本发明涉及一种食品领域,具体涉及一种食品添加剂,包括枸杞子、银杏叶、食盐和淀粉其重量份数比如下:枸杞子5-10,银杏叶3-6,淀粉10-20,食盐15-20,食品添加剂中还包括质量份数比为0.03-0.035的核黄素。将天然产品的毒性控制在安全的范围中,使得天然可食用添加剂并的毒性降低至安全值,所以添加剂中各个成份量的多少决定了其添加剂的安全程度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品领域,具体涉及一种食品添加剂。
背景技术
随着近期食品添加剂问题的不断出现,各种食品添加剂成为了人们关注的焦点。食品的安全问题成为了人们关注的焦点。现有的食品添加剂有很多,例如传统的矾和碱容易引起过敏反应也被广泛关注。由于矾容易造成胃勃膜的不良反应,而碱会破坏食物中的维生素。而矾和碱广泛应用与各种面食中,例如油条中添加矾;馒头、包子中添加碱。因此迫切需要安全的替代的食品添加剂。如环木菠萝烯醇阿魏酸酯的功能食品添加剂用途的发明专利,公开了环木菠萝烯醇阿魏酸酯作为功能食品添加剂的用途。环木菠萝烯醇阿魏酸酯纯度为80%以上,以重量百分比计。作为添加剂加入功能食品用于降低血脂、防止身体节律的失调、减轻和改善身体节律失调带来的倦怠感、疲劳感。但是在可食用添加剂的使用上主由于对可食用添加剂安全性认识的误区,人们往往认为天然的可食用添加剂比人工化学合成的安全,实际许多天然产品的毒性因目前的检测手段,检测的内容所限,尚不能做出准确的判断,而且,就已检测出的结果比较,天然可食用添加剂并不比合成的毒性小。所以添加剂中各个成份量的多少决定了其添加剂的安全程度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,本发明的目的是提出一种食品添加剂,其技术方案如下:
一种食品添加剂,包括枸杞子、银杏叶、食盐和淀粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子5-10份,银杏叶3-6份,淀粉10-20份,食盐15-20份。
根据权利要求1 所述的食品添加剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子7份,银杏叶5份,食盐15份,淀粉10份。
根据权利要求1 或2 所述的食品添加剂,所述食品添加剂中还包括0.03-0.035重量份数的核黄素。
本发明的优点在于:本发明提出的可食用添加剂及使用方法,能够替代矾和碱,从而提高食品的安全性。将天然产品的毒性控制在安全的范围中,使得天然可食用添加剂并的毒性降低至安全值,所以添加剂中各个成份量的多少决定了其添加剂的安全程度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种食品添加剂,包括枸杞子、银杏叶、食盐和淀粉,其重量份数比如下:枸杞子6份,银杏叶5份,食盐15份,淀粉17份;枸杞子对免疫功能的影响,枸杞提取液具有延缓衰老作用。补肾功能,长期服用维生素E-C 合剂或枸杞多糖均可在一定程度上起到对抗自由基的作用,使肾组织丙二醛水平下降,预防线粒体老化,使其功能有所改善。滋补肝肾佳品枸杞子。保肝功能,明枸杞多糖对肝损伤有修复作用,其机理可能是通过阻止内质网的损伤,促进蛋白质合成及解毒作用,恢复肝细胞的功能,并促进肝细胞的再生。枸杞子煎剂对小鼠羟脯氨酸含量和耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用的影响,体外试验表明,枸杞子、叶对人胃腺癌KATo-III 细胞,枸杞果柄、叶对人宫颈癌Hela 细胞均有明显抑制作用,其作用机理主要表现在抑制细胞DNA 合成,干扰细胞分裂,细胞再殖能力下降。
实施例2
一种食品添加剂,包括枸杞子、银杏叶、食盐和淀粉,其重量份数比如下:枸杞子8份,银杏叶4份,食盐15份,淀粉10份,核黄素0.035。在本发明中,淀粉酶能够将面中的各种糖分解,而且能够使淀粉、蛋白质发生反应,产生酒精、酯类等有机酸醛类、酮酯类,能够给食品带来独特的风味,并能够增强面的延展性和弹性。食盐( 氯化钠) 对于酵母菌的繁殖有促进作用,对醋酸有抑制作用。淀粉酶可以促进淀粉水解为容易被人体吸收的物质,并能够对醋酸菌、乳酸菌都有抑制作用。因此本发明提出的可食用添加剂能够解决发酵时的蓬松问题,并容易被人体吸收,又解决了放置时间过长使得发酵时产生异味。

1.一种食品添加剂,其特征在于:包括枸杞子、银杏叶、食盐和淀粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子5-10份,银杏叶3-6份,淀粉10-20份,食盐15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的食品添加剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:枸杞子7份,银杏叶5份,食盐15份,淀粉10份。
3.根据权利要求1 或2 所述的食品添加剂,其特征在于:所述食品添加剂中还包括0.03-0.035重量份数的核黄素。
