技术领域
本发明涉及农业设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种圆弧刀式切桑机。
背景技术
为蚕体小,为便于给桑均匀和小蚕容易摄食,需要将桑叶切成长方形或正方形的方块状。过去在一家一户的经营模式下,多以手工切割为主; 随着蚕桑生产逐步向集约化和规模化方向发展,对生产机械的需求迅速增长,现有的切桑机有人力和电动等方式。人力切桑机有手摇和脚踩等方式,生产效率提高不明显;电动式切桑机以各种形式的刀片为工作部件,以单相交流电机为动力,为了能把桑叶切成方块状,大多数切桑机均设计了纵切和横切的刀具,有的还有风选装置等,造成机器结构复杂、成本高,难以被蚕农所接受。另外,现有切桑机对切碎后的桑叶新鲜度的保持考虑较少,存在的共性问题是: 切出的叶片切口不太平整,对叶片产生揉搓现象,新鲜度降低,损坏了桑叶原有的营养状态。小蚕对此类桑叶往往是拒食的,因此容易造成食桑不足、不匀,蚕儿发育不健壮、不整齐。为了克服现有人力和电动切桑机结构复杂、成本高、作业劳动强度大、破坏叶片新鲜度和维护成本高等问题。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种圆弧刀式切桑机,包括电机和三角皮带,所述机架通过三角皮带与刀架轮连接,刀架轮与动刀片相连,刀架轮外侧置有机壳,下部置有机架,动刀片一侧设有上棘轮,上棘轮通过皮带与锥齿轮连接,机壳外部设有喂料口,所述锥齿轮内部设有定刀片,锥齿轮外部置有出料口。
所述定刀片采用凹刃弧线型。
本发明的优点是:结构简单,操作简便、效率高,并能最大限度地保持桑叶原有物理和营养状态,满足小蚕共育专业户的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种圆弧刀式切桑机,包括电机1和三角皮带2,所述机架1通过三角皮带2与刀架轮4连接,刀架轮4与动刀片5相连,刀架轮4外侧置有机壳3,下部置有机架9,动刀片5一侧设有上棘轮6,上棘轮6通过皮带与锥齿轮12连接,机壳3外部设有喂料口8,所述锥齿轮12内部设有定刀片10,锥齿轮12外部置有出料口11。
所述定刀片10采用凹刃弧线型。
工作原理如下:
电机1通过三角皮带2带动刀轮4架主轴使刀轮动刀片5高速旋转,桑叶在输送带和上下棘轮作用下进入切割内腔,高速旋转的刀片与定刀配合瞬间将桑叶进行切割;被切割的下来的叶片从定刀片10外侧掉落,进入料桶后从出料口11排出,从而完成给料、切割及出料等工作过程。由于刀片桑叶瞬间完成切割,挤压和揉搓过程很短,对叶片细胞挤破作用较少,因此在1叶片的切口处不会能保持较整齐和新鲜状态,满足小蚕摄食要求。

1.一种圆弧刀式切桑机,包括电机(1)和三角皮带(2),其特征在于:所述机架(1)通过三角皮带(2)与刀架轮(4)连接,刀架轮(4)与动刀片(5)相连,刀架轮(4)外侧置有机壳(3),下部置有机架(9),动刀片(5)一侧设有上棘轮(6),上棘轮(6)通过皮带与锥齿轮(12)连接,机壳(3)外部设有喂料口(8),所述锥齿轮(12)内部设有定刀片(10),锥齿轮(12)外部置有出料口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆弧刀式切桑机,其特征在于:所述定刀片(10)采用凹刃弧线型。
