图1为示出了根据本发明的第一实施方案的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置的视图。根据本发明的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置包括:移动单元100、传送单元500以及空气吸取单元700;所述移动单元100包括多个辊子并且移动软板S;所述传送单元500包括传送带520和驱动单元540,传送带520配置成允许空气穿过其上表面和下表面,驱动单元540设置成移动传送带520,并且传送单元500配置成向软板的粘合表面传送位于传送带520的上表面上的覆盖材料;所述空气吸取单元700设置在传送带520的下表面的下方以吸取空气使得覆盖材料与传送带520的上表面紧密接触,从而覆盖材料可粘附至软板S的粘合表面而不皱折。
该装置可进一步包括加热单元300,加热单元300加热通过移动单元100移动的软板S的粘合表面。在这种情况下,该装置可以配置成:传送单元500将覆盖材料传送至已被加热单元300加热的软板S的粘合表面。可选择地,该装置可进一步包括粘合剂施加单元300,粘合剂施加单元300将粘合剂施加至通过移动单元100移动的软板S的粘合表面。在这种情况下,该装置可以配置成:传送单元500将覆盖材料传送至已施加粘合剂的软板S的粘合表面。
虽然覆盖材料可以通过施加至软板的粘合表面的粘合剂粘附至软板,但在本实施方案中,将详细地描述以加热软板的粘合表面并且然后使覆盖材料粘附至软板的加热的粘合表面的这种方式使覆盖材料粘附至软板的装置和方法。
在实施方案中,软板S由海绵制成,而覆盖材料L由天然皮革制成。如上所述,软板S的功能为覆盖用于车辆的座椅。具体地,软板S覆盖座椅的座垫以向座椅提供双减震结构并且增强座椅的耐久性。覆盖材料L起装饰材料的作用并且热熔接至软板的粘合表面,使得覆盖材料L可绷紧地保持很长一段而不皱折。具体地,对于在形状、形式和平坦度上不规则的天然皮革产品,本发明有效地保持产品的质量不变。
原因在于,由于天然皮革形状上的不规则,将它粘附至软板S而不皱折是非常困难的。在本发明中,由天然皮革制成的覆盖材料L在被传送的同时通过空气吸取单元700与传送带紧密接触,并且然后附接至软板S的熔融的粘合表面并与软板S紧密接触。因此,覆盖材料L可在热熔接至软板S的同时保持平坦度。从而,可生产出在产品的表面上的没有皱折的平整产品。在典型的合成革的情况下,由于它是以与软板相同的方式由卷提供,因此它可仅通过简单地传送和附接工序可靠地附接至板而不皱折。然而,对于天然皮革,难以经由简单的传送和附接工序均匀地将它附接至板而不皱折。因此,在传统技术中需要额外的手工和校正工作。
另一方面,在本发明中,由于空气吸取单元700增强了由天然皮革制成的覆盖材料与板接触的程度,所以即使工人仅将覆盖材料放置在传送带520上,由天然皮革制成的覆盖材料也可与传送带紧密接触地传送并且附接至板而不皱折。因此,相比于手工工作可以显著地增强产品的完整性和生产率。
移动单元100包括设置在装置的两侧的给料辊120和收集辊140、以及导辊160,导辊160设置在给料辊120和收集辊140之间并且将软板S的粘合表面引导至毗邻置于传送单元的传送带520的上表面上的覆盖材料的位置,使得覆盖材料可粘附至软板S的粘合表面。
软板S以卷的形式设置。在本实施方案中,软板S从给料辊120上退绕并且在覆盖材料粘附至软板S之后围绕收集辊140缠绕。设置在给料辊120和收集辊140之间的导辊160朝向覆盖材料L引导软板S,使得覆盖材料可粘附至软板S的熔融的粘合表面。优选地,导辊160连同移动覆盖材料的传送单元500的后驱动辊一起压已附接覆盖材料的软板S。也就是说,覆盖材料通过导辊160和传送单元500的后驱动辊附接至软板S,并且同时通过导辊160和传送单元500的后驱动辊将软板S和覆盖材料压紧在一起。
此外,移动单元100可进一步包括压辊180,压辊180设置在收集辊140和导辊160之间以压紧已附接覆盖材料的软板S。
压辊180可包括同时按压软板S的上表面和下表面的一对压辊180。在这种情况下,软板S可以是双压紧的,从而覆盖材料和软板S能够更可靠地彼此接合。
同时,在传送单元500的传送带520中形成多个通气孔,使得空气可通过传送带520的上表面和下表面。通过通气孔,覆盖材料L可通过设置在传送带520的下表面下方的空气吸取单元700与传送带520紧密接触。凭借该构造,即使工人仅将覆盖材料L放置在传送带520上,但随着传送带520被传送,覆盖材料L能够被平稳地散布在传送带520上并且在经过空气吸取单元700的同时与传送带520紧密接触。在这种状态下,覆盖材料粘附至软板S。因此,覆盖材料能够粘附至软板S而没有皱折。此外,传送单元500的传送带520可由多孔材料制成,使得空气可更可靠的穿过传送带520的上表面和下表面。
传送单元500的驱动单元540以与软板S传输的方向相同的方向传送传送带520,从而置于传送带520上的覆盖材料可以与软板S相同的方向被传送并然后粘附至软板S的粘合表面。
驱动单元540包括两个驱动单元,该两个驱动单元分别设置在传送单元的前端和后端并且使传送带520循环。空气吸取单元700在传送带520的下表面下方设置在两个驱动单元540之间,以便从传送带520的上表面朝向传送带520的下表面吸取空气。
图2为示出了根据本发明的第二实施方案的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置的视图。图4为示出了用于根据本发明的使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置的覆盖夹具的视图。图5为示出了定位在图4的覆盖夹具中的天然皮革片材的视图。根据第二实施方案的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置进一步包括覆盖夹具800,覆盖夹具800具有在其上表面中的覆盖物定位凹陷840,覆盖物定位凹陷840具有与相应的覆盖材料L相同的形状。覆盖夹具800设置在传送单元500的传送带520上并且与位于覆盖物定位凹陷840中的覆盖材料L一起朝向软板S的粘合表面移动。
覆盖夹具800包括具有预确定的厚度的夹具主体820和形成于夹具主体820中并且具有预定的深度的覆盖物定位凹陷840。覆盖物定位凹陷840具有对应于多个覆盖材料L的形状。具体地,覆盖夹具800置于传送带520上并且覆盖材料L定位在对应的覆盖物定位凹陷840中,并且当覆盖夹具800通过传送带520传输时覆盖材料L附接至软板S的粘合表面。在覆盖材料L已附接至软板S之后,覆盖夹具800可被送回并被重新使用。
覆盖夹具800配置成使得空气可穿过覆盖夹具800的上表面和下表面。因此,覆盖物定位凹陷840中的覆盖材料L可通过空气吸取单元700与覆盖夹具800紧密接触,从而覆盖材料L可附接至软板S的粘合表面而没有皱折。
也就是说,本发明被配置成使得空气不仅能够穿过覆盖夹具800,而且还穿过传送带520。因此,覆盖材料L可通过空气吸取单元700与覆盖夹具800紧密接触,从而覆盖材料L能够在被传输的同时被均匀散布并且可附接至软板S的粘合表面而没有皱折。
图3为示出了根据本发明的第三实施方案的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置的视图。在本实施方案中,涂布辊900设置在软板S的下表面下方。从涂布辊900退绕时,涂覆材料B附接至软板S的粘合表面。覆盖材料L粘附在板S和涂覆材料B之间。涂覆材料B可用作用于保护覆盖材料L的薄膜,或可选择地用作包装材料。此外,虽然涂覆材料B由单独的涂布辊900提供,但涂覆材料B与板S一起围绕用于板S的收集辊140进行缠绕。此外,如图所示,覆盖材料L和板S可以下述方式彼此粘附:在覆盖材料L已定位在覆盖夹具800中之后,覆盖材料L和覆盖夹具800粘附至软板S,并且之后涂覆材料B和覆盖夹具800一起从软板S移除。
如上所述,在根据本发明的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置中,即使覆盖材料由具有多种形状和形式的天然皮革制成,它仍可在被传输的同时被均匀散布并且然后附接至软板。因此,可生产没有皱折的天然皮革座位覆盖物,从而提高适销性,就好像它是合成革一样。
此外,使用自动的工序,使得即使在形状上不规则的天然皮革用作覆盖材料,仍可显著降低工序的数量。具体地,该装置可减少散布天然皮革覆盖材料和将每一个覆盖材料固定到合适的位置以将覆盖材料附接至软板所需的步骤,从而大大有助于提高生产率。
尽管出于说明的目的已公开了本发明的优选实施方案,但是本领域一般技术人员应当理解,各种修改、增加和删减是可能的,并不脱离所附权利要求中所公开的本发明的范围和精神。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,所述装置包括:
移动单元(100),其包括多个辊子并且移动软板(S);
传送单元(500),其包括传送带(520)和驱动单元(540),传送带(520)配置成允许空气穿过其上表面和下表面,驱动单元(540)设置成移动传送带(520),所述传送单元(500)朝着软板的粘合表面传送放置在传送带(520)的上表面上的覆盖材料;
空气吸取单元(700),其设置在传送带(520)的下表面下方,所述空气吸取单元(700)吸取空气使得覆盖材料与传送带(520)的上表面紧密接触,从而覆盖材料粘附至软板(S)的粘合表面而没有皱折,以及
覆盖夹具(800),其包括具有与覆盖材料(L)的形状相同的形状的覆盖物定位凹陷(840),其中所述覆盖材料(L)定位在所述覆盖物定位凹陷(840)中,覆盖夹具(800)放置在传送单元(500)的传送带(520)的上表面上并且朝着软板(S)的粘合表面被传送,
其中所述覆盖夹具(800)配置成使得空气能够穿过其上表面和下表面,从而在覆盖物定位凹陷(840)中的覆盖材料(L)通过空气吸取单元(700)与覆盖夹具(800)紧密接触,使得覆盖材料(L)能够粘附至软板(S)的粘合表面而不皱折。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,进一步包括:
加热单元,其加热通过所述移动单元(100)移动的软板(S)的粘合表面;
其中,所述传送单元(500)朝着已被加热的粘合表面传送覆盖材料(L)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,进一步包括:
粘合剂施加单元,其将粘合剂施加至通过所述移动单元(100)移动的软板(S)的粘合表面;
其中,所述传送单元(500)朝着已施加粘合剂的粘合表面传送覆盖材料(L)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中所述软板(S)由海绵制成,所述覆盖材料由天然皮革制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中所述移动单元(100)包括分别设置在所述装置的两侧的给料辊(120)和收集辊(140)、以及导辊(160),所述导辊(160)设置在给料辊(120)和收集辊(140)之间,所述导辊(160)将软板(S)的粘合表面引导至毗邻置于传送单元的传送带(520)的上表面上的覆盖材料的位置,以使覆盖材料能够粘附至软板的粘合表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中所述移动单元(100)进一步包括压辊(180),所述压辊(180)设置在收集辊(140)和导辊(160)之间,所述压辊(180)压紧已粘附覆盖材料的软板(S)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中在传送单元(500)的传送带(520)中形成多个通气孔以使空气能够穿过传送带的上表面和下表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中传送单元(500)的传送带(520)由多孔材料制成以使空气能够穿过传送带的上表面和下表面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中所述传送单元(500)的驱动单元(540)沿着与软板(S)传送的方向相同的方向传送传送带(520),从而放置在传送带(520)上的覆盖材料沿着与软板(S)传送的方向相同的方向被传送,并且然后粘附至软板(S)的粘合表面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于使软板和覆盖材料粘附在一起的装置,其中所述驱动单元(540)包括分别设置在前部位置和后部位置处的驱动单元,驱动单元循环传送带(520),并且所述空气吸取单元(700)在传送带(520)的下表面下方安装在驱动单元(540)之间,所述空气吸取单元(700)从传送带(520)的上表面向其下表面吸取空气。
