Abstract
本发明涉及一种牙刷,具体地说是一种以在合成纤维长丝中,分别填加弥散氟化物微粒,以及镧、锶、钙的化合物微粒而构成两类刷毛,两类刷毛配比组成牙刷之刷面,当刷牙时,填加弥散于刷毛中的微粒溶出,产生护齿保健作用。所说填加之化合物微粒在每类刷毛中所占重量百分比为:甲类刷毛:单氟磷酸钠1-4;氟化钠0.1-0.9;氟化亚锡1-4;乙类刷毛:氯化镧0.1-4;氯化锶0.1-4;磷酸钙0.1-4。
Description
本发明涉及一种牙刷,具体地说是一种刷毛中填加弥散有保健护齿作用之化合物微粒的护齿牙刷。
口腔疾病严重地危害着人类的健康,有资料表明,目前全球近百分之八十的人患有牙病,世界卫生组织已经把龋齿病列为三大疾病之一。为防病护齿,现今已有药物特别是氟化物牙膏在应用,但是牙膏的应用离不开牙刷,而沿用至今的牙刷还仅只是托附牙膏磨刷牙齿的一件洁齿用具,其功能单一,可谓不足之处。
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,创新研究出一种在合成纤维长丝中分别填加弥散有氟化物及镧、锶、钙的化合物微粒之两类刷毛复合构成的护齿牙刷,得以在使用洁齿之同时,刷毛中具有保健护齿作用的填加物溶出,起到敷药护齿、防病的功效,得以造福人类。
本发明的任务是按照下述技术方案来完成的。
这种护齿牙刷,其刷毛分为合成纤维长丝中分别填加弥散有平均粒度在150~180目的,一种以上氟化物,以及镧、锶、钙的化合物微粒之两类刷毛;
氟化物包括有:单氟磷酸钠、氟化钠及氟化亚锡,镧、锶、钙的化合物是指:氯化镧、氯化锶、磷酸钙之微粒,它们在分别在合成纤维长丝刷毛中的填加量占刷毛总重量的百分比为:
填加化合物 填加比(Wt%)
甲刷毛: 单氟磷酸钠 1-4;
氟化钠 0.1-0.9;
氟化亚锡 1-4;
乙刷毛: 氯化镧 0.1-4;
氯化锶 0.1-4;
磷酸钙 0.1-4。
本发明将通过实施例做进一步阐述。
实施例1:
本发明之护齿牙刷,选用尼龙1010长丝,以甲类刷毛与乙类刷毛按40%~60%的根数配比组成刷面。每类刷毛中所填加弥散的化合物微粒之平均粒度在150目,填加量分别在每类长丝刷毛中所占的百分比(Wt%)分别为:
甲类刷毛:单氟磷酸钠4;
乙类刷毛:氯化镧0.1、氯化锶0.1、磷酸钙4。两类刷毛的排列可以是按每簇,也可以是按行列或者分块相间植于牙刷之刷面。
实施例2:
选用尼龙610长丝,以甲类刷毛与乙类刷毛按45~55%的根数比组成刷面。每类刷毛中所填加弥散的化合物微粒之平均粒度在180目,填加量分别在每类长丝刷毛中所占的百分比(Wt%)为:
甲类刷毛:氟化钠0.1、氟化亚锡4;
乙类刷毛:氯化镧4、氯化锶2、磷酸钙0.1。两类刷毛的排列呈相间状植于刷面。
实施例3:
选用尼龙1010长丝,以甲类刷毛与乙类刷毛各占50%的根数比组成刷面。填加弥散的化合物微粒之平均粒度在160目,填加量分别在每类长丝刷毛中所占的百分比(Wt%)为:
甲类刷毛:单氟磷酸钠1、氟化钠0.9、氯化亚锡1;
乙类刷毛:氯化镧0.1、氯化锶4、磷酸钙2。两类刷毛呈簇成行相间植于刷面。
实施例4:
选用尼龙610长丝,以甲类刷毛与乙类刷毛各占50%的根数比组成刷面。填加弥散的化合物微粒之平均粒度在150目,各化合物填加量分别在各类长丝刷毛中所占的百分比(Wt%)为:
甲类刷毛:单氟磷酸钠1.7、氟化钠0.8、氟化亚锡1.5;
乙类刷毛:氯化镧1、氯化锶1.3、磷酸钙1.7。两类刷毛相间成行、成块地排布植于刷柄上组成刷面。
本发明之护齿牙刷同现有技术相比较,其优点是:
具有防治牙病疗效的氟化物、氯化物及磷酸钙微粒填加弥散于合成纤维长丝刷毛中,刷牙中在水的作用下,析出的氟离子、钙离子及镧、锶等微量元素作用于牙上,如同强制于齿面涂以药膜,故效果优于牙膏;刷毛中的填加物水溶解度较低,溶出释放缓慢,所以牙刷可长期有效;该护齿牙刷制做及使用均简单、方便、成本低而防治牙病、保健护齿效果好。
Claims (2)
1、一种由刷毛和刷柄构成的护齿牙刷,其特征在于:刷毛分为两组合成纤维长丝,其中一组合成纤维长丝中填加有一种以上氟化物微粒,另一组合成纤维长丝中填加有镧、锶以及钙的化合物微粒,所述微粒的平均粒度在150~180目。
2、按照权利要求1所述之护齿牙刷,其特征在于:所说的氟化物是:单氟磷酸钠、氟化钠、氟化亚锡,所说的镧、锶,以及钙的化合物分别是:氯化镧、氯化锶和磷酸钙之颗粒,其填加量分别在合成纤维长丝刷毛总重量中所占的百分比为:

氟化钠 0.1-0.9;
氟化亚锡 1-4;
乙类刷毛: 氯化镧 0.1-4;
