Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于修复边缘的设备,该设备包括:用于将所述设备连接到诸如起重机之类的可运动工具上的底座;设置在所述底座上的副框;以及设置在所述副框上并且旋转的柔性套筒,以便相对于所述底座可运动。本发明还包括一种用于修复边缘的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于修复边缘的设备。
背景技术
特别地,在城镇和城市外的区域,出现道路边缘损坏的问题,例如县乡的道路。当试图避开或超越其它交通车辆时,较狭窄的道路迫使交通车辆使用边缘。在弯道处,还由于有交通车辆急转弯或使用弯道过宽这样的事情而发生损坏。这可能导致出现深的沟槽和痕迹,并且常常在道路的铺路碎石的侧边出现危险的高峻的边沿。一旦这些沟槽和痕迹形成,由于在较低的区域聚集降水这样的事实,加深的过程被进一步加快。这些水引起在沟槽中出现软淤泥,当车辆再次行驶通过沟槽时,软淤泥容易沿沟槽运动。
此外,由于路面在沟槽位置处不再获得支持,路面本身可能被损坏。其结果就是,路面可轻易地下陷或破碎。
因此,预防边缘的损坏或及时修复任何损坏是很重要的。可以通过用碎石带覆盖边缘或铺设草混凝土压块来预防损坏。该解决方案的缺点是在边缘设置碎石或草混凝土压块要涉及到高成本。
此外,通过紧挨着标准道路提供铺路碎石,会给交通使用者这样的印象,即道路已经被加宽了,通常这不是人们所希望的,因为这导致行驶速度提高,并由此引发危险的交通情况。
另一方面,有可能定期地修复边缘。这通常借助于配有铲子的起重机来进行,铲子清除边缘的局部,并再次填补沟槽。然而,这一过程很费劳动力并且很耗时。此外,还有铲子可能损坏路面的风险。
发明内容
现在本发明的一个目的是减少或预防上述的缺点。
该目的通过根据前文的设备来达到,该设备包括:
-用于将设备连接到诸如起重机之类的可运动工具上的底座;
-设置在底座上的副框;以及
-柔性套筒,其设置在副框上并且旋转,以便相对于底座可运动。
作为套筒旋转运动的结果,边缘的部分可以被刮掉并且被搬运到边缘中的沟槽内。旋转运动是连续动作的,例如不同于如现有技术中那样的起重机的铲子的往复运动。当柔性套筒被推压到路面的边沿和边缘时,由于摩擦力的不同,套筒开始自动地旋转,因此平整地分布边缘的部分。
此外,柔性套筒确保能够施加充足的压力刮掉边缘的部分,同时对路面或边缘上的其它坚硬的部分的损坏减到最少。进一步地,柔性套筒能适应存在于边缘的不平整的结构,因而在设备和边缘之间产生最佳的接触。
使用柔性套筒的优点是压力可以容易被调整。起重机可以把设备推压到地面上,由于柔性套筒被压缩,相比于非柔性部分被推压到地面上的情形,例如起重机的钢制的铲子,压力可更缓慢地增加。
在根据本发明的设备的优选实施例中,副框以旋转的方式被设置在底座上,并且柔性套筒被设置为环绕副框。通过以旋转的方式驱动副框,就得到了坚固且可靠的设备。
在根据本发明的另一个优选实施例的设备中,柔性套筒是车辆轮胎,例如拖拉机的轮胎。
车辆轮胎容易得到,这样当柔性套筒被损坏时,它们可以被迅速地替换。进一步地,车辆轮胎被设计成耐用和耐磨损的,在本发明中这是一个重要的优点。
柔性套筒还可以通过许多弹性安装的刚性元件成形,并且一起形成柔性套筒。本发明的另一个实施例包括设置在副框上的至少两个转轮之间的传送带,在该情形下,柔性套筒是由传送带的至少一个边形成的。
使用传送带可以得到加长的连续的套筒,允许边缘的更宽的区域被整平。根据本发明的另一个优选实施例的设备包括用于使副框相对于底座倾斜的倾斜装置。当设备连接于运动的车辆时,车辆相对于边缘表面的位置可能会阻碍设备被高效使用。由于有了倾斜装置,可以相对于路面和边缘的表面正确地定位设备的位置。
根据本发明的另一实施例的设备包括用于连续地驱动套筒的驱动装置。优选地,驱动装置包括液压马达。
驱动副框使得副框持续旋转,结果以更可靠的方式来平整边缘。在这种情况下,使用液压马达具有可以传送大的作用力的优点。此外,可以安装设备的机动工具常常配备有液压系统。
本发明还涉及一种使用本发明的设备修复道路的边缘的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
-采用使套筒的运动平面基本上平行于路面的方式,确定本发明的设备相对于道路的位置;
-把柔性套筒的一部分推压到道路的边沿上,邻近于待修复的边缘,而柔性套筒的其余部分延伸横跨边缘;
-使设备沿着并平行于道路的边沿运动,同时套筒旋转并使边缘的部分位移,这样边缘就被整平。
把柔性套筒的一部分推压到道路的边缘上,同时柔性套筒的其余部分延伸横跨边缘,确保整平的边缘与道路平滑地融合在一起。
此外,通过倾斜设备,可以调节边缘的表面相对于路面的角度。
根据本发明的优选实施例的方法包括压实已经沿边缘平整地分布的部分的步骤。当边缘的部分被设备刮掉并且沿边缘平整地分布时,优选的是再次压实这些部分。
虽然作为例如在刮掉的部分中的草或其它植物的结果,这些部分会自动地生长在一起,但是优选的是压实这些部分。这就确保只要部分没有生长在一起,部分也不会例如当车辆驶过边缘时再次轻易地移位。
在根据本发明的一个更优选的实施例中,根据本发明的设备装配至运动式起重机的臂架,并且起重机用至少一个轮子压实已经沿边缘平整地分布的部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于修复边缘的设备1。设备1具有由两部分组成的底座2、3,其可以连接到例如起重机的臂架上。
底座的两部分2、3通过铰链销4铰接式相互连接。借助于液压缸5、6,底座的底部部分3的位置相对于上部部分2可以被调整。
副框7安装于底部部分3并且可以相对于底部部分3旋转。这种情况下,在轴8中提供有液压马达以便主动地驱动副框7。
副框7具有柔性套筒9,在该实施例中,其为拖拉机轮胎。这样,就提供了便宜、耐用且耐磨的柔性套筒9。
图2示出了图1的设备1在使用期间的前视图。设备的柔性套筒9的一部分被推压到路面的边沿10上。在该情况下,柔性套筒9会被轻微地压缩,以产生良好的接触。此时通过沿着路面的边沿10运动设备,副框7将自动地旋转。然而,通过使用液压马达8,可实现副框7的可靠且连续的旋转。
柔性套筒9的其余部分位于边缘11上,其中形成有沟槽12。然而,柔性套筒9会刮掉边缘11的部分,并且使其运动到沟槽12中,这样边缘11就得到修复。
图3示出了安装在运动式起重机14的臂架13上的设备1。借助于设备1的柔性套筒9,边缘11的部分15被疏松并且被推进沟槽12中。
在设备1沿着道路10的边沿运动的时候,起重机14也可横跨道路运动,而在这样的情况下,起重机14的轮子16会压实已经被推进到沟槽12中的边缘11的部分15。
Claims (10)
1.用于修复边缘的设备,所述设备包括:
-用于将所述设备连接到诸如起重机之类的可运动工具上的底座;
-设置在所述底座上的副框;以及
-柔性套筒,其设置在所述副框上并且旋转,以便能相对于所述底座运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述副框以旋转的方式设置在所述底座上,并且其中所述柔性套筒设置为环绕副框。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中所述柔性套筒是车辆轮胎,例如拖拉机轮胎。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,包括设置在位于所述副框上的至少两个转轮之间的传送带,其中所述柔性套筒由所述传送带的至少一个边形成。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的设备,包括用于连续地驱动所述套筒的驱动装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中所述驱动装置包括液压马达。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的设备,包括用于相对于所述底座使所述副框倾斜的倾斜装置。
8.用于使用根据前述权利要求之一所述的设备修复道路的边缘的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
-采用使所述套筒的运动平面基本上平行于路面的方式,确定根据本发明的所述设备相对于道路的位置;
-把所述柔性套筒的一部分推压到所述道路的边沿上,邻近于待修复的边缘,同时所述柔性套筒的其余部分延伸横跨所述边缘;
-使所述设备沿着并平行于所述道路的边沿运动,同时所述套筒旋转并横跨所述边缘平整地分布所述边缘的部分。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,还包括压实已经横跨所述边缘平整地分布的所述部分的步骤。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中根据本发明的所述设备安装至运动式起重机的臂架,并且其中所述起重机用至少一个轮子压实已经横跨所述边缘平整地分布的所述部分。
