座150可设置于定位模板14下,而设备支架151则是可设置于模板底座150下,藉以共同形成一支撑平台而稳固地支撑住定位模板14。
接着,在顶出机构18的机构设计方面,由图2可知,顶出机构18包含多个顶柱24以及一驱动装置26。多个顶柱24可活动地设置于多个通孔23内,而驱动装置26则是用来驱动每一顶柱24从相对应的通孔23中伸出以顶起工件12,其中顶柱24较佳地由低密度软性材质(如铝材质等)所构成以有效地避免工件12被顶柱24刮伤或破坏的情况发生,而驱动装置26可较佳地采用气压驱动顶柱的设计,举例来说,驱动装置26可包含一气体提供管线28以及一进气开关30。气体提供管线28可较佳地穿设于模板底座150内且与位于定位模板14上的多个通孔23相互连通,气体提供管线28可用来提供气体至多个通孔23中以气压驱动多个顶柱24分别从相对应的通孔23中伸出,其中气体提供管线28所提供的气体可为常见应用于气压驱动设计中的工业用气,如压缩空气、氮气等。进气开关30设置于气体提供管线28上以用来开启或关闭气体提供管线28,藉以控制顶柱24的伸出与否。
在此针对热压成型设备10的工件顶出操作进行详细的描述,请参阅图1、图3、图4、图5,以及图6,图3为图1的热压模板20与定位模板14共同热压工件12的立体示意图,图4为图3的热压成型设备10的上视图,图5为图4的热压成型设备10沿剖面线A-A’的部分剖面示意图,图6为图5的顶柱24从通孔23伸出以顶起工件12的部分剖面示意图。首先,作业人员可将塑料框体120放置于如图2所示的工件成型区域22中并将金属片121放置于塑料框体120中(如图1所示),接着作业人员即可根据塑料框体120的尺寸适当地调整每一定位块16的相对位置以使每一定位块16可紧靠住塑料框体120,藉以确保塑料框体120以及金属片121在进行热压成型工艺的过程中不致滑动(如图1以及图4所示)。接下来,作业人员可操作模板连杆21以控制热压模板20从如图1所示的释放位置向下移动至如图3所示的热压位置,藉以使热压模板20可与定位模板14共同热压位于工件成型区域22中的塑料框体120以及金属片121,此时,顶柱24与工件12的位置关系可如图5所示。
在完成上述热压成型工艺以使金属片121接合于塑料框体120中之后,作业人员可再次操作模板连杆21以控制热压模板20从如图3所示的热压位置向上移动至如图1所示的释放位置。接下来,作业人员可控制进气开关30以开启气体提供管线28,以使气体提供管线28开始提供气体至通孔23中,藉此,顶柱24即可受到进入通孔23中的气体的驱动而从如图5所示的位置向上移动至如图6所示的位置以从通孔23伸出,在此过程中,如图5以及图6所示,顶柱24就会接触到塑料框体120并藉由气体提供管线28的气体所提供的驱动力以将接合有金属片121的塑料框体120向上顶起至如图6所示的位置,但不受此限,其亦可改采用将工件12直接向上顶至与定位块16分离的位置或是其他方便作业人员取下工件12的位置的设计。最后,在将工件12从定位模板14上取下后,作业人员即可控制进气开关30以关闭气体提供管线28,此时,由于顶柱24失去了气体提供管线28的气体所提供的驱动力,因此,顶柱24就会在重力的作用下而下移缩回至通孔23内,以便作业人员可继续进行下一次的工件热压成型工艺。
值得一提的是,多个通孔23的形成位置可不限于如图2所示的形成于对应工件成型区域22的四边角以及两长边的位置上的配置,换句话说,只要是通孔沿工件成型区域的周围形成于工件成型区域内以使顶柱可从通孔中伸出而顶起工件的设计,其均可为本发明所采用之,举例来说,多个通孔23亦可改形成于工件成型区域22内分别对应多个定位块16的位置上。至于采用何种通孔配置以及通孔的形成数量,其视热压成型设备10的实际工艺需求而定。除此之外,驱动装置26所采用的驱动方式可不限于上述实施例的气压驱动方式,其亦可改采用其他常见的驱动设计,举例来说,在其他实施例中,驱动装置26可改以机械驱动(如使用齿轮驱动等)或液压驱动方式驱动每一顶柱24从相对应的通孔23中伸出,至于其相关驱动原理及设计,其常见于先前技术中,故于此不再赘述。
相比较于先前技术采用人工扳动工件边角的方式,本发明使用顶出机构以顶起工件的设计,藉以达到在完成工件的热压接合后可使用顶出机构将工件顶起以便作业人员取下工件的目的。如此一来,通过上述驱动装置驱动顶柱顶起工件的设计,本发明的热压成型设备可允许作业人员在不需向上扳动工件的边角的情况下,就能直接将被顶柱顶起而离开工件成型区域的工件从定位模板上取下,藉以有效地解决先前技术中所提及的工件不易取出以及因作业人员的扳动力道过大或不均所产生的工件反翘变形或损坏的问题,从而大大地提升工件成型质量与工艺效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡是根据本发明权利要求书的范围所作的等同变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (18)

1.一种热压成型设备,该热压成型设备用来进行一工件的热压成型,该热压成型设备包括:
一定位模板,该定位模板具有一工件成型区域以放置该工件,多个通孔沿该工件成型区域的周围形成于该工件成型区域内;
多个定位块,该多个定位块可活动地沿该工件成型区域的周围设置于该工件成型区域外,用来定位该工件于该工件成型区域内;
一热压模板,该热压模板可相对该定位模板在一热压位置以及一释放位置间上下移动,用来在移动至该热压位置时与该定位模板共同热压位于该工件成型区域内的该工件;以及
一顶出机构,该顶出机构包括:
多个顶柱,该多个顶柱可活动地设置于该多个通孔内;以及
一驱动装置,该驱动装置用来在该热压模板移动至该释放位置时,驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出以顶起该工件。
2.如权利要求1所述的热压成型设备,其中该多个通孔形成于对应该多个定位块的位置上。
3.如权利要求2所述的热压成型设备,其中该工件包括一塑料框体以及一金属片,当该热压模板移动至该热压位置时,该热压模板与该定位模板共同热压位于该工件成型区域内的该塑料框体以及该金属片以将该金属片接合于该塑料框体中,当该热压模板移动至该释放位置时,该驱动装置驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出,以顶起接合有该金属片的该塑料框体。
4.如权利要求2所述的热压成型设备,其中该热压成型设备还包括一模板支撑结构,该模板支撑结构设置于该定位模板下以支撑该定位模板。
5.如权利要求4所述的热压成型设备,其中该驱动装置包括:
一气体提供管线,该气体提供管线穿设于该模板支撑结构内且连通于该多个通孔,用来提供气体至该多个通孔中以气压驱动该多个顶柱分别从相对应的通孔中伸出;以及
一进气开关,该进气开关设置于该气体提供管线上,用来开启或关闭该气体提供管线。
6.如权利要求5所述的热压成型设备,其中该模板支撑结构包括:
一模板底座,该模板底座设置于该定位模板下,该气体提供管线穿设于该模板底座内;以及
一设备支架,该设备支架设置于该模板底座下,用来支撑该模板底座。
7.如权利要求2所述的热压成型设备,其中该驱动装置以机械驱动或液压驱动方式驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出。
8.如权利要求1所述的热压成型设备,其中该多个通孔的至少其中的一通孔形成于对应该工件成型区域的至少一边角的位置上。
9.如权利要求8所述的热压成型设备,其中该工件包括一塑料框体以及一金属片,当该热压模板移动至该热压位置时,该热压模板与该定位模板共同热压位于该工件成型区域内的该塑料框体以及该金属片以将该金属片接合于该塑料框体中,当该热压模板移动至该释放位置时,该驱动装置驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出,以顶起接合有该金属片的该塑料框体。
10.如权利要求8所述的热压成型设备,其中该多个通孔的至少其中的一通孔形成于对应该工件成型区域的至少一长边的位置上。
11.如权利要求8所述的热压成型设备,其中该热压成型设备还包括一模板支撑结构,该模板支撑结构设置于该定位模板下以支撑该定位模板。
12.如权利要求11所述的热压成型设备,其中该驱动装置包括:
一气体提供管线,该气体提供管线穿设于该模板支撑结构内且连通于该多个通孔,用来提供气体至该多个通孔中以气压驱动该多个顶柱分别从相对应的通孔中伸出;以及
一进气开关,该进气开关设置于该气体提供管线上,用来开启或关闭该气体提供管线。
13.如权利要求12所述的热压成型设备,其中该模板支撑结构包括:
一模板底座,该模板底座设置于该定位模板下,该气体提供管线穿设于该模板底座内;以及
一设备支架,该设备支架设置于该模板底座下,用来支撑该模板底座。
14.如权利要求8所述的热压成型设备,其中该驱动装置以机械驱动或液压驱动方式驱动每一顶柱从相对应的通孔中伸出。
15.如权利要求1所述的热压成型设备,该热压成型设备还包括:
一模板连杆,该模板连杆连接于该热压模板,用来控制该热压模板相对该定位模板移动至该热压位置或该释放位置。
16.如权利要求1所述的热压成型设备,其中该金属片是铝材质金属片。
17.如权利要求1所述的热压成型设备,其中该顶柱是低密度软性材质顶柱。
18.如权利要求17所述的热压成型设备,其中该顶柱是铝材质顶柱。
