本发明涉及一种补钙露及其制备方法,该补钙露包含下列组份(重量):食醋5-7份,钙剂为食醋的完全反应量,糖2-5份,去离子水30-60份,维生素D为每1g钙元素加入15IU。其制备方法为:将钙剂加入食醋中,并加热使其反应完全,得到反应液;对反应液进行常压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;对蒸馏液A进行热压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值;向蒸馏液B加入去离子水、糖、维生素D,混合均匀,调节PH值;灭菌,灌装。该补钙露口感极佳,含钙量足够,补钙效果显著,能有效解决人体缺钙问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品及药业领域,特别是涉及一种补钙露及其制备方法。
背景技术
钙是人体内含量最多的元素,约有1200克,也是最容易缺乏的元素之一。其中99%的形成骨骼,1%存在于血液的软组织里。人体是否缺钙与两方面原因有关:一是峰值骨量,即在35岁左右时,人体的骨量达到人生中最高的骨量时的钙含量,主要是由遗传因素、补钙因素和锻炼因素决定;二是钙流失情况,由钙的补充、流失量及生活习惯所决定,如嗜烟酒、咖啡、茶、可乐、盐摄入量过高,少吃肉或吃太多肉都可导致钙的流失。
缺钙对我们人体的健康造成很大的影响,因此如何补钙成为很多人关注的问题。市场上补钙的产品琳琅满目,产品中的含钙量很高,但是人体又能真正吸收多少。倘若吸收量极微,提供量再大,也是徒劳。现有技术在人体吸收钙量方面,并没有提供切实可行的解决方案。
现在市场上还未发现一种补钙露。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种口感极佳,含钙量足够,补钙效果显著的补钙露,它同样含有足够多的钙量,又能使这足够多的钙量被人体充分吸收,从而真正有效解决人体缺钙问题。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种制备补钙露的方法。
一种补钙露包含下列组份(重量):
食醋5-7份,钙剂为食醋的完全反应量,
木糖醇2-5份,去离子水30-60份,
维生素D为每1g钙元素加入15IU。
上述配方中,钙剂选自碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙。
优选地,钙剂选自磷酸氢钙。
上述糖为蔗糖和/或葡萄糖。
制备上述补钙露方法步骤如下:
(1)将钙剂加入食醋中,并加热使其反应完全,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液进行常压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A进行热压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水、糖、维生素D,混合均匀,调节PH值;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
制备方法中,所述步骤(1)加热反应的温度为80-95℃,所述钙剂细度为500-1000目。
上述步骤(2)对滤液的常压蒸馏连续进行两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为110-115℃,118-120℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20-30min。
所述步骤(3)对滤液的热压蒸馏连续进行两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为125-130℃,135-140℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20-30min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.15-0.18Mpa,PH值调节为7.5-7.8。
上述述步骤(4)PH值调节为4.0-4.5。
作为一种供人体服用的药物,本发明所述的补钙露所使用的各种原料均须采用食品级,而且在生产制造过程中,必须按照有关的药物卫生管理法规对生产制造进行控制和采取常规的保障产品符合卫生安全要求的措施。此外,为了改善产品的其它质量指标,本发明的补钙露中也可添加防腐剂或其他营养成分等,但其品种和用量均严格执行有关法规的规定,且要求与本产品不产生抵触产品性能的反应。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、食醋具有健胃作用,食醋中的醋酸能与钙剂反应生成醋酸钙,而糖特别是葡萄糖作为钙的载体极易被人体吸收并进入血液,此外添加维生素D促进人体对钙的吸收,提高补钙效果。所以本发明的补钙露补钙效果显著。
2、对反应液进行蒸馏的方法,最大限度提取反应液中的有效组分,避免未完全的余量或钙质中的杂质留在产品中。
3、蒸馏过程中,采用分段差的蒸馏方法,保证了对反应液有效成分的提取率。
4、添加蔗糖和/或葡萄糖提高了补钙液的口感。
5、钙剂的细度为500-1000目,加快了反应速度和是反应更加完全。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但是本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
(1)称取食品级细度为500目的碳酸钙粉23.33g,加入800g食醋(总酸3.5±0.2%)中,加热至80℃,使其反应完全,冷却,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液连续进行常压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为110℃,118℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20min,冷却,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A连续进行热压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为125℃,135℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.15Mpa,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值至7.5;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水4800ml、葡萄糖320g、维生素D136IU,混合均匀,调节PH值至4.0;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
本发明的补钙露的食用量以补钙露中含钙量的多少来定,以每天需补500mg为标准(人体吃入的其他食物中也含有适当的钙),当补钙饮料中含钙量为100mg/100g时,每天的食用量约为500g。
实施例2
(1)称取食品级细度为1000目的二水磷酸氢钙粉30.1g,加入600g食醋(总酸3.5±0.2%)中,加热至95℃,使其反应完全,冷却,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液连续进行常压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为115℃,120℃,每次蒸馏的时间为30min,冷却,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A连续进行热压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为130℃,140℃,每次蒸馏的时间为30min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.18Mpa,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值至7.8;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水5100ml、葡萄糖428g、维生素D105IU,混合均匀,调节PH值至4.5;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
实施例3
(1)称取食品级细度为800目的一水磷酸氢钙粉33.69g,加入750g食醋(总酸3.5±0.2%)中,加热至90℃,使其反应完全,冷却,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液连续进行常压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为110℃,119℃,每次蒸馏的时间为25min,冷却,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A连续进行热压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为125℃,140℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.15Mpa,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值至7.6;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水5600ml、葡萄糖375g、维生素D131IU,混合均匀,调节PH值至4.3;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
实施例4
(1)称取食品级细度为800目的碳酸钙粉20.42g,加入700g食醋(总酸3.5±0.2%)中,加热至85℃,使其反应完全,冷却,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液连续进行常压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为115℃,118℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20min,冷却,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A连续进行热压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为130℃,135℃,每次蒸馏的时间为25min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.17Mpa,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值至7.7;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水5000ml、葡萄糖400g、维生素D122IU,混合均匀,调节PH值至4.4;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
实施例5
(1)称取食品级细度为800目的二水磷酸氢钙粉35.12g,加入700g食醋(总酸3.5±0.2%)中,加热至80℃,使其反应完全,冷却,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液连续进行常压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为120℃,118℃,每次蒸馏的时间为30min,冷却,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A连续进行热压蒸馏两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为125℃,135℃,每次蒸馏的时间为25min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.18Mpa,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值至7.8;
(4)向蒸馏液B加入去离子水4000ml、葡萄糖300g、维生素D123IU,混合均匀,调节PH值至4.5;
(5)灭菌,灌装。
Claims (10)
1.一种补钙露,其特征在于,包含以下重量份原料:
食醋5-7份,钙剂为食醋的完全反应量,
糖2-5份,去离子水30-60份,
维生素D为每1g钙元素加入15IU。
2.根据权利要求1所述补钙露,其特征在于:钙剂选自碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述补钙露,其特征在于钙剂是磷酸氢钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述补钙露,其特征在于:所述糖为蔗糖和/或葡萄糖。
5.一种补钙露的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将钙剂加入食醋中,并加热使其反应完全,得到反应液;
(2)对反应液进行常压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液A,冷却,静置;
(3)对蒸馏液A进行热压蒸馏,收集蒸馏液B,冷却,调节PH值;

8.根据权利要求5所述补钙露的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)对滤液的常压蒸馏连续进行两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为110-115℃,118-120℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20-30min。
9.根据权利要求5所述补钙露的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)对滤液的热压蒸馏连续进行两次,两次的蒸馏温度分别为125-130℃,135-140℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20-30min,热压蒸馏的压力为0.15-0.18Mpa。
10.根据权利要求5所述补钙露的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)PH值调节为7.5-7.8,所述步骤(4)PH值调节为4.0-4.5。
