杀微生物的组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明专利涉及协同杀微生物的化合物,其包括精油、萜衍生物和生物类黄酮,适用于各种工业过程,表现出降低的成本和简化的步骤。
背景技术
在工业过程中,微生物生长的控制是必不可少的,以使产品符合卫生法规或质量参数。所提到的过程的一些实例包括漆、树脂、浆料、化妆品、家用清洁产品、胶水、粘合剂、切削油和润滑剂的生产;纸和纤维素的生产;糖和醇、纺织产品、塑料和燃料的生产过程。通常,水基产品有可能存在微生物增殖。
消除或控制微生物生长的一种方法是使用杀微生物的化合物或防腐剂,以确保最终产品的完整性和质量。细菌、酵母、真菌和藻类的无序生长导致最终产品的物理化学参数的改变。某些污染影响包括颜色、气味、pH、粘度的改变;相分离和气体形成;导致批次损失的因素。
现有技术的描述
在某些情况下,由于微生物的抗性或培养基的侵袭性条件,杀微生物剂的使用并不能保证微生物种群的有效控制。现有技术中,含有异噻唑啉酮的衍生物、溴硝醇、半缩醛、甲醛供体和三嗪的制剂是已知的。这些化合物通常衍生自氮化、卤化、磺化官能等。其它的制剂进一步包括水基底和低含量COV(Compostos Voláteis[VOC|挥发性有机化合物(VolatileOrganic Compounds)])。与制备上述制剂的方法相关的缺点之一是使用非可再生原料,生成对环境具有毒性和/或侵袭性的副产品。
因此,有必要寻找与可持续发展概念相关的新的组合物及降低成本的生产过程,所述组合物优选包括保证安全和有效的原料。
发明目的
本发明专利申请的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,公开了一种杀微生物的组合物及其提取方法,所述杀微生物的组合物包含精油、萜衍生物、生物类黄酮化合物和角蛋白。
发明内容
在磁力搅拌下的含有水基溶剂的圆底烧瓶中,添加阴离子表面活性剂。均质化之后,添加选自迷迭香(Rosemarinus officinalis)油、桉树(Eucaliptus sp)油、罗勒(Ocimun basilicum)油、印度丁香(Eugenia caryophyllata)油、茶树油提取物、蜂胶提取物、芦荟(Aloe vera)(Aloe arboronesis)提取物、印度楝树(Azadirachta indica)油(Neen oil)、萜、和生物类黄酮中的至少两种活性成分。在此步骤之后,用溶剂定最终体积,在室温下进行均质化。
关于效力,测定的方法学是基于北美标准ASTM D2574-97“Resistance ofemulsion paints in the container to the attack of microorganisms(容器中的乳化漆对微生物侵袭的抗性)”。
收集50.0g的样品,并以106UFC/g接种,于36℃孵育。
使用的测试微生物包括绿脓假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、产气肠杆菌(E.aerogenes)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisae)、白色念球菌(Candida albicans)和深红酵母(Rhodotorula rubra)。在TSA和沙氏葡萄糖(Saburaud Dextrose)上直接铺板后0、1、2、7、14、21和28天对存活的微生物进行计数,其中于第7天和第14天重接种。测定条件总结于下表(表1)中。

根据表2和表3,应当注意的是,组合物呈现出协同杀微生物的作用,并具有广谱性,通用于革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌和真菌。

说明:
IPEL OLUS1000—生物类黄酮和一种精油的100%天然杀菌剂制剂。
IPEL OLUS2000—萜衍生物和一种精油的100%天然杀菌剂制剂。
IPEL OLUS3000—萜衍生物和生物类黄酮的100%天然杀菌剂制剂。
IPEL5072—萜衍生物和异噻唑啉酮的混合杀菌剂制剂。
IPEL BP-507—在市场中广泛用于保存水基漆和涂料的基于异噻唑啉酮衍生物和半缩醛的合成杀菌剂制剂。
IPEL BP-509—在市场中广泛用于保存水基制剂的不含VOC的基于异噻唑啉酮衍生物和卤化衍生物的合成杀菌剂制剂。
萜衍生物包括倍半萜、单萜和其它多萜,其全部获自TERPENOILTECNOLOGIALTDA公司。
获得的防腐剂组合物可以用于使水基漆、苯丙乳液和乳胶、矿物质填料分散体(浆料)、织物和其它抵抗微生物的侵袭的涂料防腐。其它的应用包括在化妆品和个人护理产品如香波、凝胶、洗剂中使用组合物。
下面是一些实施例,本发明并不限于这些实施例,并且在本发明范围内还有其它变体。
实施例1-制备用于使漆、乳液等防腐的制剂
在装有搅拌系统和用于添加的管口的玻璃烧瓶中,添加25至45份乙醇或异丙醇。接着,在搅拌下添加15至25份阴离子表面活性剂,如月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
然后,添加30至55份萜衍生物以及15至30份印度楝树油。
用15至30份乙氧基化/丙氧基化的脂肪醇完成定容。
在室温下,搅拌(80-200RPM)系统达15至35分钟以完成均质化。
实施例2-制备用于使家用清洁产品和化妆品防腐的制剂
在装有搅拌系统和管口的玻璃烧瓶中,添加5至25份乙醇或异丙醇或丙二醇。在磁力搅拌下,添加35至55份蒸馏水。接着,添加5至30份阴离子表面活性剂。然后,添加25至40份萜衍生物或生物类黄酮衍生物。添加30至40份芦荟提取物。在室温下,搅拌(80-200RPM)系统达15至35分钟以完成均质化。
实施例3-制备具有天然基底的“混合”消毒剂制剂
在装有搅拌系统和用于添加的管口的玻璃烧瓶中,添加5至25份乙醇或异丙醇或丙二醇。在搅拌下,添加5至30份阴离子表面活性剂。
然后,添加40至60份萜衍生物或生物类黄酮。之后,添加10至20份具有C12至C16链的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
接着,用10至20份蒸馏水完成定容。在室温下,搅拌(80-200RPM)系统达15至35分钟以完成均质化。

Claims (5)

1.杀微生物的组合物及其制备方法,所述杀微生物的组合物包含至少两种活性成分的协同混合物,所述活性成分选自:印度楝树油、萜衍生物、生物类黄酮化合物和芦荟提取物;水基溶剂,其选自蒸馏水、乙醇、聚丙二醇、异丙醇、或它们的混合物;阴离子表面活性剂,其选自月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀微生物的组合物,其中,其包含占30%至55%比例的两种或更多种活性物质的混合物;占5%至40%比例的水基溶剂;和占5%至25%比例的阴离子表面活性剂;以及任选的占10%至20%比例的具有C12至C16链的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
3.方法,其包括以下步骤:
a)在玻璃烧瓶中添加溶剂;
b)均质化;
c)添加阴离子表面活性剂;
d)均质化;
e)添加至少两种活性物质;
f)均质化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中均质化的步骤b)、d)和e)在室温下进行15至25分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中在添加步骤中,活性物质选自印度楝树油、生物类黄酮化合物、芦荟提取物;水基溶剂选自蒸馏水、乙醇、聚丙二醇、异丙醇、或它们的混合物;阴离子表面活性剂选自月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠。
