本发明公开了一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,它包括模具本体(1),模具本体(1)内部设置有冷却水通道(2),冷却水通道(2)连接进水管(3)和出水管(4),模具本体(1)的内部还设置有电加热器(5),它还包括温度传感器(6)、控制器(7)和电磁阀(8),温度传感器(6)安装于模具本体(1)上,电磁阀(8)安装于进水管(3)上,温度传感器(6)、电磁阀(8)和电加热器(5)均与控制器(7)电连接。本发明的有益效果是:通过控制电加热器的工作和电磁阀的启闭实现对模具进行加热和冷却,使模具本体处于设定温度,实现了对模具本体温度的自动调节,调节精度高,保证了产品的成型质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,特别是一种方便温度调节的注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是生产各种工业产品的重要工艺装备,随着塑料工业的迅速发展,以及塑料制品在航空、航天、电子、机械船舶和汽车等工业部门的推广应用,注塑模具广泛应用于各个行业中。传统注塑模具由动模和定模两部分组成,动模安装在注射成型机的移动模板上,定模安装在注射成型机的固定模板上。在注射成型时动模与定模闭合构成浇注系统和型腔,开模时动模和定模分离以便取出塑料制品。注塑模具主要由浇注系统、调温系统、成型零件和结构零件组成。对于热塑性塑料用注塑模,调温系统主要是设计冷却系统使模具冷却。模具冷却的常用办法是在模具内开设冷却水通道,利用循环流动的冷却水带走模具的热量;模具的加热是利用冷却水通道通入热水或蒸汽。这种模具的加热或冷却一般都是根据工作者的经验进行调节,所以模具的温度得不到精确的控制,从而影响了产品的成型质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种温度调节精度高、保证产品成型质量、方便温度调节的注塑模具。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,它包括模具本体,模具本体内部设置有冷却水通道,冷却水通道的一个端口连接进水管,冷却水通道的另一个端口连接出水管,模具本体的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器,它还包括温度传感器、控制器和电磁阀,温度传感器安装于模具本体上,电磁阀安装于进水管上,温度传感器、电磁阀和电加热器均与控制器电连接,温度传感器与控制器的输入端通过导线连接,控制器的输出端分别与电加热器和电磁阀相连。
所述的冷却水通道在模具本体内部呈蛇形或环形设置。
所述的模具本体上设置有多个加热器安装孔。 
本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过温度传感器实时检测模具本体的温度,并由控制器对温度传感器采集的温度信号进行判断,从而来控制电加热器的工作和电磁阀的启闭,进而实现对模具进行加热和冷却,使模具本体处于设定温度。实现了对模具本体温度的自动调节,调节精度高,保证了产品的成型质量。冷却水通道在模具本体内部呈蛇形或环形设置、模具本体上设置有多个加热器安装孔的结构保证了模具本体冷却、加热的均匀性,同样利于提高产品的成型质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,它包括模具本体1,模具本体1内部设置有冷却水通道2,冷却水通道2的一个端口连接进水管3,冷却水通道2的另一个端口连接出水管4,模具本体1的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器5,它还包括温度传感器6、控制器7和电磁阀8,温度传感器6安装于模具本体1上,电磁阀8安装于进水管3上,温度传感器6、电磁阀8和电加热器5均与控制器7电连接,温度传感器6与控制器7的输入端通过导线连接,控制器7的输出端分别与电加热器5和电磁阀8相连,温度传感器6用于实时检测模具本体1的温度,并将温度信号传送至控制器7,控制器7对该温度信号与设定温度值进行比较,从而控制电加热器5的工作和电磁阀8的开闭。
所述的冷却水通道2在模具本体1内部呈蛇形或环形设置,从而使模具本体1整体均匀冷却。
所述的模具本体1上设置有多个加热器安装孔,每个加热器安装孔内均安装有一个电加热器5,从而使模具本体1整体均匀加热。
本发明的工作过程如下:当温度传感器6检测的模具本体1的温度小于设定值时,控制器7控制电磁阀8关闭,从而停止向模具本体1内的冷却水通道2通入冷却水,同时,控制器7控制电加热器5工作,对模具本体1进行加热,进而使模具本体1的温度上升至设定值。当温度传感器6检测的模具本体1的温度大于设定值时,控制器7控制电磁阀8开启,从而向模具本体1内的冷却水通道2通入冷却水,同时,控制器7控制电加热器5停止工作,进而使模具本体1的温度下降至设定值。 

Claims (3)

1.一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:它包括模具本体(1),模具本体(1)内部设置有冷却水通道(2),冷却水通道(2)的一个端口连接进水管(3),冷却水通道(2)的另一个端口连接出水管(4),模具本体(1)的内部还设置有加热器安装孔,加热器安装孔内安装有电加热器(5),它还包括温度传感器(6)、控制器(7)和电磁阀(8),温度传感器(6)安装于模具本体(1)上,电磁阀(8)安装于进水管(3)上,温度传感器(6)、电磁阀(8)和电加热器(5)均与控制器(7)电连接,温度传感器(6)与控制器(7)的输入端通过导线连接,控制器(7)的输出端分别与电加热器(5)和电磁阀(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的冷却水通道(2)在模具本体(1)内部呈蛇形或环形设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种方便温度调节的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述的模具本体(1)上设置有多个加热器安装孔。
