背景技术
南瓜中含有多种维生素,不但营养丰富,而且热量低,还具有抗癌的作用。其中的果胶可以清除体内的重金属和部分农药,常吃南瓜也有助于防治糖尿病;南瓜含有蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、纤维素、钙、磷、铁,胡萝卜素、维生素C、腺嘌呤、精氨酸、瓜氨酸、天门冬氨酸、葫芦巴碱、甘露醇等;南瓜是维生素A的优质来源;南瓜经现代医学研究,可有效的预防和治疗高血压、糖尿病以及肝脏的一些病变,被称为“防癌食物”之一;南瓜所含的甘露醇又有通便功效,可减少粪便中毒素对人体危害,对防止结肠癌有其功用;南瓜子对人体子宫颈癌细胞培养株JTC26在体外筛选有抑制作用,抑制率在90%以上,其它尚有抗血吸虫及驱虫作用,用以治疗血吸虫病。
南瓜饼主要以南瓜为原料做成的饼,各个地方的制作方法都不太一样。但传统的南瓜饼味道虽然各地不一,但基本上都较为类似,比较传统,无法满足现代人们的饮食需要。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口感好,具有营养保健功能的抹茶味南瓜饼。

具体做法如下,
1)将南瓜去瓤后洗干净,切成小块,同香蕉一起放入蒸锅中蒸熟后捣成泥,然后放入食用盐,面粉、葛根粉、抹茶、白术多糖及红枣酊一同拌和搅匀、然后入笼蒸15分钟,稍凉后取出,用手揉搓按压成一块块饼状,晒干即成;
2)食用时,将南瓜饼切成片状,放入油锅中炸、煎、炒均可,也可食用刚出蒸笼的新鲜南瓜饼。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明选用白术多糖、红枣酊、抹茶等,对人体有一定的保健作用,富含多种营养物质,有利于提高免疫力,且含糖量低,食用营养健康。
