一种蛇胆蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜320~340、鲜蛇胆100~120、60度以上白酒150~180、艾叶6~8、党参10~12、皂角8~12、大茴香3~4、白萝卜汁18~20、小麦粉20~24、百合8~12、食盐14~16、橘核4~6、陈皮6~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;本发明是一种蛇胆冻干粉,蛇胆有多种功效,调整人体内环境,改善肌体循环,增强免疫力等,但是蛇胆易寄生细菌,而且食用不便,本发明通透将蛇胆刺破,用高度数的白酒浸泡一段时间杀菌,再离心,与蜂蜜混合通过真空干燥制成粉剂,食用方便,健康;此外通过低温速冻,再真空冻干不涉及高温处理,完好保存了功效成分,便于运输和保存。

本发明是一种蛇胆蜂蜜冻干粉及其制备方法,属于食品中冻干粉的工艺领域。
背景技术
蛇胆,是蛇体内贮存胆汁的胆囊。所有的蛇胆都可入药。蛇胆治病最灵效的是:清热解毒,祛风祛湿,明目清心;特别是急性风湿性关节炎、肺热咳嗽、胃热疼痛、肝热目赤、皮肤热毒等患者,疗效极为显著;用蛇胆治外痔,以麻油调涂至患处,二三日即可见效;对于未溃的疼痛、腮腺炎、淋巴结肿大等,涂用蛇胆后,即可消炎止痛;疥疮,顽皮癣、神经性皮炎等皮肤类疾病,经常涂抹蛇胆,也可收到很好的疗效;在中国,以蛇胆为主配制成的中成药有十多种,如蛇胆川贝液,蛇胆川贝枇杷膏、蛇胆川贝散、蛇胆半夏散、蛇胆陈皮散等很受群众欢迎;医学研究表明:蛇胆中含有丰富的微量元素铜、铁、钙、镁、维生素C、E等,它们在维护人体内激素和延缓肌体衰老等生命活动中,起着重要作用,经常服用蛇胆,可通过调整人体内环境,改善肌体循环,增强免疫力,达到外病内治的目的效果极为好。
蛇胆自古以来就是一种中药材,广泛应用于临床,自古至今,在民间一直倍受推崇。最早记载见于汉朝《明医别录》,有蚺蛇(蟒蛇)胆、蝮蛇胆以及我国特有的蕲蛇的蛇胆。蛇胆性凉,味苦微甘,有行气祛痰,祛风去湿,治疗咳嗽多痰、目赤肿痛、皮肤热毒、口眼生疮、肺热咳嗽、胃热疼痛、肝热目赤、急性风湿性关节炎和痔疮的功效。可调补人的神经系统,对神经衰弱、高热神昏和小儿惊风等症都有良好的治疗效果。可以调解人体的内分泌系统和免疫系统。
发明内容
一种蛇胆蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜320~340、鲜蛇胆100~120、60度以上白酒150~180、艾叶6~8、党参10~12、皂角8~12、大茴香3~4、白萝卜汁18~20、小麦粉20~24、百合8~12、食盐14~16、橘核4~6、陈皮6~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8、岩青兰4~5.5、葡萄酒8~10、大麦芽8~12、啤酒花5~6、关公须2~3、竹叶3~4、疳积草2~3、脱脂牛奶粉15~20、鲜韭菜花10~12、鲜茉莉花12~14和适量的水;制备方法:(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。

(1)将蛇胆洗净后破碎,加白酒和食盐浸泡7~10天,之后800~1000r/min离心20~30min,取下层沉淀,调成匀浆状态;
(2)混合艾叶、党参、皂角、大茴香、百合、陈皮和橘核,加水至液面没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~80min得汤汁,过滤汤汁;
(3)将(1)的蛇胆匀浆拌入蜂蜜,同时加入(2)的汤汁,白萝卜汁、小麦粉、助剂及其它剩余成分于-45℃以下速冻成固体块状;
(4)将(3)的块状固体于真空干燥机中干燥,调整料温-10~10℃,持续10~12h真空干燥,完成后粉碎即可。
发明中不常见的物料介绍如下:
岩青兰:唇形科多年生草本,全体具香气味,芳香植物,洗净后晒干可要用,有清热消炎,凉血止血等功效。
疳积草:爵床科明萼草属植物孩儿草的全草,全年可采,洗净,鲜用或晒干,有清热利湿,消积导滞等功效。

1.一种蛇胆蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成蜂蜜320~340、鲜蛇胆100~120、60度以上白酒150~180、艾叶6~8、党参10~12、皂角8~12、大茴香3~4、白萝卜汁18~20、小麦粉20~24、百合8~12、食盐14~16、橘核4~6、陈皮6~8、助剂4~5和适量的水;
所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8、岩青兰4~5.5、葡萄酒8~10、大麦芽8~12、啤酒花5~6、关公须2~3、竹叶3~4、疳积草2~3、脱脂牛奶粉15~20、鲜韭菜花10~12、鲜茉莉花12~14和适量的水;所述助剂的制备方法:
(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;
(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;
(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种蛇胆蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
