Abstract

本发明提供了一种挂面捆扎计数装置，所述加速装置让面条一端冲到齐面装置挡板上进行齐整，面条齐整后通过齐面装置送到堆积装置；堆积装置将物料进行存储为伺服拉伸装置提供物料，堆积装置上部安装有料位光电和压面杆；伺服拉伸装置通过快速皮带和慢速皮带将两扎面条拉开间距，两侧分别设有齐面装置进行齐面，通过传感器将面条送入拨料机构；拨料机构通过快速皮带、慢速皮带和拨料叉将面条送入输送线完成装袋工作。本装置结构简单、便于操作、造价低廉、计数准确，可适用于不同重量的面条，降低了生产成本，提高了生产效率和产品的合格率。

本发明涉及一种食品包装技术领域，尤其涉及一种挂面捆扎计数包装技术领域。
背景技术
目前，挂面捆扎包装的生产方法，一般为人工送料，或使用专门定制的设备，人工送料经常因清点不准确，出现空包或多扎现象，导致生产效率低，废品率高，使用专门的定制设备，增加了企业的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决按要求数量精确自动装包，提高挂面自动化生产程度、降低成本、提高生产效率和产品合格率。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：通过加速装置让面条一端冲到齐面装置挡板上进行齐整，面条齐整后通过齐面装置送到堆积装置；堆积装置将物料进行存储为伺服拉伸装置提供物料，堆积装置上部安装有料位光电和压面杆；伺服拉伸装置通过快速皮带和慢速皮带将两扎面条拉开间距，两侧分别设有齐面装置进行齐面，通过传感器将面条送入拨料机构；拨料机构通过快速皮带、慢速皮带和拨料叉将面条送入输送线完成装袋工作。
本发明具有如下优点：本发明结构简单、便于操作、造价低廉、计数准确，可适用于不同重量的面条，降低了生产成本，提高了生产效率和产品的合格率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实例对本发明提供的一种挂面捆扎计数装置做进一步的说明。
由图1、图2可知，一种挂面捆扎计数装置，它包括加速装置1与底架2相连接；齐面装置3与底架2相连接，挡面板11与齐面装置3相连接；堆积装置4与底架2相连接，料位光电5与堆积装置4相连接，压面杆6与堆积装置4相连接；伺服拉伸装置7与底架2相连接，齐面气缸8与伺服拉伸装置7相连接，计数光电9与伺服拉伸装置7相连接；拨料机构10分别与底架2相连接。
本发明工作时，加速装置1使面条加速撞到挡面板11上落到齐面装置3上，经快速皮带12、慢速皮带13送入堆积装置4，堆积装置4装有3个料位光电5，对面条堆积量进行控制，面条堆积后即送入伺服拉伸装置7，面条进入伺服拉伸装置7后，齐面气缸8将面条夹正，计数光电9按照要求对面条进行计数后送入拨料机构10，拨料机构10将一组数量的面条拨入输送线进行装袋。

1. 一种挂面捆扎计数装置，包括加速装置（1）、底架（2）、齐面装置（3）、堆积装置（4）、料位光电（5）、压面杆（6）、伺服拉伸装置（7）、齐面气缸（8）、计数光电（9）、拨料机构（10）、挡面板（11）、快速皮带（12）、慢速皮带（13）拨料叉（14）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的挂面捆扎计数装置，其特征在于，所述加速装置（1）与底架（2）相连接；齐面装置（3）与底架（2）相连接，挡面板（11）与齐面装置（3）相连接；堆积装置（4）与底架（2）相连接，料位光电（5）与堆积装置（4）相连接，压面杆（6）与堆积装置（4）相连接；伺服拉伸装置（7）与底架（2）相连接，齐面气缸（8）与伺服拉伸装置（7）相连接，计数光电（9）与伺服拉伸装置（7）相连接；拨料机构（10）分别与底架（2）相连接。
