Abstract

本发明公开了一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料及其制备方法,它是以金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者的混合水提取液和沙棘汁为主要活性成分,配以鲜罗汉果水提取液勾兑而成,各组分的重量份配比为:金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的水提取液︰沙棘汁︰鲜罗汉果水提取液=5-7︰1-2︰2-3。这种饮料色泽橙黄,无蔗糖,但口感香甜,营养丰富,不仅具有较强清热解毒和祛火作用,而且无中药异味,热量低,特别适宜肥胖症、糖尿病、心脑血管患者等人群饮用。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料,具体是一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
饮料是人们常用的一种饮品,用饮料来同时达到解渴和保健目的的品种较多,具体保健功用因饮料的原料不同而差异很大,有祛火的,有祛寒的,有增强免疫力的,有美容的等等,但大多配方复杂,且以煎煮制成,口感多有中药异味,有些人,特别是小孩子不愿意喝。另外,为屏蔽中药味,饮料中普遍添加有蔗糖,不适宜肥胖症、糖尿病、心脑血管患者等人群饮用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料及其制备方法,该饮料不添加蔗糖,但口感香甜,无中药异味,而且富含维生素C,营养丰富,具较强的清热解毒祛火的保健功能。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料,以金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者混合的水提取液和沙棘汁为主要活性成分,配以鲜罗汉果水提取液勾兑而成,各组分的重量份配比为:
金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的水提取液︰沙棘汁︰鲜罗汉果水提取液=5-7︰1-2︰2-3。
所述金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的水提取液,其原料的重量份配比为:金银花/叶︰菊花︰白茅根︰水=4-6︰2-3︰0.5-1︰60-80,其中金银花/叶的重量份配比为:花︰叶=1︰2。
所述沙棘汁为2-4%浓度的沙棘汁,为现有技术。
所述鲜罗汉果水提取液,其原料的重量份配比为:成熟鲜罗汉果︰水=1︰10-13。
上述无糖香甜祛火保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者混合的水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,加水煮沸后,小火提取6-8min,过滤去渣,得混合水提取液;
(2)制备鲜罗汉果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的鲜罗汉果,破碎,以3倍量的55-60℃的热水浸提3次,每次2h,合并提取液,过滤,去渣,得鲜罗汉果水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的混合水提取液和步骤(2)的鲜罗汉果水提取液及沙棘汁按5-7︰2-3︰1-2的重量份配比勾兑,混合均匀;
(4)分装、灭菌后制成产品。
本发明的特点是:配方中所用金银花自古被誉为清热解毒良药,性甘寒,气芳香;菊花亦为中国常用中药,具疏风、清热、明目解毒之功效;白茅根性甘寒,具凉血、清热利尿之功效;罗汉果被誉为东方神果,成熟的鲜罗汉果维生素C的含量高达400-500mg/100g,具清热润肺之功效;另外,鲜罗汉果水提取液甜甙甜度高,热值低,其甜度是蔗糖的300倍,能摒弃其他药物成分的中药异味;沙棘汁含有丰富的维生素C、胡萝卜素、维生素E和多种人体需要的微量元素,其中维生素C的含量每100g鲜果汁中含有800-1500mg,是猕猴桃的5-8倍,山楂的70倍,西红柿的80倍,葡萄的200倍,具有活血散淤、化痰舒胸、补脾健胃的功能;上述原料经科学配伍后,其清热解毒作用叠加,协同祛火作用更强,还具有营养健身效果,实为一种全天然的祛火保健饮料。
本保健饮料配方简单,维生素c含量高,营养丰富,清热解毒,祛火保健功能强;且不含蔗糖,但口感香甜,无中药异味和苦味,老少皆宜,特别适宜肥胖症、糖尿病、心脑血管患者等人群饮用。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者的混合水提取液:按金银花/叶︰菊花︰白茅根=4-6︰2-3︰0.5-1的重量份配比进行称料,加60-80重量份的水煮沸后,小火提取6-8min,过滤去渣,得三者混合水提取液,所得水提取液即含有该组合物的活性成分;
所述金银花的花︰叶的重量份配比为1︰2;
(2)制备鲜罗汉果水提取液:按成熟的鲜罗汉果︰水=1︰10的重量份配比称料,将罗汉果破碎,以其3倍量的55-60℃的热水浸提3次,每次2h,合并提取液,过滤,去渣,得鲜罗汉果水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的混合水提取液和步骤(2)的鲜罗汉果水提取液及浓度为2-4%的沙棘汁按5-7︰2-3︰1-2的重量份配比勾兑,混合均匀;
(4)分装、灭菌制成。
实施例2:
一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按金银花/叶︰菊花︰白茅根=5︰2︰1的重量份配比进行称料,加70重量份的水煮沸后,小火提取6min,过滤去渣,得混合水提取液;
(2)按成熟的鲜罗汉果︰水=1︰10的重量份配比称料,以3倍量的55℃的热水浸提3次,每次2h,合并提取液,过滤,去渣,得鲜罗汉果水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的混合水提取液和步骤(2)的鲜罗汉果水提取液及沙棘汁按6︰2︰1.5的重量份配比勾兑,混合均匀;
(4)分装、灭菌后制成产品。

1.一种无糖香甜祛火保健饮料,以金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者混合的水提取液和沙棘汁为主要活性成分,配以鲜罗汉果水提取液勾兑而成,各组分的重量份配比为:
金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的水提取液︰沙棘汁︰鲜罗汉果水提取液=5-7︰1-2︰2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征是:所述金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的水提取液,其原料的重量份配比为:金银花/叶︰菊花︰白茅根︰水=4-6︰2-3︰0.5-1︰60-80。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健饮料,其特征是:所述金银花/叶中花与叶的重量份配比为:花︰叶=1︰2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征是:所述鲜罗汉果水提取液,其原料的重量份配比为:成熟鲜罗汉果︰水=1︰10-13。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮料,其特征是:所述沙棘汁的浓度为2-4%。
6.权利要求1-5之一所述无糖香甜祛火保健饮料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)制备金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根三者混合的水提取液:按原料重量份配比称料,加水煮沸后,小火提取6-8min,过滤去渣,得混合水提取液;
(2)制备鲜罗汉果水提取液:按原料重量份配比称取成熟的鲜罗汉果,破碎,以3倍量的55-60℃的热水浸提3次,每次2h,合并提取液,过滤,去渣,得鲜罗汉果水提取液;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的金银花/叶、菊花和白茅根的混合水提取液和步骤(2)的鲜罗汉果水提取液及沙棘汁按5-7︰2-3︰1-2的重量份配比勾兑,混合均匀;
(4)装罐密封,灭菌制成。
