本发明涉及一种保健果冻,特别是一种利咽润喉的保健果冻。
背景技术
果冻是备受人们喜爱的食品,市场销售的果冻主要为果冻胶和甜味剂、香精调制而成,其营养价值不高。果冻中含有的糖分及甜味剂也不利于人们长期服用。罗汉果所含罗汉果甜苷比蔗糖甜300倍,不产生热量,是饮料、糖果行业的名贵原料,是蔗糖的最佳替代品,且罗汉果有润肺止咳、生津止渴的功效、适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽、百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既可清咽润喉,又含有天然甜味的适于长期食用的保健果冻。
一种保健果冻,其特征在于,采用一定质量份的罗汉果、金银花为原料,通过煎煮获得的提取液与食用辅料混合调配成的一种保健果冻,通过以下方法制得:
A罗汉果金银花提取液的制备:罗汉果压碎,加金银花一起加水浸泡,煎煮,过滤,得到滤液;
B.果冻制备:城区食用辅料,加入滤液A,于60-75℃搅拌至食用辅料完全融化后,冷却,分装,灭菌,得成品。
作为优选,本发明中罗汉果和金银花重量比为10~20:5~15。
作为优选,罗汉果和金银花的重量比为13~18:6~12。
作为优选,罗汉果和金银花的重量比为11~15:8~11。
作为优选,罗汉果和金银花的重量比为15:10。
本发明所述食用辅料,可以是食用琼脂、卡拉胶、魔芋胶、黄原胶等常规的果冻溶胶原料,也可以是以上的一种或数种的混合物。
本发明与现有技术相比,在果冻中添加了罗汉果金银花提取物,利用天然的罗汉果甜甙代替甜味剂和白糖,营养又健康,同时,罗汉果清咽润喉,金银花清热解毒,两者合用,适合人们的日常咽喉保健。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
实施例1:罗汉果100克,金银花50克,加水浸泡30分钟,煎煮10分钟,水提液过滤,得滤液A;另外称取200克琼脂,放入滤液A中,在60℃下搅拌至完全融化,用纯净水补足至10000ml,灌装,灭菌,即得。
实施例2:罗汉果130克,金银花60克,加水煎煮20分钟,水提液过滤,得滤液;另外称取100克琼脂、50克黄明胶,加入上述滤液中,在60~70℃下搅拌至完全融化,用纯净水补足至10000ml,灌装,灭菌,即得。
实施例3:罗汉果200克,金银花150克,加水煎煮20分钟,水提液过滤,得滤液;另外称取100克魔芋胶、100克黄明胶,加入上述滤液中,在60~70℃下搅拌至完全融化,用纯净水补足至10000ml,灌装,灭菌,即得。
实施例4:罗汉果110克,金银花80克,80~95℃热水浸泡40分钟,水提液过滤,得滤液;另外称取250克卡拉胶,加入上述滤液中,在65~70℃下搅拌至完全融化,用纯净水补足至10000ml,灌装,灭菌,即得。
实施例5:罗汉果150克,金银花100克,加水浸泡40分钟,水提液过滤,得滤液;另外称取200克卡拉胶,加入上述滤液中,在65~70℃下搅拌至完全融化,用纯净水补足至10000ml,灌装,灭菌,即得。

1.一种果冻,含有食用辅料,其特征在于:还含有罗汉果和金银花提取物,罗汉果和金银花的重量比为10~20:5~15;所述的罗汉果金银花提取物经过以下方法制备:罗汉果10~20重量份,金银花5~15重量份,加水煎煮,水煎液过滤、浓缩即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果冻,其特征在于罗汉果和金银花的重量比为13~18:6~12。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果冻,其特征在于罗汉果和金银花的重量比为11~15:8~11。
4.根据权利要求1所述的果冻,其特征在于罗汉果和金银花的重量比为15:10。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述的食用辅料可以是食用琼脂、卡拉胶、魔芋胶、黄原胶的一种或数种的混合物。
