一种双位切换的光伏晶硅电池片机器视觉定位及质检平台,其特征在于电池片进入质检平台,质检平台为双工位移动平台,进料电池片先被放入摄像机正下方进料工位,控制系统接收到电池片进料信号,启动摄像机拍照分析,拍照完毕,移动平台动作,将电池片移至外部出料工位,控制系统接收到电池片出料信号,启动外部抓取机构抓走电池片。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双位切换的光伏晶硅电池片机器视觉定位及质检平台,具体是该装置采用高精度CCD检测系统,确保了每片电池片都能被准确定位,通过双光源系统,能够准确查出存在残缺、碎裂等问题的不合格电池片,同时质检平台固定在高速模组上,CCD检测完毕后可立刻实现工位快速切换,极大节省了串焊机整机工作节拍,从而大幅提高了电池片焊接工作的整体效率。
背景技术
串焊机的发展方向一直都是快速、稳定、破片率小,在保证质量的前提下,客户的选择必定趋向于更高效的产品,因此,如何提高速度、加快整机节拍一直是目前串焊机生产厂家最关心的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,针对串焊机如何提高整机效率,以及如何准确定位监测的问题,提供一种双位切换的光伏晶硅电池片机器视觉定位及质检平台,该机构可同时完成检测和定位两项功能,同时配合高速模组快速工位切换,将串焊机焊接前期处理电池片的时间降到最低。
本发明的技术方案是:一种双位切换的光伏晶硅电池片机器视觉定位及质检平台,其特征在于电池片进入质检平台,质检平台为双工位移动平台,进料电池片先被放入摄像机正下方进料工位,控制系统接收到电池片进料信号,启动摄像机拍照分析,拍照完毕,移动平台动作,将电池片移至外部出料工位,控制系统接收到电池片出料信号,启动外部抓取机构抓走电池片;质检平台不管如何移动,进料工位始终在摄像机正下方,进料工位两侧均为出料工位;质检平台移动方式为左右横移方式。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明装置采用高精度CCD检测系统,确保了每片电池片都能被准确定位。
2.本发明装置通过双光源系统,能够准确查出存在残缺、碎裂等问题的不合格电池片。
3.本发明装置采用双工位质检平台,减少了整体设备的等待时间。
4.本发明装置采用高速模组,使工位切换更加迅速。
5.质检平台每个工位都具备加热系统,在电池片焊接前期做好热处理工作,降低了破片率。

图1为本发明装置结构示意图,包括CCD摄像机、光源、摄像机架、双工位质检平台、移动模组;电池片进入质检平台,质检平台为双工位移动平台,进料电池片先被放入摄像机正下方进料工位,控制系统接收到电池片进料信号,启动摄像机拍照分析,拍照完毕,移动平台动作,将电池片移至外部出料工位,控制系统接收到电池片出料信号,启动外部抓取机构抓走电池片。

1.一种双位切换的光伏晶硅电池片机器视觉定位及质检平台,其特征在于,电池片进入质检平台,质检平台为双工位移动平台,进料电池片先被放入摄像机正下方进料工位,控制系统接收到电池片进料信号,启动摄像机拍照分析,拍照完毕,移动平台动作,将电池片移至外部出料工位,控制系统接收到电池片出料信号,启动外部抓取机构抓走电池片,以此循环,所述质检平台不管如何移动,进料工位始终在摄像机正下方,进料工位两侧均为出料工位,所述质检平台移动方式为左右横移方式。
