本发明涉及锻造模技术领域，具体属于一种自动翻转砂模。
背景技术
现有的锻造砂模，上下模是分开的，造型完毕后人工抬起上模箱来完成合模，合模困难，同时需要二个人以上才能完成这个过程，浪费大量的劳动力，使用受到一定的局限性。
现急需一种机械式自动化的砂模。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种自动翻转砂模，克服了现有技术的不足，设计结构合理，上模箱和下模箱通过铰链结构连接，用电机带动上模箱翻转，上下模定位稳定，方便维护，整体稳定性好，节约劳动力，提高生产效率，使用范围广。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种自动翻转砂模，包括上模箱、下模箱和砂子，其特征在于：所述的上模箱和下模箱通过铰链结构连接，所述的上模箱与下模箱连接的旋转轴3连接在伺服电机上，所述的下模箱底部设有底板，所述的下模箱前端侧边设有凸起，所述的凸起与设置在底板上的卡扣结构配合。
所述下模箱前端位于箱体内设有凹口。
所述上模箱前端位于箱体内设有凸起，所述的凸起与凹口匹配。
所述的底板上设有控制伺服电机的控制开关。

1.一种自动翻转砂模，包括上模箱、下模箱和砂子，其特征在于：所述的上模箱和下模箱通过铰链结构连接，所述的上模箱与下模箱连接的旋转轴3连接在伺服电机上，所述的下模箱底部设有底板，所述的下模箱前端侧边设有凸起，所述的凸起与设置在底板上的卡扣结构配合。
