Abstract

本发明涉及一种防龋药物牙刷,在该牙刷的刷毛材料中含有防治龋病的药物氟化物。经中国科学院化学研究所的检验,每支这样的防龋药物牙刷刷牙3分钟,其氟化物的释放量平均达1.735毫克。对防治龋病直接有效。

Description

防龋药物牙刷
本发明涉及一种防治龋病的药物牙刷,特别是涉及刷毛材料中含有氟化物的牙刷。
龋病是人类常见病之一,发病率极高,全世界平均每人有两颗病牙,世界卫生组织把龋病列为仅次于心血管病和癌瘤,危害人类健康的三大疾病之一。近半个多世纪以来,人们在应用氟化物防龋方面取得了丰硕的成果,许多研究工作均证实局部用氟与全身用氟有同样的防龋效果,尤其是以氟化物牙膏和用氟化物溶液含漱的效果最为明显。近几年来,人们又在牙刷上进行防治牙病研究,提出了许多新的技术方案,例如:抗菌牙刷,直流电导氟牙刷,储药牙刷等等。在CN90101463X专利文献中,公开了目本新时代株式会社的一种牙刷,该牙刷刷毛外面涂覆着一层覆膜,这种膜是由具有阳离子交换能的聚合物和阳离子杀菌剂组成的,当使用牙刷时,能从该覆膜中释放出杀菌剂;在CN92109704,2专利文献中,公开了加拿大吉勒特公司的一种牙科用的持续释基体材料,在这种材料中掺有微生物杀菌剂,该公司将这种材料做成牙刷头里的一片基板,使牙刷在使用中能释放杀菌剂。新近我国市场上也出现了一种抗菌牙刷,该牙刷毛中含有杀菌物质,使牙刷具有杀灭病菌和自洁功能,但还没有将氟化物加入到牙刷基体材料中直接用于防治龋病的。虽然象直接电导氟牙刷,储药牙刷可以直接用于防治龋病,却普遍存在不尽入意之处,或是制造工艺较复杂,或是生产成本较高,或是使用不够简便,或是药效不够持久,不够明显等等,因此,严重地影响了这些技术的普及应用。
本发明的目的是为了克服上述存在的一些缺陷,提供一种简而易行、易普及易坚持的直接用于防龋的药物牙刷。
本发明的防龋药物牙刷,其特征在于该牙刷的刷毛中含有防治龋病的氟化物。具有缓释、长效和抑菌、自洁的功能。
实现本发明的方式如下:在常规使用的制造牙刷毛的原料中,如尼龙1010,掺入一定比例的氟化物。氟化物的选择必须是水溶性的,其熔点必须高于牙刷毛材料的熔点。掺入的量以不影响刷毛材料的物理性能和加工性能为原则。本发明选用的氟化物是氟化钠(NaF)和氟化锶(SrF)。重量比为:尼龙1010  92-98%,氟化钠1-6%,氟化锶1-3%。其中的一个最佳配比是:尼龙1010 96%,氟化钠2%,氟化锶2%。
本发明所述的刷毛材料制造工艺是:(1)预先将药物氟化钠、氟化锶分别放入恒温干燥箱内烘烤,温度为100-120℃,烘烤时间约12-14小时;(2)并将烘烤后的药物氟化钠、氟化锶分别研磨过筛,颗粒度达200目;(3)然后按重量比例备料,先取20%的尼龙母粒与烘烤后的药物氟化钠、氟化锶混合,充分拌匀,并经造料机重新造粒;(4)最后,将其余80%的尼龙母粒加入已经重新造粒的含有药物的尼龙原料中,充分拌匀,经拉丝机拉成本发明的防龋药物牙刷专用丝。
本发明的防龋药物牙刷,经中国科学院化学研究所的检验,一支防龋药物牙刷每刷牙3分钟,其氟化物的释放量平均达1.735毫克,等于服用1-2片″氟片″。这足以说明本发明的牙刷可以直接用于有效的防治龋病,比起现有的各种防龋方法要显得简而易行,易于普及,易于坚持。

Claims (3)

1、一种防龋药物牙刷,其特征在于该牙刷的刷毛中含有防治龋病的氟化物。
2、根据权利要求1所述的牙刷,其特征在于该牙刷刷毛中含有1-6%的氟化钠(NaF)和1-3%的氟化锶(SrF)。
3、一种制备防龋药物牙刷刷毛材料的方法,其特征在于该刷毛材料的制造工艺如下:
(1)预先将药物氟化钠、氟化锶分别放入恒温干燥箱内烘烤,温度为100-120℃,烘烤时间约12-14小时;
(2)并将烘烤后的药物氟化钠,氟化锶分别研磨过筛,颗粒度达200目;
(3)然后按定量比例备料,先取20%的尼龙母粒与烘烤后的药物氟化钠和氟化锶一起混合,充分拌匀,并经造粒机重新造粒;
(4)最后,将其余80%的尼龙母粒加入已经重新造粒的含有药物的尼龙原料中,充分拌匀,经拉丝机拉成本发明所需的牙刷毛丝。
