本发明涉及农业设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种圆弧刀式切桑机。
背景技术
为蚕体小，为便于给桑均匀和小蚕容易摄食，需要将桑叶切成长方形或正方形的方块状。过去在一家一户的经营模式下，多以手工切割为主; 随着蚕桑生产逐步向集约化和规模化方向发展，对生产机械的需求迅速增长，现有的切桑机有人力和电动等方式。人力切桑机有手摇和脚踩等方式，生产效率提高不明显;电动式切桑机以各种形式的刀片为工作部件，以单相交流电机为动力，为了能把桑叶切成方块状，大多数切桑机均设计了纵切和横切的刀具，有的还有风选装置等，造成机器结构复杂、成本高，难以被蚕农所接受。另外，现有切桑机对切碎后的桑叶新鲜度的保持考虑较少，存在的共性问题是: 切出的叶片切口不太平整，对叶片产生揉搓现象，新鲜度降低，损坏了桑叶原有的营养状态。小蚕对此类桑叶往往是拒食的，因此容易造成食桑不足、不匀，蚕儿发育不健壮、不整齐。为了克服现有人力和电动切桑机结构复杂、成本高、作业劳动强度大、破坏叶片新鲜度和维护成本高等问题。
发明内容
为克服上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种圆弧刀式切桑机，包括电机和三角皮带，所述机架通过三角皮带与刀架轮连接，刀架轮与动刀片相连，刀架轮外侧置有机壳，下部置有机架，动刀片一侧设有上棘轮，上棘轮通过皮带与锥齿轮连接，机壳外部设有喂料口，所述锥齿轮内部设有定刀片，锥齿轮外部置有出料口。
所述定刀片采用凹刃弧线型。
本发明的优点是：结构简单，操作简便、效率高，并能最大限度地保持桑叶原有物理和营养状态，满足小蚕共育专业户的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种圆弧刀式切桑机，包括电机1和三角皮带2，所述机架1通过三角皮带2与刀架轮4连接，刀架轮4与动刀片5相连，刀架轮4外侧置有机壳3，下部置有机架9，动刀片5一侧设有上棘轮6，上棘轮6通过皮带与锥齿轮12连接，机壳3外部设有喂料口8，所述锥齿轮12内部设有定刀片10，锥齿轮12外部置有出料口11。
所述定刀片10采用凹刃弧线型。
工作原理如下：
电机1通过三角皮带2带动刀轮4架主轴使刀轮动刀片5高速旋转，桑叶在输送带和上下棘轮作用下进入切割内腔，高速旋转的刀片与定刀配合瞬间将桑叶进行切割；被切割的下来的叶片从定刀片10外侧掉落，进入料桶后从出料口11排出，从而完成给料、切割及出料等工作过程。由于刀片桑叶瞬间完成切割，挤压和揉搓过程很短，对叶片细胞挤破作用较少，因此在1叶片的切口处不会能保持较整齐和新鲜状态，满足小蚕摄食要求。

1.一种圆弧刀式切桑机，包括电机（1）和三角皮带（2），其特征在于：所述机架（1）通过三角皮带（2）与刀架轮（4）连接，刀架轮（4）与动刀片（5）相连，刀架轮（4）外侧置有机壳（3），下部置有机架（9），动刀片（5）一侧设有上棘轮（6），上棘轮（6）通过皮带与锥齿轮（12）连接，机壳（3）外部设有喂料口（8），所述锥齿轮（12）内部设有定刀片（10），锥齿轮（12）外部置有出料口（11）。
