技术领域
本发明涉及一种数控龙门镗铣床,尤其涉及一种横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构。
背景技术
传统数控龙门加工中心系列机床的横梁与侧置水平镗铣头升降的驱动是由两根滚珠丝杠副传动,并由滚珠丝杠转动带动丝母,从而带动横梁和侧置水平铣头各自做垂向运动,两根滚珠丝杠不但占用更多空间,而且由于滚珠丝杠高速旋转,将会产生跳动和噪音,而且也会损坏滚珠丝杠副自身,从而影响机床加工精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既能增加升降稳定性又能提高机床加工精度的横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构,包括立柱,立柱的前表面左右两侧分别固定连接有线轨,线轨上下滑动连接有线轨滑块,线轨滑块前表面固定连接有横梁,其特征是:立柱上固定连接有滚珠丝杠,滚珠丝杠上部和下部分别螺纹连接有第一丝母和第二丝母,第一丝母和第二丝母均为双层结构,双层结构之间通过轴承连接,第一丝母的前表面与所述横梁固定连接,第一丝母上套接有从动齿轮,从动齿轮上啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上固定连接有第一行星齿轮减速箱,第一行星齿轮减速箱上连接有第一伺服电机,第二丝母的前表面固定连接有侧置水平镗头,第二丝母的内层上套接有从动齿轮,从动齿轮啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上固定连接有第二行星齿轮减速箱,第二行星齿轮减速箱上固定连接有第二伺服电机。
此结构中,所述立柱上还固定连接有横梁平衡油缸,所述横梁平衡油缸的上端与所述横梁相连接。
本发明的优点效果在于:由于本发明的这种结构,巧妙的将横梁及侧置水平镗头共用线轨的同时共用一根滚珠丝杠且各自独立驱动,各自丝母转动,丝杠固定,在实现横梁及侧置水平镗头垂向运动的同时,减少了传动滚珠丝杠副的数量,缩小传动空间,所以使用本发明能够避免滚珠丝杠高速旋转引起的跳动和噪音,从而提高了机床加工精度和机床的稳定性。

本发明如图1、2所示,一种横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构,包括立柱1,立柱1的前表面左右两侧分别固定连接有线轨,线轨上下滑动连接有线轨滑块,线轨滑块前表面固定连接有横梁2,其特征是:立柱1上固定连接有滚珠丝杠11,滚珠丝杠11上部和下部分别螺纹连接有第一丝母10和第二丝母,第一丝母10和第二丝母均为双层结构,双层结构之间通过轴承连接,第一丝母10的前表面与所述横梁2固定连接,第一丝母10上套接有从动齿轮9,从动齿轮9上啮合有主动齿轮8,主动齿轮8上固定连接有第一行星齿轮减速箱7,第一行星齿轮减速箱7上连接有第一伺服电机6,第二丝母的前表面固定连接有侧置水平镗头3,第二丝母的内层上套接有从动齿轮,从动齿轮啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上固定连接有第二行星齿轮减速箱5,第二行星齿轮减速箱5上固定连接有第二伺服电机4。在本实施例中,所述立柱1上还固定连接有横梁平衡油缸,所述横梁平衡油缸的上端与所述横梁2相连接。
本发明实现了横梁和侧置水平镗铣头垂向运动时同用一根滚珠丝杠。

1.一种横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构,包括立柱(1),立柱(1)的前表面左右两侧分别固定连接有线轨,线轨上下滑动连接有线轨滑块,线轨滑块前表面固定连接有横梁(2),其特征是:立柱(1)上固定连接有滚珠丝杠(11),滚珠丝杠(11)上部和下部分别螺纹连接有第一丝母(10)和第二丝母,第一丝母(10)和第二丝母均为双层结构,双层结构之间通过轴承连接,第一丝母(10)的前表面与所述横梁(2)固定连接,第一丝母(10)上套接有从动齿轮(9),从动齿轮(9)上啮合有主动齿轮(8),主动齿轮(8)上固定连接有第一行星齿轮减速箱(7),第一行星齿轮减速箱(7)上连接有第一伺服电机(6),第二丝母的前表面固定连接有侧置水平镗头(3),第二丝母的内层上套接有从动齿轮,从动齿轮啮合有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上固定连接有第二行星齿轮减速箱(5),第二行星齿轮减速箱(5)上固定连接有第二伺服电机(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种横梁与双侧卧镗铣头升降共用导轨和滚珠丝杠结构,其特征在于:所述立柱(1)上还固定连接有横梁平衡油缸,所述横梁平衡油缸的上端与所述横梁(2)相连接。
