本发明提供一种桶形联排胶针成型模具,包括支撑部件、顶出机构、导向部件和成型部件,所述的成型部件包括后模、前模,支撑部件包括后模座板、前模固定板、下模固定板、模脚和支撑板,顶出机构包括后模中板、镶针、下推杆、上镶针板、下镶针板、前模中板和弹簧,导向部件包括导柱和导柱衬套;所述的后模固定于后模座板上,前模和后模上分别连接有前模中板和后模中板,前模中板和后模中板通过导向部件进行导向,弹簧固定于前模固定板上并连接至前模中板,后模中板经镶针固定于后模座板上,前模中板经镶针固定于前模固定板上,前模两侧设置有拉钩。本发明的模具结构可靠,开模系统动作灵活、平稳,工作效率高、节约能源、制成的成品成本低。

桶形联排胶针成型模具
技术领域
    本发明涉及注塑成型模具,具体涉及一种桶形胶针成型模具。 
背景技术
随着商品经济的日益发展,吊牌被越来越普遍地应用,将吊牌固定于商品上是通过胶针作为连接体,因此,胶针的需求量随之增加。桶形胶针的桶头部形状复杂,且胶针呈细长状,胶针的中间长条部位的直径为Φ0.5mm左右,故成型难度大。众所周知,当塑料件的壁厚值过小时,注射时的压力损失较大,流长比小,塑料过早硬化,从而会造成塑料件填充不足的缺陷。因此,对模具的浇注系统的涉及成型温度的控制有着较高的设计要求。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种桶形胶针成型模具,包括支撑部件、顶出机构、导向部件和成型部件,其特征在于:所述的成型部件包括后模、前模,支撑部件包括后模座板、下模固定板、模脚和支撑板,顶出机构包括后模中板、镶针、下推杆、上镶针板、下镶针板、前模中板和弹簧,导向部件包括导柱和导柱衬套;所述的后模固定于后模座板上,前模上连接有前模中板,后模上连接有后模中板,前模中板和后模中板通过导向部件进行导向,弹簧固定于前模上并连接至前模中板,后模中板经镶针固定于后模座板上,前模中板经镶针固定于前模上,前模下方设置有支撑板,下推杆固定并贯穿过上镶针板经支撑板连接至前模中板,上镶针板通过螺钉固定于下镶针板上,支撑板和下模固定板之间通过模脚连接,模脚通过螺钉固定于下模固定板上;前模两侧设置有拉钩。 
后模中板与后模采用锥度配合,前模中板与前模采用锥度配合,锥度为3-5°。 
所述的前模和后模闭合时,两接触面处形成若干胶针成型腔,每个成型腔包括头部腔室、中间腔室和尾部腔室。 
所述镶针的一沉头固定在上顶出板上,其另一端则穿过前模和后模延伸至后模座板上。 
本发明的有益效果: 
 1.本发明通过验证,证明了其成型工艺设计合理,模具结构可靠,开模系统动作灵活、平稳,可一次性加工两排成型胶针,工作效率高、节约能源、制成的成品成本低;
2.本发明的后模和前模上分别设有导柱和导柱衬套,侧面设置有拉钩,双重保证了后模和前模的相对位置并保证了运动导向的精度;
3.本发明的模具采用后模中板、前模中板及镶针的顶出机构,前模和后模上分别连接有前模中板和后模中板,开模时,在弹簧作用下,前模中板运动5-6mm的行程后,限位螺丝达到极限位置,前模中板停止向开模的方向运动,联排胶针脱离前模镶针并将产品留在后模内;分型面继续开模,侧边拉钩达到10mm行程后,拉动后模中板,后模镶针将联排胶针塑件推离后模,通过限位螺丝限定后模的行程,至此完成模具开模。前、后模中板脱模顶出平均、顶出力大、运动均衡稳固、塑件不易变形,塑件无镶针痕迹。该结构保证塑件在顶出的时候不被损坏,有利于保证产品的质量,适合薄壁的胶针塑件。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种桶形胶针成型模具,包括支撑部件、顶出机构、导向部件和成型部件,所述的成型部件包括后模2和前模6,支撑部件包括后模座板1、下模固定板11、模脚12和支撑板13,顶出机构包括后模中板3、镶针7、下推杆8、上镶针板9、下镶针板10、前模中板14和弹簧16,导向部件包括导柱4和导柱衬套5,所述的后模2固定于后模座板1上,前模6上连接有前模中板14,后模2上连接有后模中板3,后模中板3和前模中板14通过导向部件进行导向,弹簧16固定于前模6上并连接至前模中板14,后模中板3经镶针7固定于后模座板1上,前模中板14经镶针7固定于前模6上,前模6下方设置有支撑板13,下推杆8固定并贯穿过上镶针板9经支撑板13连接至前模中板14,上镶针板9通过螺钉固定于下镶针板10上,支撑板13和下模固定板11之间通过模脚12连接,模脚12通过螺钉固定于下模固定板11上,前模两侧设置有拉钩20。 
所述的前模6和后模2闭合时,两接触面处形成若干胶针成型腔15,所述导柱4和导柱衬套5相配合。所述的胶针成型腔15由头部腔室17、中间腔室18和尾部腔室19组成。 
所述镶针7的一沉头固定在上镶针板9上,其另一端则穿过前模6和后模2而延伸到后模座板1上。 
本发明的模具的开模过程为: 
开模时,在弹簧16的作用下,前模中板运动5-6mm的行程后,限位螺丝达到极限位置,前模中板14停止向开模的方向运动,联排胶针脱离镶针7并将产品留在后模内;分型面继续开模,侧边拉钩20达到10mm行程后,拉动后模中板3,后模镶针将联排胶针塑件推离后模2,通过限位螺丝限定后模的行程,至此完成模具开模。
开模过程中,前模侧设置弹簧启动的推出机构,分型时其作用为脱出流道凝料,同时对使塑料件留在后模侧也起到一定的作用,去除塑件与模腔之间的粘贴力,塑件留在后模2型腔内,继续开模动作,从而使得后续镶针7的顶出动作轻松、省力,以较小的顶出力即可顶出塑件。

1.桶形联排胶针成型模具,桶形联排胶针成型模具,包括支撑部件、顶出机构、导向部件和成型部件,其特征在于:所述的成型部件包括后模、前模,支撑部件包括后模座板、下模固定板、模脚和支撑板,顶出机构包括后模中板、镶针、下推杆、上镶针板、下镶针板、前模中板和弹簧,导向部件包括导柱和导柱衬套;所述的后模固定于后模座板上,前模上连接有前模中板,后模上连接有后模中板,前模中板和后模中板通过导向部件进行导向,弹簧固定于前模上并连接至前模中板,后模中板经镶针固定于后模座板上,前模中板经镶针固定于前模上,前模下方设置有支撑板,下推杆固定并贯穿过上镶针板经由支撑板连接至前模中板,上镶针板通过螺钉固定于下镶针板上,支撑板和下模固定板之间通过模脚连接,模脚通过螺钉固定于下模固定板上;前模两侧设置有拉钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桶形联排胶针成型模具,其特征在于:后模中板与后模采用锥度配合,前模中板与前模采用锥度配合,锥度为3-5°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桶形联排胶针成型模具,其特征在于:所述的前模和后模闭合时,两接触面处形成若干胶针成型腔,每个成型腔包括头部腔室、中间腔室和尾部腔室。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桶形联排胶针成型模具,其特征在于:所述镶针的一沉头固定在上顶出板上,其另一端则穿过前模和后模延伸至后模座板上。
