Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机,包括电连接器、前封头、后封头、筒体、以及设置于筒体内的中频电动机、动盘、传动套管、主轴、离合器线圈及离合器摩擦片,所述筒体的前后两端分别与前封头及后封头相连接,筒体内固定有与所述动盘相配合的静盘,动盘及静盘套接于主轴的一侧,离合器摩擦片与离合器线圈套接于主轴的另一侧,动盘与离合器摩擦片固定于主轴的侧面,中频电动机的输出轴通过传动套管与离合器线圈相连接,电连接器固定于筒体上,电连接器与离合器线圈相连接。本发明可以实现低电流启动。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于直升机蒸发循环制冷系统技术领域,涉及一种具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机。
背景技术
目前,直升机上蒸发循环制冷系统主要由压缩机、中频电动机、蒸发器、冷凝器、蒸发风机、冷凝风机、膨胀阀等组成。中频电动机通过皮带传动,驱动压缩机工作来实现制冷。该驱动形式主要有以下不足:1)皮带传动占用的空间尺寸大,并且对装配位置及安装精度要求较高;2)电动机采用独立的散热方式,增加了散热风扇、风道等,造成其体积大、质量重;3)皮带的张紧及工作寿命增加了维护、更换等环节。同时全封闭制冷压缩机可以有效的解决上述问题,但就目前技术而言,全封闭制冷压缩机的启动电流一般是工作电流的5~7倍,在机载产品中,大的启动电流将会使直升机电源保护,产生失电危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机,该中频全封闭制冷压缩机实现低电流启动。
为达到上述目的,本发明所述的具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机包括电连接器、前封头、后封头、筒体、以及设置于筒体内的中频电动机、动盘、传动套管、主轴、离合器线圈及离合器摩擦片;
所述筒体的前后两端分别与前封头及后封头相连接,筒体内固定有与所述动盘相配合的静盘,动盘及静盘套接于主轴的一侧,离合器摩擦片及离合器线圈套接于主轴的另一侧,动盘及离合器摩擦片固定于主轴的侧面,中频电动机的输出轴通过传动套管与离合器线圈相连接,电连接器固定于筒体上,电连接器与离合器线圈相连接。
所述静盘通过螺钉固定于筒体内。
所述静盘与主轴的侧面之间设有密封圈。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述的具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机包括电连接器、筒体以及设置于筒体内的中频电动机、动盘、传动套管、主轴、离合器线圈及离合器摩擦片,在工作时,降低启动时电压值,中频电动机通过传动套管带动离合器线圈转动,实现电动机空载启动,当中频电动机运转稳定后,通过电连接器给离合器线圈通电,离合器线圈与离合器摩擦片相互吸合,从而通过中频电动机带动主轴转动,进而实现低电流启动,本发明在同等制冷量的条件下,采用全封闭式结构,大幅减小了蒸发循环制冷系统的体积及重量,同时实现中频全封闭制冷压缩机低电流启动,减少对机载电源的冲击。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述:
参考图1,本发明所述的具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机包括电连接器2、前封头1、后封头6、筒体7、以及设置于筒体7内的中频电动机3、动盘4、传动套管8、主轴9、离合器线圈10及离合器摩擦片11,所述筒体7的前后两端分别与前封头1及后封头6相连接,筒体7内固定有与所述动盘4相配合的静盘5,动盘4及静盘5套接于主轴9的一侧,离合器摩擦片11及离合器线圈10套接于主轴9的另一侧,动盘4及离合器摩擦片11固定于主轴9的侧面,中频电动机3的输出轴通过传动套管8与离合器线圈10相连接,电连接器2固定于筒体7上,电连接器2与离合器线圈10相连接,静盘5通过螺钉固定于筒体7内,静盘5与主轴9的侧面之间设有密封圈,所述离合器摩擦片11通过铁材料制作而成。
本发明的具体工作过程为:
电连接器2不为离合器线圈10供电,离合器线圈10与离合器摩擦片11分离,然后开启中频电动机3,中频电动机3通过传动套管8带动离合器线圈10转动,当中频电动机3运转稳定后,通过电连接器2为离合器线圈10通电,然后离合器线圈10通电后产生磁性,使离合器线圈10与离合器摩擦片11相互吸合,从而通过中频电动机3带动主轴9转动,主轴9另一侧的动盘4转动,从而实现压缩制冷。

1.一种具有启动卸载功能的中频全封闭制冷压缩机,其特征在于,包括电连接器(2)、前封头(1)、后封头(6)、筒体(7)、以及设置于筒体(7)内的中频电动机(3)、动盘(4)、传动套管(8)、主轴(9)、离合器线圈(10)及离合器摩擦片(11);
所述筒体(7)的前后两端分别与前封头(1)及后封头(6)相连接,筒体(7)内固定有与所述动盘(4)相配合的静盘(5),动盘(4)及静盘(5)套接于主轴(9)的一侧,离合器摩擦片(11)及离合器线圈(10)套接于主轴(9)的另一侧,动盘(4)及离合器摩擦片(11)固定于主轴(9)的侧面,中频电动机(3)的输出轴通过传动套管(8)与离合器线圈(10)相连接,电连接器(2)固定于筒体(7)上,电连接器(2)与离合器线圈(10)相连接;
所述静盘(5)通过螺钉固定于筒体(7)内;
所述静盘(5)与主轴(9)的侧面之间设有密封圈。
