本发明涉及一种可乐鸡翅的制作方法,其制作方法包括如下几个步骤:在翅中的正反面分别斜刀剌几下;锅内坐水,处理好的翅中放入凉水锅内,并倒入料酒,大火烧开;煮沸后捞出翅中用温水冲洗掉上面粘附的血沫并沥干水分备用;加热锅内的食用油,放进蒜片辣椒段和姜片爆香;倒入焯好的翅中翻炒至表面金黄;倒入可乐,并调入适量老抽;收汁,最后调入盐即可出锅。本发明提供的一种可乐鸡翅的制作方法,可乐能充分渗透进鸡翅中,而使得可乐鸡翅的味道可口鲜美。

本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种可乐鸡翅的制作方法,其制作方法包括如下几个步骤:
(1)在翅中的正反面分别斜刀剌几下;
(2)锅内坐水,处理好的翅中放入凉水锅内,并倒入料酒,大火烧开;
(3)煮沸后捞出翅中用温水冲洗掉上面粘附的血沫并沥干水分备用;
(4)加热锅内的食用油,放进蒜片辣椒段和姜片爆香;
(5)倒入焯好的翅中翻炒至表面金黄;
(6)倒入可乐,并调入适量老抽;
(7)收汁,最后调入盐即可出锅。

(6)倒入可乐没过翅中,并调入适量老抽;
(7)大火煮沸后转中小火收汁,最后调入盐即可出锅。

(6)倒入可乐,并调入适量老抽;
(7)收汁,最后调入盐即可出锅。
