Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯50-65、线性低密度聚乙烯30-45、聚苯醚树脂10-15、三氧化二铝2-3、防老剂40401.2-2.4、促进剂TMTD0.6-1.2、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯1.5-3、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯0.2-0.4、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、改性水滑石粉60-65。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,确切地说是一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆专用树脂包括电缆绝缘料和电缆护套料,所用原料主要有聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯。聚乙烯(polyethylene ,简称PE)是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物。聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性能优良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯50-65、线性低密度聚乙烯30-45、聚苯醚树脂10-15、三氧化二铝2-3、防老剂4040 1.2-2.4、促进剂TMTD 0.6-1.2、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯 1.5-3、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 0.2-0.4、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、改性水滑石粉60-65;
所述的改性水滑石粉的制备方法为:将120-130份水滑石在800-900℃下于闪烧窑中闪烧4-6秒,取出再在400-550℃下煅烧1-2小时,然后,取出,与14-16份氢氧化铝、4-6份硬脂酸镁混匀,并加入适量水中研磨,加浓度为12-14%的盐酸溶液调PH为4.0-4.8,研磨浆料至600-800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,研磨,过600-800目筛后所得粉末中加入0.1-0.2份异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2、0.1-0.2份膨胀蛭石粉混合均匀后,即得。
所述的一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
称取改性水滑石粉投入高速混合机中,再加入三氧化二铝、 二月桂酸二丁基锡,于1800-2200r/min搅拌8-12min,再加入线性低密度聚乙烯,500-600r/min搅拌3-6min,与剩余原料于1800-2200r/min搅拌8-12min混匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明电缆料外观光滑手感好、机械性能优良、高阻燃性以及较高回弹性能。
具体实施方式
一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯62、线性低密度聚乙烯45、聚苯醚树脂15、三氧化二铝2、防老剂4040 1.7、促进剂TMTD 0.8、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯 1.8、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 0.4、二月桂酸二丁基锡3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1、改性水滑石粉65;
所述的改性水滑石粉的制备方法为:将120份水滑石在900℃下于闪烧窑中闪烧6秒,取出再在550℃下煅烧1小时,然后,取出,与16份氢氧化铝、6份硬脂酸镁混匀,并加入适量水中研磨,加浓度为14%的盐酸溶液调PH为4.8,研磨浆料至800目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,研磨,过600目筛后所得粉末中加入0.2份异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯2、0.2份膨胀蛭石粉混合均匀后,即得。
所述的一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,
制备方法为:
称取改性水滑石粉投入高速混合机中,再加入三氧化二铝、 二月桂酸二丁基锡,于1800r/min搅拌12min,再加入线性低密度聚乙烯,500r/min搅拌3min,与剩余原料于2200r/min搅拌12min混匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得成品。
将本实施例进行性能测试,抗张强度24MPa,断裂伸长率350%,阻燃级别V1。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐老化聚苯醚电缆料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高密度聚乙烯50-65、线性低密度聚乙烯30-45、聚苯醚树脂10-15、三氧化二铝2-3、防老剂4040 1.2-2.4、促进剂TMTD 0.6-1.2、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯 1.5-3、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 0.2-0.4、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-3、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、改性水滑石粉60-65;

称取改性水滑石粉投入高速混合机中,再加入三氧化二铝、 二月桂酸二丁基锡,于1800-2200r/min搅拌8-12min,再加入线性低密度聚乙烯,500-600r/min搅拌3-6min,与剩余原料于1800-2200r/min搅拌8-12min混匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得成品。
