背景技术
目前，国内的大袋包装机多为80 年代引进技术生产或者仿制外国产品, 这类大袋包装机, 特别是化工行业的包装机, 由于包装重量大 , 因而其称量托盘多安装在与地面同高度, 类似于地磅, 称量结束后用铲车或其它运输工具 将包装物料运走, 运物料时, 特别是铲车很容易将托盘下面安装的传感器碰坏, 影响称量精度, 甚至使包装机不能正常工作。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于乙二醇锑生产的包装装置，以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于乙二醇锑生产的包装装置，包括称重传感器A、中间仓、支架和称重传感器B，所述中间仓的左侧设有楼板，右侧设有所述称重传感器A，顶部安装有气动下料阀A，底部安装有气动下料阀B，气动下料阀B通过软管连接在所述支架上，支架的左侧设有称重传感器B，右侧设有楼板。
本实用新型中，所述支架的下方安装有下料管，下料管的两侧是挂钩，下料管上设有夹持器。

实施时：
在挂钩9上挂有包装袋10，物料通过下料管13进入到包装袋10。包装好后的物料通过包装袋10下方的运送装置11运走。

1.一种用于乙二醇锑生产的包装装置，包括称重传感器A（2）、中间仓（3）、支架（6）和称重传感器B（12），其特征在于：所述中间仓（3）的左侧设有楼板（7），右侧设有所述称重传感器A（2），顶部安装有气动下料阀A（1），底部安装有气动下料阀B（4），气动下料阀B（4）通过软管（5）连接在所述支架（6）上，支架（6）的左侧设有称重传感器B（12），右侧设有楼板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于乙二醇锑生产的包装装置，其特征在于：所述支架（6）的下方安装有下料管（13），下料管（13）的两侧是挂钩（9），下料管（13）上设有夹持器（8）。
