背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,保健意识也越来越增强。现在人们都在研究如何更健康的保健方法,日常生活中保健的关键就是一日三餐怎么吃才能对健康起到最大益处。其中早餐非常重要,不吃早餐等于慢性自杀,所以人的健康早餐最重要,全天百分之六十至百分之七十的能量是早餐供给,所以早餐一定要吃的好,吃的营养,人的身体健康不健康最重要在早餐。
目前,我国60岁以上人口1.78亿,并且每年递增500万以上的人口。随着经济发展,人们对幸福指数的追求,提高老年人的免疫力、有效地提高老年人抵抗疾病的能力、延缓衰老、健康长寿的饮食消费市场潜力是非常巨大的。因此,推出“一种适于老年人食用的速溶抹茶米粉”,对于推动社会和谐发展具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口感好,具有营养保健功能的适于老年人食用的速溶抹茶米粉。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种适于老年人食用的速溶抹茶米粉,由以下重量份数的组份组成,

所述粳米粉、紫薯粉、脱脂豆、芡实粉及茶树菇粉均经破壁技术处理,养分易于被人体吸收。
具体做法如下,
(1)采用破壁技术制取粳米粉、紫薯粉、脱脂豆、芡实粉及茶树菇粉,过120目以上筛,得原料粉,备用;
(2)将相当于原料粉重2—3倍的干净水加入到原料粉中,搅拌均匀,在室温下静置30—40分钟,再放入能加热的容器中,加热到45—50℃,在该温度下维持50—60分钟,之后迅速加热到90—95℃维持10—15分钟;
(3)称取抹茶及山药多糖,放入容器中与原料粉充分拌匀,然后加热浓缩,脱除原料中的部分水分,待水分含量降至30—40wt%时,停止浓缩,得浓缩浆液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得浓缩浆液通过喷雾干燥或气流干燥,得到水分含量8wt%以下的粉料,包装,即成。
本发明制得的速溶米粉,冲泡性能好,用温开水(水开后冷却到80℃左右的开水)冲泡,稍加搅拌,就能溶解,对中老年人具有保健功效,能够提高老年人的免疫能力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明组份简单,成本低,不含脂肪,选用山药多糖等成分,对人体有一定的保健作用,具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗衰老的作用。

实施例1
一种适于老年人食用的速溶抹茶米粉,由以下重量份数的组份组成,
