一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC65-70、钙锌稳定剂7-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯40-50、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.2-0.3、苯甲酰丙酮1-2、六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶20-25、纳米氧化锌4-4.5、双酚AF2.5-3、氯化镧0.3-0.4、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2.4-2.8、对二甲氨基苯甲酸1.2-1.5、有机水滑石4-5、二甲苯1.2-1.6、热塑性聚氨酯18-22、抗氧剂1010 0.8-0.9。本发明电缆料通过使用对苯甲酰丙酮、氯化镧,混合改性,使得电缆料对紫外线具有物理屏蔽和化学吸收的协同功能,提高了耐老化性能。

Description

一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,尤其涉及一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性聚氨酯( TPU) 是一种性能极好的弹性体,具有优良的耐酸碱性、耐油性和力学性能,并且使用温度范围大,可作为PVC 材料的增韧剂或改性剂。TPU 还能提高PVC 材料的加工流动性,起到增塑效果。但由于TPU 价格较贵,且阻燃性较差,其应用受到限制。PVC 的牌号多,应用广,成本低,是一种重要的通用塑料。TPU 与PVC混合交联,能有效降低TPU的成本,提高性能,扩大其应用范围; 另一方面,TPU 的加入能有效改善PVC 的耐低温性能。
《汽车用PVC/热塑性聚氨酯交联电缆料的研制》一文使用配方: PVC100 份,钙锌稳定剂8份,TOTM 50份,TAIC 3份,DCP 0.2份,TPU 30份,抗氧剂0.8 份,其他助剂适量,生产出合格的汽车用电缆料,但是该电缆料在耐热性、耐油性、耐紫外性、抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性、耐大气老化性、气密性、耐磨性、耐低温性等方面还不尽如人意。
氟橡胶具有非常优异的耐辐射、耐高温、耐油、耐高真空及耐酸碱、耐多种化学药品的特点,可以使用氟橡胶以及其他原料和工艺对PVC/热塑性聚氨酯交联电缆料进行改性,以提高该电缆料的各项性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料,该电缆料的耐低温性、耐热性、抗氧化性、耐油性、耐腐蚀性、绝缘性、气密性和耐大气老化性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC65-70、钙锌稳定剂7-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯40-50、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.2-0.3、苯甲酰丙酮1-2、六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶20-25、纳米氧化锌4-4.5、双酚AF2.5-3、氯化镧0.3-0.4、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2.4-2.8、对二甲氨基苯甲酸1.2-1.5、有机水滑石4-5、二甲苯1.2-1.6、热塑性聚氨酯18-22、抗氧剂1010 0.8-0.9。
所述的耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将对苯甲酰丙酮、氯化镧、二甲氨基苯甲酸、有机水滑石混合,研磨30-40分钟,与六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶、过氧化二异丙苯、纳米氧化锌、二甲苯混合,送入开炼机中,在60-70℃下开练4-5分钟,得到胶体;
(2)将第(1)步得到的胶体与PVC、钙锌稳定剂、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、抗氧剂1010送入高速混合机中,高速搅拌,当物料温度达到115-120℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至45-55℃时出料,得到混合物料;
(3)在不加热的情况下,将步骤(2)制得的物料与其他剩余成分送入高速混合机中混合4-5分钟,再送入平行双螺杆挤出机,在140-145℃下挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料送入开炼机中在140-145℃下开片,再送入热模压机中,在170-180℃下压片处理3-4分钟,在室温下交联1-2个小时,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明电缆料使用热塑性聚氨酯、氟橡胶与PVC共混,交联改性,能有效提高电缆料的性能,能有效改善PVC的耐低温性、耐热性、抗氧化性、耐油性、耐腐蚀性、绝缘性、气密性和耐大气老化性;通过使用对苯甲酰丙酮、氯化镧、二甲氨基苯甲酸、有机水滑石,混合改性,使得电缆料对紫外线具有物理屏蔽和化学吸收的协同功能,提高了耐老化性能。
具体实施方式
一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:PVC68、钙锌稳定剂7.5、偏苯三酸三辛酯45、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.8、过氧化二异丙苯0.2、苯甲酰丙酮1.5、六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶23、纳米氧化锌4.3、双酚AF2.8、氯化镧0.3、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2.6、对二甲氨基苯甲酸1.3、有机水滑石4.5、二甲苯1.4、热塑性聚氨酯20、抗氧剂1010 0.8。
所述的耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将对苯甲酰丙酮、氯化镧、二甲氨基苯甲酸、有机水滑石混合,研磨35分钟,与六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶、过氧化二异丙苯、纳米氧化锌、二甲苯混合,送入开炼机中,在65℃下开练4分钟,得到胶体;
(2)将第(1)步得到的胶体与PVC、钙锌稳定剂、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、抗氧剂1010送入高速混合机中,高速搅拌,当物料温度达到117℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至50℃时出料,得到混合物料;
(3)在不加热的情况下,将步骤(2)制得的物料与其他剩余成分送入高速混合机中混合4分钟,再送入平行双螺杆挤出机,在144℃下挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料送入开炼机中在145℃下开片,再送入热模压机中,在175℃下压片处理3分钟,在室温下交联1.5个小时,即得。
实验数据:
经测试该实施例电缆料的拉伸强度为21MPa,断裂伸长率为322%,老化后拉伸强度变化率为6%,老化后断裂伸长率变化率为-4%,200℃热稳定时间为180min,冲击脆化温度为-44℃,20℃体积电阻率为2.7×1012Ω﹒m,热延伸率为119%。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC65-70、钙锌稳定剂7-8、偏苯三酸三辛酯40-50、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2.5-3、过氧化二异丙苯0.2-0.3、苯甲酰丙酮1-2、六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶20-25、纳米氧化锌4-4.5、双酚AF2.5-3、氯化镧0.3-0.4、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2.4-2.8、对二甲氨基苯甲酸1.2-1.5、有机水滑石4-5、二甲苯1.2-1.6、热塑性聚氨酯18-22、抗氧剂1010 0.8-0.9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化汽车线束用氟橡胶改性PVC电缆料的生产方法,其特征在于:
(1)将对苯甲酰丙酮、氯化镧、二甲氨基苯甲酸、有机水滑石混合,研磨30-40分钟,与六氟丙烯三元共聚橡胶、过氧化二异丙苯、纳米氧化锌、二甲苯混合,送入开炼机中,在60-70℃下开练4-5分钟,得到胶体;
(2)将第(1)步得到的胶体与PVC、钙锌稳定剂、偏苯三酸三辛酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、抗氧剂1010送入高速混合机中,高速搅拌,当物料温度达到115-120℃时,将物料放入冷混机中低速搅拌,当物料冷却至45-55℃时出料,得到混合物料;
(3)在不加热的情况下,将步骤(2)制得的物料与其他剩余成分送入高速混合机中混合4-5分钟,再送入平行双螺杆挤出机,在140-145℃下挤出造粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的粒料送入开炼机中在140-145℃下开片,再送入热模压机中,在170-180℃下压片处理3-4分钟,在室温下交联1-2个小时,即得。
