本发明涉及一种粉碎设备，具体是一种两级式瑶柱粉碎系统。
背景技术
瑶柱，俗称干贝、干瑶柱、江珧柱、马甲柱、玉珧柱、蜜丁、江瑶柱等，实际是多种贝类闭壳肌干制品的总称。在瑶柱食品的生产过程中，一般需要将瑶柱切丝，现有的切丝设备多为单滚刀形式的，生产效率低，切丝效果一般。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，具有结构紧凑、生产效率高、切丝效果好等特点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：
两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，包括壳体，壳体上端设置进料斗，壳体下方设置向外输送的输送带，壳体内部设置为上下两个连通的腔室，两腔室内均设有滚刀，滚刀分别由设于壳体外的两台驱动电机带动。
上述方案中，所述壳体外还设有控制驱动电机的微电脑控制器。
上述方案中，所述输送带的输送面倾斜10～20°。
上述方案中，所述壳体、输送带和滚刀均由SUS304不锈钢制成。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明的壳体内部设置有两个上下连通的腔室，两腔室内各设滚刀，具有占用空间小、结构紧凑、生产效率高、切丝效果好的优点。

参考图1和图2，两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，包括壳体2，壳体2上端设置进料斗1，壳体2下方设置向外输送的输送带3，壳体2内部设置为上下两个连通的腔室，两腔室内均设有滚刀6，滚刀6分别由设于壳体2外的两台驱动电机5带动。
其中，所述壳体2外还设有控制驱动电机5的微电脑控制器4，以调控滚刀6的的转速。
其中，所述输送带3的输送面倾斜10～20°。
其中，所述壳体2、输送带3和滚刀6均由SUS304不锈钢制成。

1.两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，包括壳体，壳体上端设置进料斗，壳体下方设置向外输送的输送带，其特征在于：所述壳体内部设置为上下两个连通的腔室，两腔室内均设有滚刀，滚刀分别由设于壳体外的两台驱动电机带动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，其特征在于：所述壳体外设有控制驱动电机的微电脑控制器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，其特征在于：所述输送带的输送面倾斜10～20°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两级式瑶柱粉碎系统，其特征在于：所述壳体、输送带和滚刀均由SUS304不锈钢制成。
