Abstract
本发明公开了一种固体饮料及其制备方法。其由以下重量配比的原料制成:枸杞20-40份、黄精10-20份、龙眼肉20-30份、蛹虫草30-40份、麦芽糊精5-10份、甜菊叶5-10份。其制备方法:1)取枸杞、黄精、龙眼肉、甜菊叶按比例混合加入10-20倍量纯水回流提取2小时,滤过浓缩缩得浓缩液;2)取蛹虫草加入10-15倍量60%乙醇溶液回流提取3小时,提取液浓缩得浓缩液;3)取步骤1)和2)中的浓缩液加入一定量的麦芽糊精,再喷雾干燥,所得干粉粉碎包装,即得。本发明的固体饮料口感好、营养丰富而且水溶性好,具有调节呼吸系统的功能,特适合老年人服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,特别是涉及一种固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料是指以糖、乳和乳制品、蛋或蛋制品、果汁或食用植物提取物等为主要原料,添加适量的辅料或食品添加剂制成的每100克成品水分不高于5克的固体制品,呈粉末状、颗粒状或块状。因携带方便,口味好,易保存备受消费者青睐。但随着人们生活水平的提前高,人们开始对有益健康的功能性固体饮料品种需求越来越多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种口感好、功能性效果好的固体饮料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种固体饮料,其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料制成:枸杞20-40份、黄精10-20份、龙眼肉20-30份、蛹虫草30-40份、麦芽糊精5-10份、甜菊叶5-10份。
所述的固体饮料优选方案,由以下重量配比的原料制成:枸杞25份、黄精12份、龙眼肉24份、蛹虫草36份、麦芽糊精8份、甜菊叶6份。
所述的固体饮料的其制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
1) 取枸杞、黄精、龙眼肉、甜菊叶按比例混合加入10-20倍量纯水回流提取2小时,滤过浓缩缩得浓缩液;
2)取蛹虫草加入10-15倍量60%乙醇溶液回流提取3小时,提取液浓缩得浓缩液;
3)取步骤1)和2)中的浓缩液加入一定量的麦芽糊精,再喷雾干燥,所得干粉粉碎包装,即得。
本发明的固体饮料的优势在于:
1)该组方选用蛹虫草、枸杞、黄精、龙眼肉、甜菊叶,经过科学提取,加适量麦芽糊精干燥而成。蛹虫草入肺肾二经,既能补肺阴,又能补肾阳,主治肾虚,阳痿遗精,腰膝酸痛,病后虚弱,久咳虚弱,劳咳痰血,自汗盗汗等,是唯一的一种能同时平衡、调节阴阳。枸杞滋肾,润肺。黄精用于脾胃虚弱。既补脾阴,又益脾气,用于肾虚精亏得头晕,腰膝酸软,须发早白及消渴等。龙眼肉益气补血;
2)该固体饮料选用天然调味剂甜叶菊,减少热量的摄入,适用人群更广,特别适合老年人服用。
下面将结合具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于下列实施方式。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
1)取枸杞250g、黄精120g、龙眼肉240g、甜菊叶60g按比例混合加入15倍量纯水回流提取2小时,滤过浓缩缩得浓缩液;
2)取蛹虫草360加入15倍量60%乙醇溶液回流提取3小时,提取液浓缩得浓缩液;
3)取步骤1)和2)中的浓缩液加入80g的麦芽糊精,喷雾干燥,所得干粉粉碎包装,即得。

1. 一种固体饮料,其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料制成:枸杞20-40份、黄精10-20份、龙眼肉20-30份、蛹虫草30-40份、麦芽糊精5-10份、甜菊叶5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体饮料,其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料制成:枸杞25份、黄精12份、龙眼肉24份、蛹虫草36份、麦芽糊精8份、甜菊叶6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体饮料的其制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
1) 取枸杞、黄精、龙眼肉、甜菊叶按比例混合加入10-20倍量纯水回流提取2小时,滤过浓缩缩得浓缩液;
2)取蛹虫草加入10-15倍量60%乙醇溶液回流提取3小时,提取液浓缩得浓缩液;
3)取步骤1)和2)中的浓缩液加入一定量的麦芽糊精,再喷雾干燥,所得干粉粉碎包装,即得。
