本发明涉及食品领域,尤其是涉及一种解酒食品,其特征在于:食品内含有如下成分:豆腐、红糖、生姜、陈醋、橙子、葛根粉和纯净水,制作方法包括以下步骤:(1)调料制作;(2)豆腐打浆;(3)橙子榨汁;(4)葛根打粉;(5)混合,本发明具有解酒食品,具有解酒去湿、活血暖胃、止呕吐的效果,同时还有口味酸甜,清爽可口等特点。

本发明涉及食品领域,尤其是涉及一种解酒食品。
背景技术
酒是人们生活中很常见的一种食品,很多人都有饮酒习惯。适量饮酒对身体有一定的好处,但是,过量饮酒就会对身体造成极大的负担,很常见的一种情况就是醉酒。醉酒是过量饮酒后,身体不适,头脑不清醒的一种状态,而且这种状态会持续一段时间,极大的影响正常生活和工作。醉酒是因为饮入的酒精大约四分之一会被胃直接吸收,吸收后会引起胃壁的毛细血管扩张使人有吃饱的感觉,同时,影响胃的正常蠕动,导致呕吐的发生。其余的酒精在肝内进行生物代谢,使酒精转化为乙醛,再转化成乙酸,最终分解为三磷酸腺苷、水和二氧化碳。过量饮酒后,肝需要更长的时间分解酒精,而乙醛对肝细胞有直接的危害,较高浓度的乙醛会对肝细胞造成严重的损害。目前,市场上有很多种醒酒产品,各个产品的成分不同,效果也不一样。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有解酒去湿、活血暖胃、止呕吐的效果,同时还口味酸甜,清爽可口的解酒食品。
本发明的解酒食品,其特征在于:每500g食品里含有如下成分:
(1)豆腐30~70g
(2)红糖30~100g
(3)生姜10~50g
(4)陈醋30~100g
(5)橙子100~150g
(6)葛根粉30~70g
(7)余量为纯净水。
以上所述的解酒食品的制作方法,其特征在于:制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调料制作:适量红糖、陈醋、生姜、水煎汤,除去姜渣,汤液备用;
(2)豆腐打浆:豆腐打浆成糊状,备用;
(3)橙子榨汁:橙子去皮榨汁,除去橙子渣,果汁备用;
(4)葛根打粉:将葛根粉碎,加适量温水配成糊状,备用;
(5)混合:将上述配料混合,搅拌成均匀的糊状即可。
以上所述的解酒食品,其特征在于:配方(5)中的橙子100~150g,橙子可替换为橘子等富含维生素C的果蔬。
本发明主要原辅料功效:
(1) 豆腐:①主治宽中益气,调和脾胃,消除胀满,通大肠浊气,清热散血。②豆腐中
有丰富的蛋白质能饱腹养胃,减少空腹饮酒对胃肠的伤害。③豆腐含有半胱氨酸,能加速酒精在身体中的代谢,减少酒精对肝脏的毒害,起到保护肝脏的作用。
(2)红糖:性温、味甘、入脾,具有益气补血、健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤的作用。主治:心腹热胀,口干欲饮,咽喉肿疼,肺热咳嗽,心肺及大小肠热,酒毒。
(3)生姜:能有效地治疗腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。
(4)陈醋:陈醋中含有乙酸可以和胃里的酒精反应生成乙酸乙酯,减少酒精对肝的伤害。
(5)橙子:橙子中一方面含有柠檬酸利于酒精的反应排出,另一方面橙子中含有大量的维生素C,能将所摄取食物中的蛋白质所含的胱氨酸还原成半胱氨酸有助于解毒。
(6)葛根:葛根内含12% 的黄酮类化合物,促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防止酒
精对肝脏的损伤。具有良好的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、解热、解酒和增强免疫力等功效。
本发明的有益效果是:本产品与现有产品相比,配方简单,材料易得可自己在家制作,经用户试用,解酒效果明显,可以缓解醉酒后肠胃不适、头疼等症状,并对肝脏起到了一定的保护作用。本产品不添加防腐剂,可以快速补充体能,口味酸甜,清爽可口。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明按配方为:每500g食品里含有如下成分:(1)豆腐50g(2)红糖50g(3)生姜15g(4)陈醋40g(5)橙子100g(6)葛根粉50g(7)适量纯净水。制作方法为:(1)将红糖50g、陈醋40g、生姜15g、水150g煎汤,除去姜渣,汤液备用(2)豆腐50g用果汁机打浆成糊状,拿出备用(3)橙子100g去皮用果汁机榨汁,过滤除去橙子渣,果汁备用(4)葛根粉50g加60g温水配成糊状,备用(5)将上述配料混合,补加适量水搅拌成均匀的糊状即可。
实施例2
本发明按配方为:每500g食品里含有如下成分:(1)豆腐70g(2)红糖60g(3)生姜20g(4)陈醋50g(5)橙子120g(6)葛根粉60g(7)适量纯净水。制作方法为:(1)将红糖60g、陈醋50g、生姜20g、水150g煎汤,除去姜渣,汤液备用(2)豆腐70g用果汁机打浆成糊状,拿出备用(3)橙子120g去皮用果汁机榨汁,过滤除去橙子渣,果汁备用(4)葛根粉60g加60g温水配成糊状,备用(5)将上述配料混合,搅拌成均匀的糊状即可。
解酒效果测试
王某,广西南宁市人,56岁,每次喝醉酒都会出现头疼,半夜饥饿口渴,第二天仍昏昏沉沉的现象,经试吃本发明的解酒食品后,头疼很快就消除,半夜也没出现过饥饿口渴的现象,食用本解酒食品一小时后昏昏沉沉的现象消失,醒酒效果明显。
李某,广西桂林市人,30岁,企业业务员,为了销售,经常出去应酬醉酒,每次喝醉酒都会出现头疼,口渴呕吐不止,每次喝酒前食用本发明的解酒食品后,而且喝完洒回家再次服用本解酒食品后,以上全部症状消失。

1.一种解酒食品,其特征在于:每500g食品里含有如下成分:
(1)豆腐30~70g
(2)红糖30~100g
(3)生姜10~50g
(4)陈醋30~100g
(5)橙子100~150g
(6)葛根粉30~70g
(7)余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解酒食品,其特征在于:制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)调料制作:适量红糖、陈醋、生姜、水煎汤,除去姜渣,汤液备用;
(2)豆腐打浆:豆腐打浆成糊状,备用;
(3)橙子榨汁:橙子去皮榨汁,除去橙子渣,果汁备用;
(4)葛根打粉:将葛根粉碎,加适量温水配成糊状,备用;
(5)混合:将上述配料混合,搅拌成均匀的糊状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的解酒食品,其特征在于:配方(5)中的橙子100~150g,橙子可替换为橘子。
