Abstract

本发明公开了一种热能回收式注塑模具,它包括内部设置有冷却水通道(2)、电加热器(5)和温度传感器(6)的模具本体(1),冷却水通道(2)两端分别连接进水管(3)和出水管(4),冷却水储罐(9)的出水口通过输送泵(10)连接进水管(3),出水管(4)依次连接热交换器(11)和冷却水储罐(9)的进水口,温度传感器(6)、电磁阀(8)、输送泵(10)和电加热器(5)均与控制器(7)电连接。本发明的有益效果是:实现了对模具本体温度的自动调节,保证了产品的成型质量;由热交换器吸收冷却水的热能,并使冷却水循环使用,避免了水资源和热能的浪费。

一种热能回收式注塑模具
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,特别是一种热能回收式注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是生产各种工业产品的重要工艺装备,随着塑料工业的迅速发展,以及塑料制品在航空、航天、电子、机械船舶和汽车等工业部门的推广应用,注塑模具广泛应用于各个行业中。传统注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成,动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上,定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔,开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。注塑模具主要由浇注系统、调温系统、成型零件和结构零件组成。对于热塑性塑料用注塑模,调温系统主要是设计冷却系统使模具冷却。模具冷却的常用办法是在模具内开设冷却水通道,利用循环流动的冷却水带走模具的热量;模具的加热是利用冷却水通道通入热水或蒸汽。这种模具的加热或冷却一般都是根据工作者的经验进行调节,所以模具的温度得不到精确的控制,从而影响了产品的成型质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种保证产品成型质量、高效调节温度的热能回收式注塑模具。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种热能回收式注塑模具,它包括模具本体,模具本体内部设置有冷却水通道,冷却水通道的一个端口连接进水管,冷却水通道的另一个端口连接出水管,模具本体的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器,它还包括温度传感器、冷却水储罐、热交换器、输送泵、控制器和电磁阀,温度传感器安装于模具本体上,电磁阀安装于进水管上,冷却水储罐的出水口通过输送泵连接进水管,出水管依次连接热交换器和冷却水储罐的进水口,温度传感器、电磁阀、输送泵和电加热器均与控制器电连接。
所述的冷却水通道在模具本体内部呈蛇形或环形设置。
所述的模具本体上设置有多个加热器安装孔,每个加热器安装孔内均安装有一个电加热器。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过温度传感器实时检测模具本体的温度,并由控制器对温度传感器采集的温度信号进行判断,从而来控制电加热器、输送泵的工作和电磁阀的启闭,进而实现对模具进行加热和冷却,使模具本体处于设定温度,实现了对模具本体温度的自动调节,调节精度高,保证了产品的成型质量。冷却水通道在模具本体内部呈蛇形或环形设置、模具本体上设置有多个加热器安装孔的结构保证了模具本体冷却、加热的均匀性,同样利于提高产品的成型质量。与模具本体完成热交换的冷却水受热后经出水管流经热交换器,由热交换器吸收冷却水的热能,同时将冷却水重新降温,降温后的冷却水经冷却水储罐的进水口返回冷却水储罐,从而使得冷却水循环使用,避免了水资源和热能的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,一种热能回收式注塑模具,它包括模具本体1,模具本体1内部设置有冷却水通道2,冷却水通道2的一个端口连接进水管3,冷却水通道2的另一个端口连接出水管4,模具本体1的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器5,它还包括温度传感器6、冷却水储罐9、热交换器11、输送泵10、控制器7和电磁阀8,温度传感器6安装于模具本体1上,电磁阀8安装于进水管3上,冷却水储罐9的出水口通过输送泵10连接进水管3,出水管4依次连接热交换器11和冷却水储罐9的进水口,温度传感器6、电磁阀8、输送泵10和电加热器5均与控制器7电连接,温度传感器6与控制器7的输入端通过导线连接,控制器7的输出端分别与电加热器5、输送泵10和电磁阀8相连,温度传感器6用于实时检测模具本体1的温度,并将温度信号传送至控制器7,控制器7对该温度信号与设定温度值进行比较,从而控制电加热器5的工作和电磁阀8的开闭。
所述的冷却水通道2在模具本体1内部呈蛇形或环形设置,从而使模具本体1整体均匀冷却。
所述的模具本体1上设置有多个加热器安装孔,每个加热器安装孔内均安装有一个电加热器5,从而使模具本体1整体均匀加热。
本发明的工作过程如下:当温度传感器6检测的模具本体1的温度小于设定值时,控制器7控制输送泵10停止工作、关闭电磁阀8,从而停止向模具本体1内的冷却水通道2通入冷却水,同时,控制器7控制电加热器5工作,对模具本体1进行加热,进而使模具本体1的温度上升至设定值。当温度传感器6检测的模具本体1的温度大于设定值时,控制器7控制电磁阀8开启、控制输送泵10开始工作,向模具本体1内的冷却水通道2通入冷却水,同时,控制器7控制电加热器5停止工作,进而使模具本体1的温度下降至设定值,与模具本体完成热交换的冷却水受热后经出水管流经热交换器11,由热交换器11吸收冷却水的热能,同时将冷却水重新降温,降温后的冷却水经冷却水储罐9的进水口返回冷却水储罐9,从而使得冷却水循环使用,避免了水资源和热能的浪费。 

Claims (3)

1.一种高效温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:它包括模具本体(1),模具本体(1)内部设置有冷却水通道(2),冷却水通道(2)的一个端口连接进水管(3),冷却水通道(2)的另一个端口连接出水管(4),模具本体(1)的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器(5),它还包括温度传感器(6)、冷却水储罐(9)、热交换器(11)、输送泵(10)、控制器(7)和电磁阀(8),温度传感器(6)安装于模具本体(1)上,电磁阀(8)安装于进水管(3)上,冷却水储罐(9)的出水口通过输送泵(10)连接进水管(3),出水管(4)依次连接热交换器(11)和冷却水储罐(9)的进水口,温度传感器(6)、电磁阀(8)、输送泵(10)和电加热器(5)均与控制器(7)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的冷却水通道(2)在模具本体(1)内部呈蛇形或环形设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的模具本体(1)上设置有多个加热器安装孔,每个加热器安装孔内均安装有一个电加热器(5)。
